  1. "Wait... Am I not the one designated to receive the Enforcers?" Stated Sylph, curiously.

  3. Oh my gosh! You hid that thing so well! I only just noticed it! I thought you were pulling some clip or friction magic here! Damn! Bravo! ~Insectoid Aristocrat
  4. Love the flora and fauna here! Both above water and below! I also love the pink water! I'm a sucker for weird colours on alien planets. ~Insectoid Aristocrat
  5. Love the colour scheme on this! (Dark green and sand green is always a beautiful combo. ) Also! The probe is excellent! Very Kawashita! And I love that it looks like the sensing devices on top shrink down into the body! Lovely scene! ~Insectoid Aristocrat
  6. Yep. That should work. I don't see any reason why that wouldn't work. None whatsoever. Any plans for Savato? Just curious... ~Insectoid Aristocrat
  7. "The ring and the gloves interest me." Stated Sylph taciturnly.
  8. I personally like the gloves from a strategic standpoint. I am ether based, though, so the ether divide is my personal first pick. The helmet would fit me perfectly, and the wings would be nice too. ~Insectoid Aristocrat
  9. This, I think, is my favorite Mantis build this week. Gorgeous platform (I love platforms), gorgeous photography! Excellent drones! Also it's awesome how you featured so many members of Mantis in your build.... and it certainly is big enough to do so! ~Insectoid Aristocrat
  10. Once again, you fail to disappoint! Wonderful craft, and excellent use for the massive ship part from that set I could never afford! it's gorgeous! It's funny! Bravo! Mantiseptic seems to have a robust (if not eccentric and generally hazardous) scientific community! ~Insectoid Aristocrat
  11. Kintobor always squees! Wow. I don't know which one I want.... ~Insectoid Aristocrat
  12. Gorgeous hovercar! Very octan! The shaping and everything is great! I see you got that race car like I did! ~Insectoid Aristocrat
  13. The dense foliage in this is great, and so is the speeder, but I really love your brick built beast! Gorgeous! ~Insectoid Aristocrat
  14. Lovely lab! The greeblework is great! I think the name is my favorite part though! It's just such a dramatic name! I also love that the lab is underground. You can really see how it connects to its environment! ~Insectoid Aristocrat
  15. Octan has an army of beautiful women. What do you think the new training facility is for?! Excellent build! I love how pyromaniacal your character is! ~Insectoid Aristocrat
  16. //Haha! Excellent work, Dr. Vernon! This prototype should make exploring the waters of H05 much more efficient! Lord business has signed the patent form, and we will begin producing them after a few controlled tests!// Nice sub lab! Love the table, and the colour scheme! I especially love how you put Dr. Long in the scene! Excellent photo editing! I always picture Dr. Long looking in on a screen like that in all honesty! You read my mind! ~Insectoid Aristocrat
  17. Lovely details here! The Mantis logo is especially nice! I love the DNA discussion is great! Covergent evolution indeed! ~Insectoid Aristocrat
  18. Thanks! Sorry to disappoint, but she's more of a Hal than a Glados. Although she is just a bit more of a Ash than a Ripley. Yet, she's MUCH more of a Meredith Vickers than a David or any of the "scientists" aboard that ship. She dots her "i"s and crosses her "t"s, and those letters stand for Octan Corporation, rather than M.A.N.I.T.S. ~Insectoid Aristocrat
  19. I agree with the others! Excellent colour gradation here! It really sells the headlights-at-night aesthetic! well conceived and executed! ~Insectoid Aristocrat
  20. Excellent scene. Simple but effective. He could be Gen-modded. Kawashita is famous for that, after all! ~Insectoid Aristocrat
  21. Thanks all! I'm the mad scientist. Dr. Long is highly rational and not prone to illogical behavior. She fills out all the proper forms and signs all the proper paperwork. She also writes excellent lab reports, and employee casualty/expenditure reports. She is a cog in the great gear of big-business-funded science. Thanks! I wish I could find my other dozen scorpions. I can't remember where I put them, and the attic in which I work is a mess right now. Xenobiology is a field of research in which field research is completely crucial! We are the Darwins of our time, and Science knows no borders, nor any laws apart from those physical ones of nature! Thanks! I do like the sand technique... I just don't think I'm using it in a build that displays its full potential. It would be much better in a build displaying actual dunes, as opposed to a hole in said dunes. I also must attribute the technique actually looking good in this build to the criticism from Lucaslaughing, who really helped me incorporate it into the build. I may show the technique off in a future build better than I did here, but who knows. Meh, the grunts were relatively cheap. Not too much of a net-loss considering that they enabled me to research the effects of this alien's venom on a living human subject. They were wearing red anyways. It was inevitable. ~Insectoid Aristocrat
  22. You're totally kidding! it steals the show! Excellent real-life-resembling colour variation, and a delightful NPU on the eyes there! The face is threatening and insectile and alien, and the legs are a work of art! I actually prefer it over-all to the beetle space buggy, which is lovely in its own rights! Although, I'll admit.. I do have a weakness for Insectoid creatures. ~Insectoid Aristocrat
  23. "The pleasure is mine." Stated the Druid. "It's so rare to find one who respects and understands nature in this day and age. Sadly, it would seem that even some of those who practice the druidic rites of old have fallen into a misunderstanding of the great circle... I worry that the pestilence that refers to itself as 'Savato' remains alive and well in the countryside... despoiling my practices, and tarnishing the name of druids Olegaia-wide. If I have my way, I will put an end to his blasphemy, and enlighten... or destroy... those that would follow him. If not today, then perhaps I will wait. Nature, like time, is patient.... But it is not without its wrath."
  24. "Indeed." Stated Sylph to Vindsval. "A mighty force of destruction has fallen today. As is the natural order, the strong have defeated the weak. The young have supplanted the old. Life progresses as it always has. Change has both occurred, and it hasn't."
  25. Octan's an underdog again! Join us! We're scrappy!
