  1. Aw, it's a shame this couldn't be entered in the contest, I honestly think this is one of the few entries that really fit the 'potential set' criteria. I really like the various elements of this build that make this very playable - 4 heroes in two pretty neat vehicles, 2 villains with a giant sky-scarab, and that small ruins' entrance that really looks like what you'll see in standard LEGO sets. Excellent work TMC!
  2. Fantastic entry gabe! Now this is something that I could see as a potential PQ set with the overall pleasing and inviting set-up: highly-playable features, good minifig selection, a 'hero vehicle', and a realistic piece count (I assume on the size range of the historic castles). Impressive work and best of luck in the contest!
  3. Wow I've always thought your T-47 is already great and definitely one of the best looking snowspeeder MOCs around, but you've outdone yourself once again with the subtle but very effective modifications on this new version. Kudos for the 'continuous improvement' on your creations Lars!
  4. I don't know the builder's intention but I'd assume he made this not as a minifig-scale droideka but a functional model with the folding/rolling mechanism. And one great job he did on this one.
  5. Excellent entry lisqr! This castle-tank really looks menacing. I love the idea of the tank transformation, I think it fits the highly-playable nature of NinjaGo sets, though I just don't see this as a potential set. Don't get me wrong, this is a great-looking MOC as it is, not just a likely candidate to become a set due to the high piece count and un-colorfulness that is not characteristic of NinjaGo.
  6. Wow this is an amazing starfighter design Giovanne! I simply love the overall shape and the effective use of those huge 'wing' pieces at the back. The SNOT finish and greebling detailing are very well done too.
  7. Very nice, I love the simple but classic look. Is that the CMS Gnome's hat piece?
  8. This and your other previous 'floating rock'-based vigs do remind me a lot of Pandora from Avatar (though yours is a much smaller version). I agree this is your best one yet since the rocks multiplied to four! Nah seriously, very nice work always MB!
  9. Stayed up late again last night to watch The Book of Eli, quite an intriguing post-apocalyptic movie I must say. But there are a lot of 'dead extras' shown in the movie, good luck spotting her there.
  10. You're right tin, Cammy looks even lovelier than your previous Chun-Li. Perfect use for the CMS artist's hat and great job on the double hairbraids. I think the only missing detail is some sort of boot coloring (she looks bare footed). But this certainly doesn't diminish the beauty of this custom. The others are very well done too.
  11. Yet another stunning creation lisqr! I love the idea of a hexagonal-shaped tower and you really captured it in brickbuild flawlessly. The dark green highlighted with gold stripes dome top is really visually appealing. Certainly a very impressive work!
  12. Pretty neat subtle mods to convert the 7639 Camper to the Artist's Trailer, and that interior lighting is really a very cool additional feature. Nicely done HeLena!
  13. Yes I finished reading it! Very enjoyable to read such a detailed introduction. Welcome to the forums Stephan and continue enjoying the site!
  14. Pretty neat little vig Artemik! Uncle Evil's facial expression is simply perfect for this chase scene. And it looks like the thief is gonna get some a$$-whoopin' once the mad-angry-victim-on-a-speeding-bike-with-a-stick catches him.
  15. Excellent motorization of Sebulba's Podracer mahjqa! Not only is it an ingenious build but it's very entertaining to watch as well and something that kids will really enjoy playing with. Now it only needs Anakin's to race with.
  16. Pretty neat modification and expansion of the 'Green' Grocer FC! It's nice to see this modular building in a different but still good-looking blue color scheme. This one is really a good addition to your other previously made modular buildings. Very well done!
  17. This is really a great-looking MOC, the way the skate ramp was built is quite outstanding considering steep curved slope and the effective use of different size and brown color shade for the wooden panels. The other details like the knight's helmet for the trash can and that uniquely-shaped base are also well conceived. Simply an excellent scene overall, great job Jalkow!
  18. Another excellent hoverbike -zenn! As usual, very nice parts usage particularly the wheels, minifig 'apron', and that blue piece at the back (is that a Bionicle piece? I can't seem to remember that one.) Nice work!
  19. Very nice little police station Artemik! The small size and cramped interior somehow reminds me of local police stations here in our place. We've seen huge police stations in official sets so it's quite refreshing to see this smaller version. Nicely done and welcome to EB!
  20. Yeah I saw these before in your previous vignette, pretty neat mods you got there on the 7913 BARC. It's really nice to see people exercising some creativity to modify official LEGO vehicles to their liking, like the various non-cannon customization of these BARC speeders.
  21. Ooh very nice LDD MOC Gunner! For some reason I've always wanted to see this as a Lego set ever since I saw this on the '03 series, and now seeing this digital design it looks like it can be done (of course without the brickbuilt 'fan wing'). I do agree that some sort of fabric would have to be used for a completely functional folding mechanism to work.
  22. I really love this Radio Studio booth HeLena! The various details are really well-done (especially the microphone holder) and things that one will really see in a real radio studio booth. Very good work!
  23. This Tyre Dealer shop is looking great LT! I love the overall 'blue-goodness' of this establishment. The use of that huge tire piece is really an effective advertising tool - (in deep voice) TIRES anyone? Great work!
  24. Haha, very nice one AussieJimbo! The tire tower really cracked me up. The whole build is simple yet very true to the real store. You even got the background house and a similar classic car like in the reference image. The only thing you need is a grey-scale version of the photo. Good job overall!
  25. Very interesting promotional set, though not really the best I've seen. It seems TLG went the easy way for the printed windows on the bricks, but it's a freebie, so no point really in complaining.
