Fantastic job! It looks beautiful. WOW. -
The siege of Campelia Castle. A CCBC entry.

I also like the walls. All those round 1x1 have a pleasing effect. The fallen peasant with his guts spilling out on the stairs is nice. I couldn't find a good photo of the central fortification with the black roof so I am not sure about that part. Great job. -
Thanks to all for your comments and suggestions. I'll bring it back in a couple weeks when I have finished it up. I am a little stumped right now on how I should rig the tackle off the brown crane but I'll work it out.

A very cool technic. The rubber band running through the torso to hold the arms is a great idea. I am not sure about the legs either. It looks nice but I can only picture them resting lightly on the lower leg pieces. Would love to know more though!

Great job but how did you know my house looks like that?

I had to do a double take on MOC pages when I saw the photo's the MOC is based on because I wasn't sure for a second which was which. I don't think I have ever seen a real building copied so perfectly and the size and scale is very impressive. The overall effect is stunning. You did an incredible job on every detail of which there are too many to count. I can't wait to see what you do next!

your ship is very beautiful. I love the shape. I can't believe how quickly you built it. The sails and flags are very cool. Great job.

I probably don't have a lot of valuable skills in this environment but if you need a Boatswain I would happily volunteer!

What figure represents the castle line?

That's what makes it fun! -
Well Hornblower. You did an amazing job and from your description you seem to have a very large pirate themed collection. It surprises me that you are new to this forum but I hope you continue on here.

What a great scene. The photos are really nice you got some cool perspectives. I like the one of the two armies clashing in no man's land and the soldiers head and helmet flying off in the background. The castle fire is great but the bucket of water was inspired. The whole thing really seems like all those crazy little casle minifigures came to life and attacked each other. I do want to know how that little group with the ladders managed to get themselves and their seige gear across the river and past the withering fire. Awsome MOC!

Vintage Minifig V3 contains a BLUECOAT!

Somehow good fortune seems more appropriate so that is what I wish for you. -
Stunning! I really like the outside of that main fort (not so much the inside with all the weird arches and it looks too tall from inside) but that outside view is very pleasing. Super - your thought above sent a chill down my spin. It immediately envolks the famous line from Jaws "we're going to need a bigger boat".....we would need a much bigger space! The people on here with all their talent, armies, ships, bricks...I think would far eclipse this layout.

Yes I'll have to do that. I've been meaning to run down to the office supply store and get some poster board. That is actually a white wall behind it but my walls are very heavily textured. Thanks any photo pointers are appreciated...not my strongest ability.

I actually think this might be SlyOwl before some horrible accident! -
You might be able to break up all that black by incorporating some spider webs to stick with the original evil feel (maybe some more flames too or some chains)

Castle; Alternative To - Assault Tower

The best part is how it "dumps" trolls out the back. Very funny. Now you just need to fix four lances to a horse and your all set! -
What figure represents the castle line?

I'd say a knight. I always picture the one with the pointy helment and noes guard that flares out at the bottom with the chest crest is black and blue or red and blue. -

Awsome. I've got one close to home but be carefull...I go in there so often they know me by name...At least the one on my debit card anyway. They had a lifesize pirate building event a month or so ago. I took my two daughters...they loved it. It was pretty cool.
