  1. Listen, don't panic. Look at how many things Shadell said that we've verified are lies. Don't let this distract us from rooting out all of the Scum. The Scum want us to be confused and distracted. Let's not give them the satisfaction.
  2. Maybe the pictures are just indicating that she packed up and left. I don't think the actual items mean anything. She packed up her kitty cat porn, her white tile and her ball or frying pan and left. I think it's also possible the Scum janitored her in order to hide the fact that there's a cult and keep us confused that way, but... I really prefer to just focus on what we can figure out. I don't want to leave all of these confusing maybes out there. That's what the Scum want us to do, chase our tails...well, those of us who have tails. So, until we get an indication otherwise, I think it's safe (and smart) to assume that this Matilda Dream is just like the Matilda Dream rules state: Scum vs. Town. It's a lot easier for me to wrap my brain around that. Good news, we've nailed two Scummos and have found a third. Awesome. We must be at least half way there. I have indication that Zara had an important role that was passed on and we have that member who inherited the role verified, so that's good news. I'm looking through my communications with Daisy, to see what else she knew and who else could be working with her based on things she's said and other people we both talked to.
  3. Oh, and the stuff is gone in the second picture... Weird. Maybe it does mean something. Sorry, I'm reading too fast. I forgot to have that meltdown and come back calm.
  4. That's the Fabuland postcard! I love that piece. I'm not a fan of looking for clues in pictures, but if we want to, sure. Let's see. Shadell fucks kitties? I think that's what it means. I'm gathering other Night Action results. Will bring you all what I can as soon as I can.
  5. Not surprisingly Daisy kept prying for names of the aliases. He successfully guessed the day vig, the day investigator and Rowlf. Yup, you guessed it, Heather, laying face down in the pond. Burn in hell, Daisy. Burn in hell. Unknown???? Let's lynch me anyway. I don't want to play this shit. OK, no quitting. What the hell does that mean? I think it's an indication that Shadell was in fact a member of the Scum team and they've janitored her to keep us confused. If you look back at yesterday, Shadell lied about her lunch. She said she was saving hers, then she said she had none. So many lies and therefore clearly Scum. No doubt about it in my mind, except the nagging paranoid one that makes me unsure of everything I've said and done behind the scenes. Allow me to have a meltdown, calm down and then return.
  6. Daisy is Scum. I used my remaining lunch on Daisy and found a pair of glasses with a fake mustache.
  7. Correct.
  8. Thanks, asterisk. Ramble on I think we can all feel a bit more confident in our lynch now, seeing that Shadell didn't come back with any defense or Town fighting spirit. If she thought it was her responsibility to get the Scum and the Cult, she didn't leave us with any leads, besides pointing a finger at me. Besides lightly accusing her accuser (of being a cult member, then Godfather, then saying I was probably important to the Town. ) she offered no other insight despite claiming to be leading an active charge against those against the Town. And I think Bunsen and Beeker deserve quite a bit of credit for turning in Matilada, though Shadell seems to be trying to take all the credit for that. Matilda had come up several times amongst the other Muppets and she had blatantly lied to me about who she targeted, so I think we were on our way to catching her. Point being, I think a Townie that spoke of being so dedicated to their job would fight to the end and offer us some things to look at tomorrow if she's supposedly going to turn up Town. Avoiding mentioning anyone but me allows Shadell to not clear or incriminate anyone else by listing off her own suspicions or commenting on all the other activity we've produced in our investigating. Now if she turns up Scum (or Cult ) tomorrow, we'll have no other names to clear or incriminate by her words. /Ramble
  9. Dr. Teeth told me he was getting on a train and would be back on in 30 minutes...about 10 hours ago.
  10. I must've forgotten the highlight list: Statler contacts Daisy on Day 1 or 2 telling him he's looking for his brother. (say he needs to find him "before it's too late") Daisy announces that someone is looking for a brother (can't remember if that happened on Day 1 or 2) Dr. Teeth contacts Statler and says "You're looking for your brother? I'm looking for my sister! We've found each other!" Statler asks Dr. Teeth how he knew he was looking for his brother and Dr. Teeth says Daisy told him. I ask Dr. Teeth how he knew Statler was looking for his brother and Dr. Teeth says that he re-read the day threads and saw Daisy say that Statler was looking for his brother. Except, Daisy never said that when he posted. So Dr. Teeth is lying through his teeth. So this leaves us with two questions: Why would Dr. Teeth lie about this? Answer: Who cares? Lynch all liars. How did Dr. Teeth know it was Statler who needed to find his brother.
  11. They have. Sweetums. I asked him to kill Matilda. He did.
  12. Please do not post any entries in this topic. It is for discussion only. Thank you.
  13. But if the story is revolving around somebody with a potentially important Action, we don't want those names out there. Do you understand that? If there are siblings and you're Scum and we tell you the name of one, you get two Town deaths if you kill that person. Now, why did you want to lynch Statler, the one who appears to be telling the truth, Sara? Come on, start answering the questions you are being asked...
  14. Ramble warning: Another point I've thought of: When I host Matilda Dreams, I always laugh when the Scum is running some gambit and saying "I know this sounds crazy, but it's God who is the crazy one!". I always have to sit back and think "I wish I could tell them all now that I'm not crazy. And that it sounds crazy because it's a huge lie coming from Scum." Granted, I've said to people in private that if there is a Cult, then God is crazy. But, my point is that people should be able to defend their roles on the merit of their roles and not have to blame any complexity on God. Leave God out of it and save your commentary for the structure of life for Judgement Day. People whose private defense has been "I don't know. God is a little nuts." or "God's a noob and she's trying too hard to be complicated" should cut the crap. In remembering hosting other Matilda Dreams, this all came to me. I'll trust God to be running an uncomplicated life until I see evidence to the contrary. Yes, lunches are a new thing, but that doesn't mean there is a Cult, too. If we're supposed to believe some of this crap just because God is a noob host then that's not good reasoning we should be following. God is a noob is not a logical argument! Just in case anybody else has someone whispering God noob lies in their ears. That's my two cents, which I shall now eat. Nom nom nom, pennies! /Ramble
  15. Good point. I missed that. The story is about Dr. Teeth lying...
  16. Theory: Two horses are killed. That is because there are two Scum factions. The Scum factions need to find each other in order to kill. The teams have investigators to find each other at night. That is why Shadell can investigate and why she wants to find the day killer. Theory 2: Two horses are killed. That is because there are two Scum factions. The Scum factions need to kill each other off as well as the Town. The teams have investigators to find each other at night. That is why Shadell can investigate and why she wants to find the day killer and why she has no problem helping to turn Matilda in. It may sound crazy, but not as crazy as a freakin' Cult... I don't think that's a good idea. So, I will not be revealing Statler until tomorrow as I think we should stay the course...
  17. Update: Dr. Teeth claims he meant that Daisy told him by posting the first time that someone was looking for a sibling. Dr. Teeth says he learned Statler was looking for his brother by re-reading Days One and Two. So, how did you know it was Statler, if his name is never mentioned by Daisy in those posts? Scum.
  18. Weird... Let me double check my sources then...
  19. A Tale of Two Siblings Scene 1 - Day One...or Two Daisy: Someone out there is looking for a brother! Contact me. I can help you find each other. Perhaps something good happens when you find each other Scene 2 - Day Three Statler: Hi Oscar. Oscar: Oh, I'm in this one? I don't have any siblings. Statler: But you only know your perspective and that's the odd thing. You can't re-write what I'm about to tell you as a scene because you weren't there. Oscar: Gotcha. Statler: So, Daisy mentioned to Dr. Teeth that I need to find my brother and He came running to me all excited that he was my sister, because apparently he's looking for his sister. So, I think there are two sets of siblings. If you kill Dr. Teeth his sister will die too. Freakin's cults and siblings and bla-di-bla! Statler has been pinging people's Scumdar for a while and now this nonsense about siblings. I've spoken with him a lot today but it's mostly been about someone's lunch. We all know lunch would be a great thing for Scum to hide behind. We need to figure out if these siblings mean anything or are even real. So, why did Statler mention killing Dr. Teeth? Had anyone mentioned killing Dr. Teeth to him? Seems pre-emptive. I'll check in on that one. If Statler needs to find his brother and Dr. Teeth needs to find her sister, then are there two sets of siblings out there as well? More ways for Townies to verify each other? Over-powered Town much? Something's amiss... If Daisy announced someone needed to find their brother, why did Dr. Teeth just now come up with needing to find her sister? If Dr. Teeth is lying, why would she say she was looking for a sister, when people have clearly said brother? It should be noted that Statler and Dr. Teeth have both been pinging people's Scumdars, pretty much since the beginning. Summary for play-haters Daisy announces someone needs to find their brother. Daisy repeats this info in private to Dr. Teeth a day or two later, naming Statler as the muppet looking for his brother. Dr. Teeth contacts Statler and says he is Statler's sister. Statler contacts Oscar to let him know how weird this is of Dr. Teeth, mentioning that if Dr. Teeth is killed, her sister will be killed too. Update: I re-read what Statler said and I see now why he mentioned Dr. Teeth and her sibling both dying. It makes sense.
  20. I'm not lying. That's what God created. I'm a bulletproof Vanilla Townie. If you come up as Town, which I doubt, they'll test your theory by lynching me. Sorry by the way, that I assumed you contacted the Governor. It sounded to me like you did, but he just said that you two talked.
  21. Honestly, I don't do anything. I'm bulletproof vanilla Town. Contradicting? I think I've been pretty steady on course. If things I'm saying are different now then they were before it's because we've learned more. In earlier days I laid out some suspicions against you which you took very calmly. You've been defensive since you brought this Cult story forward and I've told you I don't believe it. No contradiction. Two different things.
  22. I'm on my phone, hedgehogs have phones, so forgive the crude structure of my reply. Your order of events is somewhat mixed up. I thought I made a good summary for people to mor easily follow along. 3 vests: what about the Scum? Why is there only Town, neutral and cult in your scenario? We know there's Scum. We killed one. Why'd I offer myself to be lynched? My dead Town corpse will prove the non-existence of a Cult as much as Shadell's would. She thinks I'm the cult leader but doesn't want to vote for me in case I'm important for the Town? I can easily pass my info to Rowlf and the Town still has what it needs to win. My death in the case if me being lynched clears the Town of any confusion that there's a cult. Shadell not being defensive? Are we reading the same responses? All those unnecessary insults and metagaming? Well-worded and convincing lies are still lies. Check my points again. There are too many answers she's given that are heavily suspicious. Why did she really want to find the day killer? What is the nonsense about the regular investigators getting Town results on Cult members. Are these the things that sound reasonable to you? Instead of taking his case to us here, Shadell is working on the Governor in private. How's that for Scummy? Or at least anti-Town? Honestly, the death of either of us should provide answers the Town needs to clear this mess up. Why, then, is Shadell unwilling to consider voting for me? Does the confusion she's trying to spread only work when I'm alive?
  23. Yoda has told me that he used his lunch on me and saw that I had no object. End of mystery. Dansmith, I'll tell you what I told someone else who was worried about the case against Shadell, in private: And then: Using "Cult" is a common Scum tool to cause fear and confusion. If we lynch Shadell we will get a solid answer to if there is a Cult or not. We will end this confusion. Lynching Shadell could lead directly to my death, but I don't care. I'd rather die than let the Scum use an imaginary Cult to keep the Town confused for the rest of the game. People are theorizing that I was targeted last night for a kill. I would know if the vest was hit. I asked God. So, unless I was protected, I don't think that's possible. There's a nurse out there, I'm assuming then that there's a doctor. If not, then the nurse is lying.
