  1. You know, Finnegan is only really interested in beasts and monsters although I have heard that there is a socialite in town who is creating her very own almanac of important people and characters... I have decided to sort enemy creatures by their type, at my own discretion (So if they are duel type I choose which to class them under) I will keep stats for their basic first appearance forms, as future foes will all be dependent on player level and such, but the basics are always nice to build off. I will list higher level special abilities in the notes on the beasts to inform anyone who wants to know. I do not want this bestiary to stifle creativity and Quest Master ideas or inhibit choice. I just felt that a little record of them was a cool idea and showcases the talented QMs instead of them being confined to quests that sink to the far pages of the board.
  2. Elisabeth Harchester-Stag-Dumen the XIII, original wild child. Known as ED to her ne’er do well space biker buddies and Hell on a SkyCycle to the local law enforcement. Of course with privilege comes easy escape from any and all charges. Her rap sheet includes; Lewd Behaviour while in control of a flying vehicle, Flying a personal space vehicle in a restricted area, Multiple speeding charges and two accusations of stealing a law enforcement officers hat. None of them have stuck but large donations to the Space Police charitable fund and the agreement to never commit the same offence twice seem to indicate a little comeuppance. The family would disown her if it were not for the fact she has a particular genius for spacecraft design, squeezing that extra slice of speed into their cargo runners and gaining quite an advance against Stag-Dumen’s major competitor shipyards. Another sky cycle from my collection. This one uses the police fairing and lime green detailing.
  3. If you are having issues posting images from Flickr, use the drop down Actions menu and select all sizes, Medium 500 is the most useful size. Then, if you use firefox, right click on the image and select "copy image location". For IE, my advice is get a better browser but you can again, right click the image and select "Properties" and copy the image location information and paste that into the insert image box here on the forum. like that.
  4. "A new opponent eh?" Tesni grinned and shifted to face the new foe "I will target Seamus from the front row!"
  5. By Human I mean characters like Umbra and such, while I currently list stats on guards and other faceless mooks, characters that may be an enemy in one quest could be an allie in another or even return with new stats. I have listed humaniods, I may dispense with stats altogether as we progress to a point that the level one beasts could be ignored and kicked aside by background antics.
  6. Hail fellow players, Finnegan is wondering what you, the reader, want from his Bestiary. Should All creatures be added, stats and all or just examples of creatures and their locals with a little flavour text? Should they be collected by type or by environment? Would human and character foes be posted too, or left to their quests? Or should a simple write-up by quest occur, with each beast thumbnail and what happened in the battle? I am open to suggestions.
  7. Thank you. Now, what are we most excited for in this theme? I really want that jet plus all the armour parts and the stylish torso printing. The best new part of the theme? Has to be the snakes for me, got a great idea for continuing Jake's adventures...
  8. Unless Sheldon and co. have been immortalised in Minifig form (not a fan, just caught a few episodes one evening)
  9. I am unsure on that one. Seeing as the prelims were out this autumn, they can't be for later in the year. Official pictures will be out soon enough and these sneeked catalogue sets often come for Christmas in the US and January in the UK with the rest of Europe varying from country to country.
  10. Someone else is being a little rude too eh? While I second the "It's Preliminary" I do think that the colour of the torso is not an issue until the offical set pictures are out. We can all have our opinins on colour but being rude is not welcome, thank you.
  11. "Lets see if I can do more damage! I will target Crozen from the front row!"
  12. From this SPIII figure, I thought they looked good for a barbarian.
  13. Barbarian warrior... many (well, they are not known for counting much unless it is glittery) Skeletons nil. No one can ambush a barbarian in a wasteland and expect to walk away afterwards. When I heard tell of an Heroica RPG here on the forum I got to thinking about such things and made a figure and a small vig to go with her. All told I was a little disappointed that maces were not a Barbarian class weapon but I though I would post this little vig anyway. Enjoy
  14. They are very prelm minifigs. I have noticed that a lot of the figures have Hoth rebel uniforms and dark red sleeves.
  15. You can if you want to. So long as it conforms to the rules and is posted in the entry thread. Only Three Days Left. So get building your entry anyone who does plan to enter and everyone who has entered, make sure you are happy with what you have posted and ensure it is posted into the entry thread.
  16. "By the gods this shall be a tough fight!" Tesni roared a battle cry and moved to attack. "I shall attack from the front row!"
  17. The building contest runs to the 7th, so I am running until then. Then we will have voting and suchlike. The skin will stay all forum for as long as the Admins want it to.
  18. Verily, that is a pink mecha. The fitness regime for the Exo Force team must be quite the work out I like the articulation and colour scheme, good luck with the MOC olympics.
  19. "We fight!" Tesni gripped her new blade and prepared for battle. OoC: I have no bedroll
  20. "Keys can be hidden further into caves. This is what I heard. Are there more paths beyond here or do we return to the fork? If we find a key later on we can use it."
  21. (OoC: Wait, what should my base power be now? I was just trying to do the maths, which is a bad idea at 0640, but I am now a bit lost on my stats..) "Would there be a key in the cultist dust?" Tesni called to her friends as they examined the locked chest.
  22. "By the gods, that was a tough battle! Someone must have sworn curse on this cave!" Tesni said, inspecting her handywork. (OoC, I am fine with the actions, as they would have been my choice anyway. Due to the Barbarian health gain trait I will be back to full health as 12+9=21 capped at 16 for my max health. Plus my power should be +1 this level up yes? So 16, as 16-7(Weapon power)=9) Awaiting the sharing of the loot, Tesni found a spot to sit down for a quick rest.
  23. "I shall attack Cultist B from the Front Row!"
  24. "I shall attack the Elder Cultist from the front row! Someone should hit cultist B and maybe we should attack two to a target?" Tesni was looking forward to using her new blade.
