I'm not a wannabe moderator, i just thought it was presumtuous to create a topic thats specifically for funny links when so far that's what this forum is used for atleast 60% of the time, thats all. Also your latest post seen above reeks of sarcasm, with it's winking and laughing smiley's, while i presented myself in a civilized manner, perhaps i was a little demonstrative over this banana phone nonsense but that's just because i was so angry at the time having caught a glimpse of it, and it was an opinion and most constitutions say i can express mine regardless of what light its in. And might i just add this isn't a very fun topic with an arguement in it is it now? Please PM me if you have anything else to say on this matter.

I couldnt agree with you more, i'm just surprised nobody's bought it and regretted it yet. However i suppose those who don't like this set wouldn't buy it. I don't recall many negative responses in the announcement thread though either.

no negetive responses to this shambles of a set? i think this is one of the least aesthetically pleasing designs ever, in complete disarray and makes little sense and i'm rather surprised this is actually a set. Even the mech looks like it was made out of scrap mechs and to look like a rabbit and the engines all over the arms and legs really bug me too. Not even one of the cockpits is completely enclosed. I criticized this set when it was announced and i will continue to do so. I guess its got some decent parts though.

I really have to say that banana phone thing was horrible how could you find this funny, even if there is some sort of laugh factor then its hidden by how annoying it is. The Family guy thing was good though. Also this whole forum is for fun i dont think we need a seperate topic.

It's not really topical anymore they stopped making new episodes so even though this is a great idea TLG would see it as a waste of money and effort.

also the placement of the crystals is kind of wierd and almost time-crusiers-esque in its apparent randomness. I like the moc other than that and my general agreement with moose's statements.

Great town moc. I like it when snot techniques are used in building mocs.

oh this is bad, this is very bad. This is all happening quicker than i thought, i'm gonna miss the boat completely on these then ill be buying from secondary markets. Secondary Markets, the scalpers of bricklink that load up on these sets and sell them at 150% of the original price.

overall this is better designed than some of the earlier HP sets however it has such a bland design, and it's tiny too. It has some great parts and such so i might just pick it up.

no i dont think i have but I seem to recall seeing a house & car set before. Actually I think this was briefly mentioned in the non system themes as a Creator set to come out in 2007. Originally i didnt want to buy it but i've had a change of heart.

Well this is something i wont have to worry about until a good 3 years, that is if were talking about university exams. High school exams (with the exception of math) have always been pretty easy for me.

I dont care: 1. how much i have to P to P. 2. if they are selling software how much that costs. 3. how much ram it takes. 4. what quality of graphics card is needed to play. 5. however many of my freinds that think lego is a little kids toy make fun of me for playing this during school hours. 6. how much time ill end up wasting on this and how sleep deprived it will make me. I HAVE TO PLAY!!! 8-

Another fantastic moc by Brick miner! honestly your photoshop work is amazing and you have a talent for mocing in official lego style. This is my favorite so far a great concept and well worked moc. But dont give yourself a pat on the back, because last time i did that i dislocated my elbow. Instead i will give you a standing ovation.

this is one of the slickest ships i've seen yet. I really like the look of this thing.

I don't know how this moc can only have 3 replies it's one of my favorites right now. Ingenious design meets ingenious ideas and this is the kind of stuff you get. This is also the first divers meets steampunk moc. I love all this guys works especially the pirates crag that thing was the shiz as todays youth would put it.

Phes i did build this which has certain unique parts. the gem lamps and its the firstm to use a fabric balloon. Sadly for some this was one of the flaws of my moc and they said the fabric balloon looked like it was about to deflate. Also its fairly detailed overall but does look a little thrown together towards the end. I also built crabs worth, seen here and it's uniuque in that it's the only mechanical crab of steampunk moc's. However this is something i did quite a while ago and think could have bennifited from more snot work, i'm not particularly proud of it thats why i didnt post it till 4 months after i built it but there are some good parts too. And no mr. Dreamweb phes was saying that he wanted to see a steampunk moc i built according to my own advice, and said timetwisters moc's wouldnt count, he didnt mean your moc was timetwisters/cruisers like.

very insightful. I absolutely loved this movie espicially the part where the guy proves that the free thinker is so well controlled by his government that they can change his perception of reality and truth by holding up four fingers and telling him to admit it's five. It would suck living in that place. I also liked the abrupt ending.

this is why i cant beleive the bible. We "envy" her because of her dispicable vanity and greed. The deadly sins she comits are causing us to comit deadly sins ourselves, simply by having an uncontrolable thought which we dont even necessarily act upon? I don't know about you jesus but to me something just doesnt add up here. Also she has commited lust and sloth and us prols have to live in our basic 2 story apartments driving economy class cars while this idiot is living in some seven tier mansion and driving whatever the hell she drives. (dont really give a s****) This is the kind of annecdote that makes me a communist, yeah you work those night shifts in the arms factory B*****.
