    Interesting idea for a thread but what do you mean by a “central column”? I work in the car industry and not heard the term. Do you mean centre console ? The structure that goes between the front seats.

    @snxwdan the boot lid is made up of four 2x4 tiles and one 1x8 tile. Mounted to a 4x8 plate. I haven’t touched the model in ages so I still haven’t finished creating a better bootlid, space behind the seats and hiding the boot hinges. Here’s my bootlid at the moment

    A Reliant Kitten is a 4 wheel version of a Robin, it uses the same base chassis but has a car layout so 2 wheels at the front and because of that is slightly wider at the front.

    Great looking model of a British classic. I think it’s good you made a standard car rather than doing the Only Fools and Horses one. If you want to do another British classic 3 wheeler look for a Bond Bug. It has nothing to do with James Bond though.

    I made a comment on the shuttle cargo bay door panel in its thread. I don’t see this as a Technic panel because of the studs and anti studs on the non hinge end. I think this is more likely to end up in future system sets than Technic ones

    The scout trooper looks great, I have to agree with Vader why isn’t there another sticker to make the grilles on the mouth taller. probe droid on its snow stand looks great but I don’t collect these so are we only getting 2 helmets this year or do we think there’s a third to be revealed?

    As a predominantly Technic builder I’m not sure about the cargo bay doors being a Technic piece. Ok the hinge is obviously a Technic pin but the other end obviously has a row of studs on the outside and antistuds on the inside so I think this is more likely to be used in future system models rather than Technic

    There’s a good photo Lego have released that shows all the recent models together. Saturn, lander, ISS and then the shuttle and Hubble.

    £170 and now as coming soon on the Lego store. reveal video is now available. It has working control surfaces (looks like you turn a rocket exhaust) and also deploying landing gear

    I can tell you already that I’m going to hate applying all those metallic stickers to the inside of the cargo bay doors! But in terms of overall design and balance of smooth vs stud I think they’re spot on

    Omg I need that in my life. I like the way you can display Hubble separately. Any clues as to when we can order it?

    I’ve seen the carnage and venom heads far better than the iron man they did last year. The big problem with them is I thought these are supposed to be helmets and not heads! I’ve got all 3 Star Wars ones from last year and I think they look great, better than the photos. My favourite is the Tie and I wish Fett was slightly larger.

    But the ones from last year have lots of studs so Vader being study shouldn’t be a surprise to anyone

    I know the probe droid does look good but I must remind myself that it’s a set I don’t need as I haven’t got any of the other droid sets. vaders helmet image is also floating around. Looks good from the image that’s there and I’m glad to see it’s only the helmet and not the shoulders too. just need the scout trooper image to come out and also hopefully a third

    An image of the Probe Droid has appeared and it looks great, I don’t collect the droids though. hopefully better images of the helmets will appear soon

    A modern version of 7470 with less exposed studs would be good. Can’t wait to see it

    I’ve just seen rumours that this may come with Hubble. If that’s true the Shuttle needs to be Discovery, also Hubble was an April launch. But generally I could do with a shuttle model as I don’t have one yet. Hope it’s not huge

    I’m hoping they stick to a film relationship for the third one so I’m hoping for something else ROTJ related if we base this as the first time we see a scout trooper. I’d love it to be Boussh or a Royal Guard

    I’ve just compared it to one of the images of the 2 troopers from one of the episodes of Mando and the length of the mouth looks about right, it may be slightly longer but I’d say less than a stud
