  1. Mmmh! That is a gorgeous dune worm! The mouth is wonderful, and the shaping on the body is excellent! Also the colour choice is great! I love how you did the burst of sand! The implied motion in this scene is gorgeous! And the speeder is great too! All round excellent build! You make Octan proud, glorious leader! ~Insectoid Aristocrat
  2. Wow! That's great! The Lava! The ship! All wonderfull! Great shaping! It has a wonderfully utilitarian feel... and also... a kind of Retro feel. That might be due to the plane jet piece. ~Insectoid Aristocrat
  3. Sorry, might h͜a̡ve mìx̨ed ̴m̕͞y̴ m̸̗ḛͩt̻͇̳͈̉̿̆͋͑͜a̶̭̭͚̹͎̖ͬ̂p̗̣̝͇͓̍ͦ̅ͯ͐̈ͅh͌̐҉̗͈͙͓̙͍̬̲́o̜̳̞̲͎ͩ͞r̸̵͉͕̫̺̯̹̖̺͐̿̿͠ś̛̮͎͓̙ͨ͊̉̀́ ̭̤͉̜͓͉̹̆̈̽͒̀̈̍ͅt̸̡̳͚̻̠͚͎͙ͤͧ̀̿̋͌ͥ̒h̵̨̞̘̙̻ͤ̓ͭ̊̀ͮ̇̍͢e̤̺̮͖̳̝̒̄̀̓ͭͧ̾͞r͌͊͑͆ͯ̎̆ͥ͘͏̤̦͍͍͕̝͓̪̹ȩ̫̼ͧ͊̚.̠̠̺ͥ͂͑̇ͣ̄̔ͫ͗ Yeah, Sylph wouldn't be a good veteran... Good thing he's not going to be. ~Insectoid Aristocrat
  4. From reports we've gathered from our competitive intelligence agents, it seems that low level Scientists in Mantis have a very quick turnover rate... Ah, our Tomatoes are genetically modified for a drastically extended shelf-life! All grown on the fertile fields of Farmolis! Not surprised to hear about the super weapon though. That's Mantis for you. Btw, have you signed up in the Introduction topic yet? Can't wait to see your Compact air tank designs. ~Dr. Long
  5. Wonderful! this is a great improvement from the WIP pics. Very clean, and you can see all the work that went into the caves. Lovely details all over! And the story is great too! Wow... she really doesn't like you! Also, I love how you characterized Dr. Long as well. Of course she would file a complaint! ~Insectoid Aristocrat
  6. There is always room for a scientist at Octan! Octan employees are granted access to some of the safest, cleanest workplaces in the Andromeda galaxy. In fact, it is standard protocol to enter the O.C.S. Axle, our fleet's primary science ship, through a decontamination shower, so as to keep the environment on board sterile of potential alien diseases and unwanted lifeforms. The name's Dr. Danielle Long, welcome aboard! ~Dr. Long
  7. Is it an explicit rule now that a noobie has to go through a Mafia School first? Anyways, looks lovely TPRU! I can't wait to get my Vikingr on! ~Insectoid Aristocrat
  8. It's pronounced "klulhu" in a deep guttural inhuman voice.

  9. Oh frabjous day cthulhu ftahgn! ~Insectoid Aristocrat
  10. The statement was fairly recent... looks like Endgame's got a thing for dragons lately. ~Insectoid Aristocrat
  11. "Left." Stated Sylph as he fired an arrow at Lethauros' claws from the back row.
  12. "Thank you." Sylph coughed. He picked himself up, bow already back in hand. "Few can land a blow that powerful... so... likewise."
  13. Sylph grunted as the tail penetrating his torso. He fell to the ground, catching himself on his gauntlet covered gloves. He looked up, witnessing the knight Throlar raise his shield in defence. "Good!" Sylph coughed. "Let's remove one of the dragon's limbs this round!"
  14. Mmmmh! Very sleek and smooth and geometric! Perfect fit for Space Police! The colour scheme is both true to the theme, and executed in a wonderful fashion here! Love the shaping! All it needs now is a beleaguered Blacktron freedom fighter to shoot down and imprison! excellent work! ~Insectoid Aristocrat
  15. No need to eat breakfast *shudders*, but Big Sal has already scored the first 6 with his gorgeously furnished Laboratory! That said, I totally agree on your score suggestion. This is a work of art. ~Insectoid Aristocrat
  16. http://lego.wikia.com/wiki/Octan But also this: http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=101850 Bob these are fantastic! I love your space ships! Especially the escort. Mrawr! ~Insectoid Aristocrat
  17. And then there's the classic "Mind blast!" You're fracked. Oh I love Ilithids! I especially love how the Lords of Madness expansion book delineated their history.... Basically they're from the end times, but developed time transport by mass sacrificing of their psionic community leaders/dead ancestors, jaunted all the way back to prehistory, and then conquered it.... I'm a sucker for Sci-fi in my fantasy tbh. I could talk about mind flayers for days... ~Insectoid Aristocrat
  18. Lovely build. I adore those gridded baseplate pieces, and you've used them to excellent effect here. Good job! Also, very nice snotty water! ~Insectoid Aristocrat
  19. reading the description of that Quest reminded me of one of my favorite possessions from ancient antiquity... ~Insectoid Aristocrat
  20. Sylph targeted the tail again from the back row.
  21. Yeah, I had a similar idea, but I don't even have that many gray slopes! Excellent build, mate! The gradated slopes works perfectly! I absolutely love everything about this! And the size is just phenomenal Wow! ~Insectoid Aristocrat
  22. Ooc: it's every other round.
  23. I have the Monster Manual in three editions. but they're all online anyways, so I could have just spent that money on Lego... ~Insectoid Aristocrat
  24. Excellent work! Looks like we're still on the trail of those ancient Alien relics! The speeder and cage are cool too! Dr. Long will be pleased you've snatched her a specimen! ~Insectoid Aristocrat
  25. Gorgeous build Lady K! Very aesthetically pleasing! I love the "gazebo" and the black rocks in the sea of trans-neon-orange studded Lava! Great work there! I love the colour-work on this! The trans-neon-yellowish green lanterns lining the pathway are excellent contrast to the other colours present, but I think my favorite colour in the build has to be the dark red (or is that Trans red?) tile lining the path! Excellent all round! ~Insectoid Aristocrat
