Can you be 100% sure that none of these elements were in the set? I mean it seems very odd, you would remeber something as small as a x bow or short sword. And can you be sure its a tower? As a child i owned the twisted time train and three years later i couldnt even remember it was a train! It wasnt until i was older and bought it again, that i remembered what the model ressembled, and thats my favorite set! I bet you it could have been something like traitor transport. BTW i was kidding about the last few. But you probably knew that

How the heck did you manage to differentiate between a polearm haliberd, which is in the set, and a battleaxe, kudos to you. ;) yea its one of my favorites as well. anyway heres another since bloody jay didnt take the opportunity this set is from a space them with no spaceships, persay. It has a large trans orange peice . hope thats a good one btw: nobody complimented me for getting it ,jeez what the heck do i win i want a prize dam it!!!!!!!! >:( ,

Holy crud systems back!!!!!!!! :oD lego started to suck when the system name went by by. math equation new lego= crap old lego=good lego-system=crap lego+system= good lego-system=new lego lego+system=oldlego new lego+ system= 0 as you can see the crap and system variables cancle, leaving us with zero but soon more lego goes into production, we will call it future lego future lego+system= good so if we keep the system name, then we will have good lego. Key design features on box consumers should watch out for to keep from buying a potentially crappy set are, no system logo, blue border. anyway the sets arent very impressive,the castles look like boxes with bionicle garbage all over them and in what way do any of these crap sets look like this ?????????????????????????????????? or are we talking about crappy minifig scale models that arent technically system?, seems like it :/ |-/ 8-|

well i personally believe that they are appropriate for many reasons: 1.Its called the great historical 'Lego war' and since they can 'time travel' the historical part is covered too 2. i chose "time twisters" over 'time cruisers' because the time twister models reflect more victorianist and medieval designs with things like trains with cow catchers and castles in the back. 3. i have no more advantage over anyone else. Because i thought being a time traveling proffesser might seem unfair to others in the topic, i set a few guidelines, which i swore to limit my power by. I cant time travel presently, as my vessels have grown weak from the weight of random objects being dropped on them in the time continuum. I have very few men working for me. And i can accidently create paradoxes most of which harm me. 4. Phes i agree that there should be a set of rules, so that the story makes sense, and thats why i gave a reason that i could be there. Also i offered you aid then because viking told you he was coming with a fleet of 100 ships and i thought that you couldnt realistically prepair a fleet yourself, capable of challenging him before he arrived at your docks. 5. We need diversity we need people from all themes, which could plausibly be part of this war. 6. T.W.A.T is about space and there really isnt anywhere for a time twister enthusiast like me to role play. Hence that topic is the most appropriate place for this idea to go and phes, i truly appreciate the lengths your going to, to decide whether youll accept my idea or not, never have i recieved such consideration from a mod on any forums before.

oh ya phes mentioned this because i asked if i could represent the time twisters and mess around with time a bit, i think it would add the fourth dimension, to a previously three dimensioned war. even though he hasnt exepted my idea yet it is nice of him to have brought it into consideration. I promised him not to come back with a crazy laser cannon from space though.

well sure it wouldnt work into pirates of the carribean but niether would the hunt for the rare 'grey bricks'. I also think that this is too long to be a movie. Face it this is role playing and if its 'lego' role playing, then i think my idea should be allowed. It makes sense having been a theme and all. I also used time twisters because they are more medieval and i like em better. ps: conquistadors are more like generals, but anyway what do you prefer to be called? Phes, mister, sir, mister phes, phester, jimathon perhaps?

and space and forestmen and castle and pirates ;) KimT well thats a good joke but they are regarded only as a town sub-theme. ill post the other two time twister sets just for fun time tunnelator and whirling time warper please note this is only half of the time warper but this is the only pic i can find oh and the story line is that timmy and the proff chase the time twisters through time trying to correct what they do to mess it up. At least thats according to "locker 99." apparently the time twisters were named proffeser millenium and tony twister and the time cruisers proffessers name is Dr. Cyber. oh and Kim T i highly reccomend that you buy the Twisted Time Train next, it has 5 moving components, hence its the most playable set out of all of them, also you get a ghost and a skeleton with a wizards hat and bandana *satis*. After that youll be able to hunt the twisters down too.

well at first you claimed that this was a topic for a realistic "lego" war, but belgium isnt even a theme. You might as well have made this a topic for a very early "world wwI" that has nothing to do with lego. Yes i have some futuristic items but none of them are weapons, the time twisters weapons are all medival and even less advanced than what you guys have. So if i was to obtain futuristic weapons, i'd have to go to great time hopping lengths to aqquire them, and i cant do so until i recieve the resources ive mentioned. I did consider the europeans would be too afraid of the technology, but you allowed viking to use black magic, which was widely shunned through-out europe. So you see i went to great lengths to make my situation as dire as yours. might i also mention, i'm not gonna come back with some kind of laser cannon from the future and kill you all, in fact i dont care if i win or lose, as i'm more about the literacy, so please dont put my idea under such close scrutiny. I am not gonna continue developing my character until we get this worked out, for obvious reasons :( . and ps: remeber i was the first one to accurately call you conquistador :)

i dont only love this theme,but infact its my all time favorite theme and at least half my moc's are based on time cruisers/ time twisters, I am also working on a creative writing assignment about them and how every time they time hopped things from different time periods would fuse into the devices ie: the wings and buildings on my favorite set Twisted Time Train. long live eccentricity :oD long live the time twisters! *satis* oh p.s this should have been posted in the train and town forums, because this theme is technically a town sub theme

$o.oo dollars i dont buy a "used" anything. I mean what if its discolored and their is 2 chewed peices and it says that its "lightly worn" then what? i only ever have bought sets that havent been opened and that will be my philosophy for the rest ofmy lego building life.

oh yes thats right, you dont know what trains are. Well conquistador phes, they are vessels ,like ships are vessels, but they transport one from one place to another on land instead of sea. These trains have a long segmented shape and they are mainly used for transporting goods and people. Perhaps if you dont want me to alter the timeline, then you would be interested in harnessing the power of these vessels, they could send your troops rations and weaponary one hundred times more efficiently! but please note i would proably, be able to produce only two and they wont have to run on "tracks", which i wont explain to you about. And if your scared this might give rise to a paradox, then im sure maybe the british will give me the resources i request in exchange for a train or two. for now i offer you three time traveler colleuges of mine to spy on the british, as they plan future attacks that they havent even yet contemplated. and the blue bricks i speak of, are the original blue, what other color would a distinguished proffesser like my self use? but be warned conquistador, should you not accept my offer i will allie myself with the british. So until then, like a mercenary i wait for the highest bidding country. off topic phes, i think you might be trying to rid me from this topic as i have the powers of the time twisters and you might find that unfair. However this is why i've established a set of rules and weaknesses for myself ie. my vessels get weighted by random objects, (as seen in the theme). i can accidently create paradoxes, which always affect me in a bad way. I only have a small group of men working for me. And because i can time travel it seems logical that i could be part of this war. so please dont discriminate me because i have advanced technology, i have my weaknesses like you guys

i am proff millenium of the time twisters, we have just arrived and noticed this large war. and as a hispanic by decsent I offer my infernal contraptions to the armada so they may defeat lost viking and his british fleet. If the armada offers us treasure to power our machines off of in return. We will try to mess things up in the past so the british have a weak economy or dont exist at all, we could try killing the very first british person, but that might create a paradox that would effect the spanish in a bad way. Anyway i hope the mighty conquistador sees how our services could be very useful to him. we are currently stationed in china, for no apparent reason, other than thats where we ended up after the journey. We arent sure if our trains can hold out esspecially in the event that another building would fall on them, so it would be much appreciated if you sent a small batch of blue and black bricks over along with a large bath tub, as the original bath tub in my whirling time warper is breaking. I assure you we will make the british empire crumble! :^D
