  1. OK, to be fair to everyone I'll make a list of events, free of jokes, to summarize my findings: 1. Rowlf, the jailkeeper, targets Scooter. 2. Scooter claims to have targeted a day investigator with his psychiatrist role, he received the result of "Town". 3. Scooter also claims to have found a hider who saw Janice while targeting the day investigator. 4. Alleged day investigator targeted Janice and got a Scum result That doesn't make it any easier to understand, does it? Didn't you hear it? It was just like the organ music in Veterinarian's Hospital.
  2. The Great Muppet Caper or What a megablocking Mess or Occam's Razor, please for megabluck's Sake, Occam's Razor PLEASE!!! Scene 1 Oscar and Rowlf and Exposition Oscar: Hey Rowlf. Let's keep this simple. Not a lot of jokes. People around here get confused easily. Rowlf: Well, maybe someone else should write the plays then. Oscar: Hey, that's not very nice. I've been successfully writing plays for half of my Mafia career! Rowlf: How come we get stuck with this half? Oscar: So, you're a jailkeeper, huh? Rowlf: That's correct. Who do you think I should target tonight? Oscar: Well, Scooter has been pretty suspicious. He's been all nice and everything. Rowlf: That is weird! Get a rope! Oscar: This is metagaming but he's just been so nice when I've accused him. Last time I accused him and he was Town, the roof almost came off the place. Rowlf: It's a web site, there is no roof. Oscar: Your "roof" is bigger than your bite, smarty-pants. Just target Scooter, OK? So Scene 1 concludes with Rowlf the Jailkeeper deciding to target Scooter. Rowlf: Who died and made you narrator? Oscar: Well, I'm just trying to be clear about what I'm communicating! Did you come to me to get answers or not! Rowlf: Yes. Oscar: Yes what? Rowlf: I came to you to get answers and I'm not! Oscar: Very funny, Mr. Comedian. Did you successfully block Scooter or what? Rowlf: I did successfully target Scooter, yes. Scene 2 - Oscar and Scooter and the jumbled mess that I hope to God isn't megablocking true... Scooter: Five minutes 'til curtain, Mister Hedgehog. Oscar: Say Scooter... Scooter: Scooter. Oscar: Very nice. Now, do you do anything at night? Scooter: Oh yes. I have a very important job. I have to find the cult leader! He's converting people every night. If I find him, he dies and all of the converted cult members suicide. Oscar: Is suicide a verb? I thought it was "commit" suicide. Never mind. Have you cleared anyone? Scooter: Yes, and I found a Scum along the way through a series of unfortunate events. I investigated the first person in a strange place and they told me they were a hider. They hid behind someone and so I contacted that person who turned out to be a day investigator, which is fortunate because the hider had seen Janice while hiding behind the investigator. So I had the day investigator investigate Janice and she is Scum. I would've told people today, but it was really busy. Oscar: Wouldn't a day result have come during the day yesterday? Scooter: You didn't ask me this by PM, so I have no answer for it. Oscar: Odd, compelling and convenient all at the same time. It's all needlessly complicated, but truth is stranger than fiction. I suppose if we lynch Janice that would corroborate your story if she comes up as Scum. Of course you could be sacrificing her in order for me to believe this convoluted megablocks. Scooter: Muppets don't swear. Oscar: I'm not a muppet, I'm a megablocking hedgehog. Who did you investigate on Night Two? Scooter: The day investigator, of course. They came up as Town. Oscar: You got a "Town" result? Would you get a "Scum" result on Scum? I thought you were just searching for the cult? Scooter: You didn't ask me that in PM, so I can't answer for it. Oscar: Oh, sorry. I keep coming up with these things after I go over what you said. Booming Voice: Tune in next week when Oscar asks... Oscar: Where is that voice coming from? Booming Voice: And then the following week when he asks... Oscar: How did Scooter target someone if Rowlf had him in jail? Rowlf, are you sure you were successful targeting Scooter? Rowlf: Yup. The End Which one's lying? The jailkeeper that gave us Walter yesterday or this Cult hunter who the jailkeeper successfully blocked yet he somehow targeted a magic day investigator who got a Scum result on someone that he didn't share with anybody else? Gee... I wonder who the liar is here.
  3. Day killer is our vigilante and I'm still not giving you the gender. Suck it, Fuckwads!
  4. Yes! Yes yes yes yes yes yes yes yes yes! I've caught a liar! Oh why oh why do I have to run to a meeting. Why???? I love these games! Oh, this is so cool. All right, I'll draw this up. I don't know who's lying yet but I have two stories that totally contradict each other. This is awesome. Scum suck! You suck, Scum!
  5. Well, I've spent the last two hours reading PMs from people and I think I'm starting to sort some things out. I think there's quite a lot going on and it's going to be hard to sort it all out, honestly. I'll start with a public accusation since I think it's the best place to start. Fat Matilda, what have you been up to?
  6. Vig, please don't target Jimmy today. At least not yet. If you are listening to me. This note is really for everyone, but if the vig is listening to us, hopefully he'll listen that we shouldn't condemn Jimmy just yet. He. Do I know the vig or don't I? Vig? Do I know or don't I? megabluck off Scum! Anyway, I'm not convinced on Jimmy yet, but I'm having a nice conversation with him. I'll reveal what I can when I can.
  7. Ugh...if we have to. Which do you not want to expose? Why you forgot your lunch or your strange insistence that we discuss the day killer as the most important focus of the day? In other news, I'm learning things about the way the roles are structured but I'm going to be very careful about what I reveal. It appears there's a specific pattern so roleclaims will get interesting.
  8. Yes, this is from Sci-MOCs, technically. Great work.
  9. Did it say anything else? Also, why is the day killer the most important focus for you today?
  10. I think it's highly unlikely (though will keep an open mind to the fact that it's possible) that the Scum would risk not killing after not killing or being blocked on the first night. I think the only person they would try to convert this early would be me since someone claims to have a Town investigation result on me. Historically, it's too early to convert a "trusted" Townie. It is possible that they could've converted someone else. Actually, since I know I haven't been converted, I know it's the only possibility for them to have converted someone else. I do realize nobody has any reason to believe that, so if people are afraid of conversion, then I admit to being the most likely candidate. My point, originally, is that I don't think they would risk not killing this early and it's taking a huge gamble to think we would believe the blocked Townie would be the killer. That's not a guaranteed payoff on their part, especially since, as you mentioned, our jailkeeper also protects. So, the remaining blocked player was also protected. Lynch all Liars. You said you had no idea what lunch was and never came out and corrected that when we started admitting our lunches. It's interesting you say you stole Lunch from another person high on the suspect list and that she didn't have one of her own. So now Shadell has given her lunch to someone or it's been stolen. We all know how the lunches work and who has what so there's no reason for you two to lie about it. What really happened with your lunches? I can understand why you wouldn't say anything about your lunch at first, but after it became clear that we all had one, why would you just continue without clarifying? Were you afraid of appearing Scummy because you lied? Lying to protect an Action makes sense. Waiting until you're called out seems Scummy. Shadell, was your lunch stolen or did you not have one to begin with?
  11. What have you found from your analysis? So, things are not what I thought from the Night Action results I was waiting for. I do not see evidence there is a bus driver, after all. I used my flavor cop lunch on Katie and found no items in her room. We still don't know if the lunches show any clues toward Night Actions or if they just show lunches, but I can, at least, confirm that Katie does not have a lunch any more. She told us yesterday that she didn't have one. I don't have one either but my role PM was very specific as to why I didn't have one. Makes me wonder why Katie didn't have one. It's possible she gave hers away on Day One, but also possible that she has a similar reason for forgetting her lunch. If she's Scum, that's worrying. So, we have one person from the apple group who didn't get lunch and one person from the steak group who didn't get lunch (unless she gave it to someone already). If our flavor cop lunches can see Actions other than lunch, which we've seen no evidence of, then it would mean Katie doesn't have any other Action. This doesn't really mean anything as to affiliation. Not what I thought I was hearing at first, and not much to go on. Sorry about that. I'll keep trying.
  12. You're right. That is true and I'm well aware of it. No hard feelings.
  13. Shadell, why are you responding only to me? Aren't there other interesting things being said anywhere? We don't have to wonder about someone who was acting suspicious and not coming around to answer the questions postulated to her. If you can't see how that's helpful, you're probably Scum. No. I'll hang onto until hour 71. You haven't read what I've written because you've just re-stated what I said. Of course easier isn't always right but the evidence is stacked up against the theory that Walter wasn't the killer. No kill Night One. Walter blocked. We now know Walter was Scum. I'm sure we'll continue to discuss the possibility of something else happening if we see evidence to the contrary. Thanks for the reminder that easier isn't always right. You might've confused your Scum buddy Katie though so make sure to explain it to her in your Scum PMs. Why do we need to be even or odd? You seem to be stuck in a mindset of me vs. you. Why? I'm Town. If that's your mindset, you're Scum.
  14. Most people were also annoyed by that. Where did anyone say it was helpful? It appears you are not fully reading what people have said as opposed to deeply analyzing it. You're doing the same thing and now trying to make fun of yourself for it. "Everyone said how helpful it was". You are confused, because that's not what it said. But then, why aren't you asking what people found so helpful about it. Wouldn't you find those people suspicious? "A distracting argument with no game substance sure is helpful!" Wouldn't you say "Why are you suggesting it's helpful? It's distracting and potentially confusing?" and then be suspicious of the person calling it helpful? Now maybe I've got tunnel vision on you, but being afraid to appear Scummy is Scummy. If you have nothing to hide then you can easily defend anything that someone says is Scummy. Even if you end up being lynched, anything you say will be proven true if you flip Town. Town shouldn't be afraid of that. Why do you have to work to appear not Scummy? I'm waiting for confirmation about some Night Action results, and then I will certainly write a play or series of Dolores letters or whatever, but right now the plot of either is coming up to be that Katie is Scum.
  15. What makes you think it's unblockable? If there is a day vig, the Scum should have a day block or protector. Do you know that they don't? You seem pretty sure. Why is your mind so set on the fact that they don't have a way to block or protect during the day? Scum? If there is no day protector or blocker on either side, then I would guess our day killer is an up-to-now helpful serial killer. Seeing no evidence that there is no other day actions doesn't mean there aren't. Or a conversion. I'm working on a play...or maybe some notes from Lady Dolores. Depending on what we can find. But what about the possibility of conversion? And how about you answer to the posts from me and Daisy yesterday? There's a lot to answer to there. Good point. Who are the likely candidates for conversion. I still think Fred and I would be high on that list. Anybody else? I can't wait to see your analysis. You were also "pretty sure" when Trisha turned up as Scum. Neither point still looks "pretty sure" to me. I'm still concerned that you seemed so sure of her guilt because of those reasons. They seemed more like a lazy player to me, but I did want her out of the way so we wouldn't have to guess at her behavior. So, you were blocked, yes. He was not targeted by the jailkeeper. The other suspicious person was.
  16. While the day killer still could be the Scum kill, they're choosing the worst targets. Unless there's a day protector, I can't understand why the Scum would go after Zara and Jane, two absent sheep. Then again, maybe they don't know there isn't a day protector. However, I fully believe the Scum would choose better targets. If not, thanks Scum! You're helping us narrow the field. I think the easier explanation is that the Scum killer (Walter) was blocked on Night One and perhaps we've blocked the killer again on Night Two. Or there was a conversion. Why would we have two Actions that could block (actually three) if the Scum couldn't do anything at night?? I'm suspicious of anyone trying to confuse us by continuing to suggest the Scum are killing during the day. It's not likely.
  17. I know of two people who were blocked last night, both of them high on our suspect list. Notice there was, yet again, no kill. I wonder if the Scum can kill at all? Maybe they're just converting? That's something to consider but if we've blocked the Scum killer both nights, then that is hilarious! Ha ha Scummos! You can't kill! I've spoken to someone who got an odd result last night that may be evidence the Scum have a bus driver. Has anyone else had their results messed with? Don't come right out and say it! Let someone know who you trust to come forward and tell us. I don't think it's a pity about Jane. One less lurker who wasn't answering our suspicions makes it easier for us to focus on finding the Scum. Luckily, there were two block targets, both suspects. We can ask politely that the day vig kills one while we lynch the other. Is that a plan?
  18. I'm watching the series on DVD. I suck at vote analysis, but let's check it out. I'll try my hand at it here in a bit.
  19. Someone made this helpful analysis of yesterday's lie detector events. I think it gives us some interesting insight.
  20. Daisy is not the one who cleared me. That was Fozzie Bear.
  21. Unfortunately for Dave, it wasn't even a slip. I did it on purpose to see if anyone would point it out or come poking. And Dave did. I have not been in contact with the day killer at all. So Scum team, no need to look for a female. Still don't know what gender she is.
  22. But what if I do know more? What then? I do know more than I've let anyone know. And?... We've told you we're not reluctant to vote for him. We just don't want the day to end prematurely. If we lynch him, the day ends and we can't catch you people in your their lies or coordinate lunch eatings.
