there funny and great but i just dont like eggo that much anymore. I think i ate too many last year or the year before. They look like they taste better than normal eggo's but if i bought some i probably wouldnt finish them.

i think i got it. The pillars to the right are shorter than the others and they arent connected to the top frame, they are actually farther out and only connected to the righthand corners of the bottom frame. am i right?

thats like lego, to the Xtreme! Anyway what i mean is he has made the most amazing minimalist design ive ever seen
-
i think its some kind of strange elbanian speed skating strategy

oops the time cruisers must have got a hold of it  . I thought i took that off, it served a good purpose before but it looks silly now. I wont be able to post more pics until i can get to my dads house and hes going to be in panama for a while :( I wanted a pic of the back too but i forgot to ask him to take one. I will post em after he returns. BTW: those tubes hold the treasure platform in BSB, thats where i got that tube from. But please just wait for him to return! If you do ill show you the back, the front the bottom, the top, heck ill even take angles on special request that i couldnt even find without advanced computer programming. I'll also rig this vessel and if i see timmy trying to put space tubes on my historical moc's again ill own him  style.

This is my first ship moc, i call her the Black Parrot. When i began this model i challenged myself to only use the bow and stern boat elements but still manage to fit an aesthetically pleasing cabin with doors on. After i had done this i still wasnt satisfied and i wanted to put the helm (steering part) on top of the cabin and have minifig size stairs reaching up there. I did this by placing the cabin so it reached below the deck and making a sort of bridge to connect the deck and cabin. Obviously its unrigged here and since my pirate minifigs are at my grandmas so i had to say it was commandered, also i notice there are some color clashes. Anyway overall im pretty proud of this for my first try, but im open to critism. pic1 i took this one(flash was on so the red parts might look pink) pic2 a bit of a blurry one my dad took the governer in his new cabin

thanks

well i already made a ship recently. I thinks its good, considering this is my first ship, and i really wanted to upload it. However i dont know how, so i was hoping someone could pm me and explain that. Anyway i have the black seas barracuda so i dont need to make custom sails. Also my dad, the only one who buys stuff off the internet for me, wouldnt spend that much for such a small ship. Even if it was a Bday present. :(

Trading some Playmobil. Looking For Lego
john cleese replied to baron's topic in Buy, Sell, Trade and Finds
sorry to say this but i think i nor anybody else on these forums would trade playmobil for lego. Maybe try advertising this some where else -
lol. Thanks but really my dad would kill me if he ever found out that i bought it at that price! And he would probably end up placing the order anyway. :(
-
well whats the cheapest i could get for then? I mean in reasonable condition. Should i buy it for $50?
-
I was just wondering if anybody knew where i could buy either 6268 renegade runner. or 6250 cross bone clipper for cheap. Ive checked bricklink and e-bay but these are $50+ there. I understand these are rare sets but $50+ is outrageous for a 171 piece set. Im looking to buy in the range of 15-35 dollars, so if you know where i could find one of these on sale, that would be great.

that made me so angry. I mean sponge bobs house doesnt even have a basket ball hoop! I think they should have just scrapped the other two houses and focussed on putting more detail into spongebob's pineapple.
-
Sponge bobs house isnt that great. Look all thats inside is this basket ball hoop. Then again the inside might have just been taken out for the photo or maybe thats just denial speaking. Anyway heres the link to the brickshelf folder i found this in. here

Ah. You see, this is a wise reason to use the Tutorial!^^ The proper thing to do would be Build the vehicle first, which takes up your turn, and then accept the battle. One of your units(or as many minigfigures were in that set) must pilot that vehicle, so subtract that from your unit-count. Now your first turn has been completed, and not a bad one if I do say so myself! My turn: Since I challenged you, I make the RULES OF BATTLE: (Keep in mind whoever challenges in a battle makes the Rules of Battle) Victor takes half of the loser's bricks. In each turn you can only use Three Basic Units, One Hero, OR One Vehicle. (END OF TURN) Do you accept the terms? Ah, yes. A deeply annoying post. I thank you fo your concern, but unfortunately, I decline all three of your offers. I will not complain when it gets locked, nor will I when everyone drops out. Second, ALL attacks are the same in this game. Space can't beat Castle unfairly and Star Wars can't beat Harry Potter. Shields and cloaking only apply in Specail Moves. Third, I'll make one last adjustment before any attacks are made: DAMAGE: Basic units can be wounded once and then killed. Heroes can be wounded six times and be killed. Vehciles can be wounded five times than killed. These rules apply as so: A basic unit gets attacked by another basic unit. It is wounded, not killed. A Hero gets attacked by a basic unit. It has been wounded once. A Vehicle gets attacked by a basic unit. It has been wounded once. NEXT RUN: A already wounded basic unit is attacked. It is killed. A Hero is attacked. It has been wounded twice. A Vehicle is attacked. It has been wounded twice. You may make the attack more elaborate, but it still must have the same effect. Like so: A Dragon on the battlefield rears up and blows fire into the fray. It hits basic unit Number 01. That Basic unit has been wounded. To keep track of damage among many units, number how many you have, so when an opponent says: A basic unit attacks unit 11. He is wounded. NEXT TURN: A basic unit attacks unit 12. He is killed. You say: Not true. You wounded unit 11 last turn, not 12. 12 is only wounded. "Not to be mean or anything", but I realize what is at stake. If people don't want to play, that is their choice. If the topic is closed, I will return to making MoCs and discussing Lego. Case Closed.^^ i agree where futuristic themes have technology, historical themes have magic. Pirates obviously dont have either but have a better set selection than most other themes. I suppsose to play as a town theme other than time cruisers/ twisters would be difficult though and would probably require a tactical master to be able too compete. also, i asked you before if the flying time vessel can qualify as a ship? ps: i like how the person who challenges makes the rules.

louisiana style aligator! I cant remeber the name of the dish, aligator effoutoue? or something like that, it comes with a sweet creamy orange colored sauce. I know it sounds weird but its actually very tasty.

yes of course, I just wanted to point out that they closed my topic was all. And perhaps i havent lived up to my vows in my current sig. So maybe i should apologize too. Anyway lets not take this off topic too much. i think i will start out in the pirate island, exploit my ship. Can the flying time vessel be considered a ship?

whoa way to jump to conclusions like a mad man! (just kidding) Jumping to conclusions like a mad man! 100% final grade:A+ no offense, But you did kind of jump to conclusions. I was merely implying that you couldnt be in that war anymore. Also im being watched so im trying to secretly show my gratitude to the mods for being freed. Oh wait i shouldnt have said that *nonchalant whistling*
-
you may have noticed my topic got closed. :( anyway im greatful to be out of the chamber!
-
that would be great! I posted it here because the actual lithographs are based on fictional surrealist world, which doesnt appear to be very technologically advanced.
-
:( oh well :(
-
I dont know where else to put this. Anyway ive stumbled on this collection of lego models based on M.C. escher's lithographs. I just wanted to know what you guys think of these. Personally i think they are awsome and aspire to one day build one.

sorry i was sent to the torture chamber and havent been able to reply. Anyway it doesnt look like this war topic is going to take off.
