  1. IMO Blackbeard died too soon. I feel like the whole hunt for the holy grail or whatever it was, was rushed, and same with Blackbeard's death. I think it would have been done better if the plot in On Stranger Tides had been happening over the course of 2 films, like the plot with Davy Jones and Jack's debt to him in Dead Man's Chest and At World's End. I'm only into Technic, but I would love to see a proper UCS of The Flying Dutchman.
  2. Those Tumbler tires alone makes me tempted to get that drag racer
  3. I'm not very interested in that type of cars, or cars at all really. I don't plan on keeping the B-model assembled either. But thanks for the tip anyways
  4. Heyo, first visit here, didn't even know there was a Technic pub 4 x 42039, wow, good source for the Bright Green parts, at least. I have one, currently built as the B-model since I skipped the A-model.
  5. VNV Nation - Beloved
  6. Not exactly Lego, but I bought a new plastic storage container with removable trays/boxes, bigger than the ones I currently use, to store my parts.
  7. Fast & Furious 7. Started watching it 1,5 week ago, but got to watch the last half hour on Saturday.
  8. Right now I really look forward to Star Wars: The Force Awakens. I have tickets ready for the premiere
  9. I've been wondering about that too, you could almost call it a design flaw. Without stickers, you have a visible "hole" on the panel.
  10. To me, the blue on the Drag Racer looks like the same medium blue or whatever that was on the Hot Rod from last year.
  11. I just came to think - I don't think TLG have ever made a proper drill rig, like this, with or without cab. Having a huge interest in construction machines, I would like to see them make an attempt at this. Also I wouldn't mind if they made a new version of the track links, the big ones, being like 3 studs wide or so, which could fit better for e.g. tracks for drill rigs. I'm working on a MOC of one, having a long period of standing still on it though, and I feel that the big track links are too wide for that use. Seeing as drill rigs have narrower tracks, and maybe other machines as well, it would be an idea.
  12. Yes, it could have been a smart move to mislead us if they didn't have the Volvo excavator in the line-up too.
  13. Scooter - Riot
  14. I wouldn't say they're ugly, but each to his taste. Also I doubt that "bucket wheel excavator" is anything but what it says, bucket wheel excavator. I doubt TLG would name it such if it was a version of a regular excavator.
  15. Very nice and realistic looking lawn tractor there I wonder, do you mind posting more detailed pics of it that would make it possible to build it? I would really like to build my own version most likely without power functions though.
  16. Bucket wheel excavators are so large in real life that such a set from Lego should be of a decent size. I'd say it should match 42042 Crawler Crane at least.
  17. Really cool, awesome color combo!
  18. I'm going to make an attempt on booking tickets for the premiere in my town when they open the ticket sale by midnight online on Wednesday/Thursday. So looking forward to The Force Awakens
  19. Oh yeah! I was hoping to see a small glimpse of Kylo Ren vs. Finn, but nevertheless, the trailer is great. Only 2 months to go, and man do I look forward to this!
  20. That's what I heard once, and why they need to be redesigned if ever to be produced again.
  21. I've heard the Power Puller tires are too heavy to be of good use, but it would be nice if TLG redesigned them and released them again. I've never had the Power Puller set, but I would sure like to see a return of the tires.
  22. Wow, never imagined it before, but that purple/orange combo looks awesome! The mine loader looks about as expected. Cool sets overall.
  23. If you wanna make a mobile crane with 12 axles, then do that could be fun to see how that would work out.
  24. I too would recommend you to remove the lowest grille row, at least try to see how it looks without it.
  25. The question is in which language the model names are intended. Seeing as Claas manufacture tractors internationally, I would assume their model names is intended towards that as well. In any case, I think Zerion and for that matter Zylon sounds the best.
