  1. Not a few minutes, no. Try 30 seconds or so. Just let a decent amount of air into the circuit.
  2. Have you tried letting the air pressure in the system really build up before actuating/moving the crane? Especially if you've left it idle for a while the system won't respond well.
  3. Hopefully this will serve as inspiration for TLG's use of the Liebherr license.
  4. There's 8229, which has an interesting tracked forklift B-model that can be motorized with 8720. Or how about 8443 and its reach stacker? They're the only two I can think of off the top of my head. Try Technica - it tells you which sets can be motorized. 8720's successor was released in 1997, so set the index by date and go through the sets before then to see which ones can be motorized with 8720. It might also help to download some instructions from sets of the era.
  5. I never got why they don't have B-models, and there's no reason for them not to. Supercars and experimental motorized sets aside, it was 42108 that worried the hell out of me. It hasn't set a good precedent.
  6. I'm not clear on the point you're trying to make. These days it seems only the small sets have B-models, the larger ones don't. Irrespective of licensing.
  7. That's not quite true. Licensed sets also have B-models, if they're the right size (42103). And until recently, larger licensed sets also had alternates and an array of functions. The B-model problem affects all large sets now - I highly doubt any of this year's 2H sets will have anything on the back of the box. License or no.
  8. Okay. It might be an idea to have your videos on the same thread instead of making loads of individual posts.
  9. Apparently it's gonna be a longnose rig, so it probably won't resemble it much.
  10. Not buying 42109 would have been my advice...
  11. Regarding 42121, I wouldn't say it's as pronounced as it is in other sets. That said, I'd probably need to really see it under artificial light. Anyway, 42128! Orange tow truck! Waiting for news...
  12. The yellow versions in my copy don't all sit flush either.
  13. Built mine yesterday. Cool build - even for a set this size, numbered bags are great stopping points and make missed parts much less of a headache. I didn't really recognize the build technique either, so going by that and the designation on the stickers, I think Luke Cragin is the designer.
  14. Oh man! I wouldn't even have expected that engine in the tractor! Fabulous stuff.
  15. I've generally noticed that car and supercars get way more attention and praise than any other type of vehicle-based MOC.
  16. I've just looked over your MAN MOCs and they're pretty good! The Tatra's cool too. Try posting more stuff if you have it.
  17. It's in the Technic product videos. As for the Caterpillar, the D11T dozer is this year's flagship.
  18. I have one of these that does the same thing.
  19. We're already gonna have that. "Build for Real" is the Technic tagline. Were you unaware of that?
