Very impressive tractor design! I love the massive six-wheel size of this one, the opening hood and portable crane machine are pretty neat details too. Another excellent creation LEGO Ink!

Gryffindor Student Clen Vierno versus Ravenclaw Student Kestrel Kingfisher Round 2 Clen Vierno l 3 ____________________________Kestrel Kingfisher l 4 Protego! - 0__________________________________Mid - 0 Mid - 1 ______________________________________High - 0 Silencio! - 0__________________________________High - 1 High - 0_____________________________________Protego! - 0 Low - 0 _____________________________________Low - 0 Health: 2_____________________________________Health: 3 Looking to continue his aggressive start, Kestrel Kingfisher immediately aims to hit his opponent with a body shot, but Clen was quick to put up his defense with a shield charm. The Gryffindor then takes his turn on the offensive, and manages to flick a quick spell that slams Ketrel against the wall. Not to be outdone, the Ravenclaw retaliates with a head shot that momentarily dizzies his rival. Even after being hit in the head, Clen was able to cast a high-arching spell that gets blocked by Ketrel's Protego. As the round draws to a close, both duelists unleash similar low spells that counters each other, sending sparks and smoke throughout the dueling room. The middle round has finished with Kestrel maintaining his slight advantage over Clen. But clearly, it's still anybody's duel in the final round. You may now send your Round 3 DSs. -
Excellent painting scene! Great use of those cloth pieces for the cover and nice brickbuilt scaffolding also. And this is not even the best part of the build IMO since the other building and the vehicles are very well done creations by themselves too. Simply a fantastic job Ezechielle!

Ha, very creative use of the ice skates, I love these mini-sailboats! Impressive work on this unique build LEGO Ink!

Very well done LEGO Ink! I really like the effective usage of those otherwise <insert that tiresome argument> forklift top and driver seats pieces. I also see some unique building techniques there for the details (binocular in the bumper, side 'skirts'). Great work!

George G, your recent entries are really hilarious! Love the Pilots, Gungan Choco, and Bieber ones. And Legonater, those three panes are very cleverly funny, especially the last one.

MOC Silent Hill: Origins
XimenaPaulina replied to AlexScammer's topic in LEGO Action and Adventure Themes
Hi Alex, welcome to the forums. I like the idea of the mirror effect of this vig, and you did that pretty well with the gun-wielding man. But how about the other guy? I can't seem to understand why it doesn't have his own 'mirror image'. -
MINI Armored Assault Tank (AAT), Separatists style
XimenaPaulina replied to Legostein's topic in LEGO Star Wars
Same here, I like it for what it is already, the basic shape and overall design is there, and nice blue-dk. blue color scheme combo. Great job as always! -
You really did a great job on the rock formation CMP(oD), and the minifig positioning is pretty effective. So well done on both intended purposes of this vig!

Cool-looking police bike design, nice use of curved slopes for an aerodynamic and sleek futuristic look.

Wow, I'm totally impressed with the transformation feature of this robot. It must have taken you some rigorous designing to come up with a cool-looking exterior and a fully-functional transformation that is pretty difficult to achieve in LEGO medium. But you've done it wonderfully, so kudos to that!

Review: 7885 Robin's Scuba Jet: Attack of The Penguin
XimenaPaulina replied to The Penguin's topic in LEGO Licensed
I would have to say this is one of the best-valued Batman sets during the time it was released. For $20 you get two vehicles (no matter how cartoony they look, they're still good parts sources) and two classic minifigs - The Penguin and Robin (which I would agree is one of the best minifigs in the whole Batman line). Like other previous Batman sets, I regret passing this up when I had the chance to get it. Though great review as usual The Penguin, thanks for sharing! -
Review: 7786: The Batcopter: The Chase for Scarecrow
XimenaPaulina replied to The Penguin's topic in LEGO Licensed
Another high quality review The Penguin! Reading through I've learned some interesting things that I didn't know before, like what series was this bluish Batman fig is based on and that Scarecrow's face glow in the dark. As for the set, I think this is one of the best in the Batman line, probably third on my ranking behind only the Tumbler (1st) and the Batmobile (2nd) sets. -
Wow, pretty neat collection of shaolin monks! Great job on the torso decals, and the additional belt and feet black detailing. It's also nice to see you've given them individual faces (though there are still duplicates). Very well done alan!

My apologies, I messed up with both your 3rd sequences. I triple-checked this time, both your DSs should be correct. The score still remains the same. -

Gryffindor Student Clen Vierno versus Ravenclaw Student Kestrel Kingfisher Round 1 Clen Vierno l 5 ____________________________Kestrel Kingfisher l 5 Low - 0______________________________________High - 1 Silencio! - 0 __________________________________Mid - 1 High - 0_____________________________________Protego! - 0 Mid - 1______________________________________High - 0 Protego! - 0 _________________________________Low - 0 Health: 3_____________________________________Health: 4 Fresh form his first duel victory, Ravenclaw Kestrel Kingfisher accepts the challenge of Gryffindor Clen Vierno, who himself is seeking his first ever win. Carrying on with his momentum from his last match, Kestrel casts a spell that successfully hits his opponent in the head. The Ravenclaw aggressively follows-up with a body shot that proves to be too much for Clen's Silencio. Even after suffering back-to-back hits, the Gryffindor tries to aim at his rival's head but Kestrel was able to block with a timely shield charm. Seeing an opening, Clen unleashes a lightning-quick spell that backs down Kestrel. The Ravenclaw retaliates with a low-sweeping spell but Clen adeptly counters with a Protego. After a furious exchange of spells we find Kestrel holding a slim lead over Clen after the opening round. Will the Ravenclaw add on to his lead, or will the Gryffindor even things out in the next round? Send in your Round 2 DSs when ready. -

I'm here to return the favor. Send in your DSs to me. -
Now this is totally unexpected, from Batman to Belville huh? The world must be going upside down! Nah seriously, it's quite refreshing to see you coming out of your comfort zone to take on this review The Penguin, and I must say you've really come a long way as the quality of this review is great with all the excellent photos, comprehensive commentary and your signature funny comics. Really very well done! As for the set, even as an AFOL who isn't interested at this theme, I'd still think that this set is quite ok for the target market of the Belville theme = the little girls. This set offers a Barbie-ish figure, with girly-visually pleasing pink-and-white motif, I think it has the elements that would really capture the attention of the little girls.

Excellently done filospinato! The overall design is pretty spot-on based on the reference image, and I really like the greebling details of the launcher support. Citrus-orange missile bombs away!

Legends of the Wizarding World
XimenaPaulina replied to pedro's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
Hmmm, that is indeed an interesting and valid question. I'm not so sure about this, and pedro can confirm if this is correct or not, but giving up a mastery ability will revert you back at the starting point of the previous rank. It might be a bit unfair especially if you rightfully earned your additional wins, but I guess that is the drawback one has to take to replace a current mastery ability. -
Quite a nice layout you got there Strikeman, it's really good to see your MLCad design translating into reality. I would assume those castle and pirate sets are just 'temporary fillers' since you don't have the town/city buildings at the moment right? Also, seeing those construction vehicles 'at work' does convey that this town is a WIP. Looking forward how this one develops.

About this talk about the inclusion of the minifigs in this UCS set, seriously, do people really care about these minifigs considering how majestic the Executor model is already and how unoriginal and uninspiring the minifig line-up is? It is quite obvious that the selling point of this UCS set is the model itself, and not in anyway the minifigs. If there's anyone here who would buy this ultra-expensive set just for a bunch of minifigs is completely out-of-his-mind.

Very nice bike model, even if it's not minifig-scale, it really captures the overall shape, curves, and basic elements of these BMW motorbikes.

That's one mightily impressive Venator creation alright, considering the time it was built back in '05. It's actually the first time I've seen this, so thanks for sharing this Solscud!

It's a mass storage device where you could save files and various stuff. What's the capacity of this one, 2GB?
