  1. I've heard from a friend of me in USA that in words starting with X, the X is pronounced Z. So I'm pretty sure that's it.
  2. I guess pneumatic or not pneumatic depends on the type of model. I would say an excavator for the sake of speed would benefit from having pneumatics over LA's, which could make it more likely that the Volvo will have pneumatics.
  3. I think the color scheme is nice, too. I do feel there's too many green/white panels and too few liftarms, but not too bad.
  4. It could work if Anakin appeared as a force ghost for Luke, following the change in Ep. 6 where his force ghost was changed from the old guy to Hayden. If we go by that, Luke did see his father in his younger version.
  5. Nice, looks quite realistic.
  6. I skipped the A-model and built the B-model, as it's the most preferable kind of car IMO. I plan to disassemble it anyway, but I don't know yet what I'll make from the parts.
  7. I've just opened the box after getting my 42039 today. From the pics, I'm at a draw about the front itself. As for the front light sections, I like the preliminary version better.
  8. I've purchased 42020, 42028, 42032, 42042 and 42043 just since July 29, and on Wednesday night I gave in to temptation and curiosity and ordered this set as well want those bright green parts
  9. Nah, you could just use shorter panels, I'd do that
  10. Even those who doesn't know who and what IG-88 is, could potentially get interested if TLG made him and did it well. I for one, who only know his name and profession, might just get him if they make him.
  11. Dracula Untold, last night.
  12. I arranged them like the manual showed, except I cut the blue hoses connecting to the valves so that they form a T to get more space, as per the tip of someone on this forum.
  13. Yeah, they have a noticeable rubbery smell. I finished the truck on Thursday, but completed it yesterday by putting on the bed, and after standing on my desk over the night, the rubbery scent had actually spread into the room This set is undoubtedly a good parts pack anyway. 13x 5x11 panels in LBG, 12 wheels/tires, new cylinders and the new clam buckets just to mention a few things.
  14. Finished my Arocs sometimes yesterday and tested the functions. Nice truck and crane. I wonder though, does anyone know if the pneumatic tubes are made of a new kind of rubber? Cos the tubes in my set has a noticeable smell off of them and I don't remember the Unimog tubes having that scent.
  15. Congratulations I don't think it's such a big problem with the price. One can always just BrickLink the parts, most of them shouldn't be too expensive, I guess the price comes with the IR receivers and remotes.
  16. I got mine yesterday and spent the evening building the 1 and 2-bags. I'm currently in the process of building the 3-bags.
  17. LOL at the mini Arocs I finally got around to order a copy of this set on Sunday night.
  18. Personally I think 42042 is way better than 42009, but it might just be (at least partly) because I like excavators far more than mobile cranes and 42042 reminds me of an excavator. I have both sets though, but if I had to choose, I'd say 42042.
  19. I don't think it's such a bad thing. Personally I don't want to get all of next year's sets revealed now already, there won't be anything to be excited about when the release date arrives. If we know everything about the sets 4-5 months, maybe a year in advance, it'll be boring when they finally get released.
  20. Ok, thanks. I suppose it's attached with a simple 1x1 plate with clip on top or something.
  21. I don't know if it has been stated, but which piece is it that has the MB logo print? How is it attached to the truck, or in this case, the Unimog?
