    The new voices are at least 10x times better, in my honest opinion at least. Haven't really enjoyed the previous episodes but this one really appeals to me for some reason. Oh, the music in the game is pretty sweet too.

    George Slorkington, more commonly known as Slork is a mechanic on the SS "Smooth Rider." He's generally fun to be around and enjoys a good round of fungal beer. So I built this guy because I wanted to use those Bruizer chunks in a different way and because I'm kinda getting tired of standard humanoids. Sorry for the terrible picture quality, the weather here is very cloudy these days and I just got impatient and photographed it anyway. You can see a couple more angles in my Flickr photostream. C&C extremely appreciated!

    I friggin' love those names. Wow.

    I just like HF more because the parts are way more useful for what I do. Smooth surfaces are much easier to use than piston covered parts full of technic holes. As for the story, I really only cared for Bionicle 2001-03. Don't really care enough\know about the rest of it to comment. I like that HF's storyline is not that intrusive and you can easily choose to completely ignore it.

    I've broken ALL of those little red claws that came with Core Hunter. And I bought two of that set :I But every other part is still perfectly fine, the joints aren't even getting a bit loose.

    Totally gonna try and get every single one of these. They make me very nostalgic for the old X-Pod sets.

    I REALLY like this design! Mind if I use a modified version of it?

    That's kinda stale by now, everyone's doing it :T As for the moc, yeah, it really captures the look of the thing from the movie, the head and left set of arms are particularly nice. What I don't like though is the gappines of the armor and the colors are a bit jumbled. Still, this is very recognizable as the Made-in-China Jaeger.

    That was kinda the point, it's designed for a task and it's not a pretty one, no flashiness required. I wanted to covey a kind of unfeeling brutality and surgical precision, if that makes any sense. Also I absolutely hate printed plates :v

    Threat Subjugation Unit Model 13 Designation - Law enforcement The result of me playing around with system and hero factory parts combined. it's a law enforcement android from the future. I am bad at backstories. C&C very appreciated.

    Can you really fit the whole mechanism with the masks in there? Seems like the space is waaay too small.

    I REALLY like this, but I've got two gripes with it. Firstly, the red launcher pieces on the shins seem a bit off, as they are the only red armor pieces on the figure and red on this strikes me more as if it represents the underlying structure, I'd switch 'em out for a pair of gunmetal ones. Secondly, I feel this really needs a black or gunmetal head with red accents, as what you have right now sticks out like a sore thumb

    Consider the possibility it has active camo or something (which I would be willing to bet we'll see in the tv special) which is currently offline or something.

    This is by far my favorite set from the lineup this year and I'll probably be getting multiples of it. So many sweet parts, also the Rocka minifig kicks so much butt

    "What HF? You are quite sure that there is no HF here and never will be. Quite frankly, you find the notion absurd."

    Eh, to be honest, as long as we keep getting parts which are compatible with the ball socket system and technic I don't really mind that it's gonna end. Besides, the characters ARE kinda becoming stale, a bit of refreshing wouldn't hurt.

    I've had the exact same thought earlier today. Caustic Caverns was one of my favorite areas in BL2 so I have absolutely no problem with this :v

    I really like Skorpio for some reason. Sure, the colors are kinda garish but the design reminds me of the old Rahi sets plus it came with a TON of useful parts in bulk.

    I finally got my package. So excited! But when I opened it Surge was missing, oh well. I mean, I'm still super grateful and all but the thread said the prize would include him as well.

    Don't let him (or anyone for that matter) tell you what you can or can't build. I really like the overall shape of this thing, makes for a believable vehicle. The major flaw in this is the large amount of different colors and their utterly unorganized placement. If you tried to organize and group their positions a bit better you'd have a pretty awesome MOC.
