I think there is behind-the-scenes legal work all the time, sadly China ignores most of the patent laws so production and export continue unabated. Instead it has to be inforced on the import end. Eventually there is legal right for the bootleg products to be siezed and destroyed by Customs officials, often on Toy Safety charge more than copyright infringement law. Soon enough the bootlegs will have a new "brand" on the box and the cycle will begin anew.

"Flying General?" Tesni smirked. "He'll need to meet Mellt." She slid the blade back to her belt, noting a scabbard would be in order once they returned to Eubric. "Where now oh fearless leader?"

Tesni attacked the stone general with her Fiery Sawblade from the front row.

Tesni regarded the enemy and looked upon her weapons, nothing would be perfect for the battle but her flaming blade was certainly strong. She drew the powerful new weapon and stood, doing nothing until it was time to fight.

So, can I use some Kite String as rigging? It is very nice string and I would prefer to use white string without the nubbins of plastic on as rigging over black string or the old Spiderman web string...

"Darned rooms, teleports, magic urgh..." Tesni carried on running to catch up, muttering darkly.

"Right you are Tarn." Tesni winked, "Never be caught short in battle , mages have many spells and gems, we of the more physical type have to collect weapons." She placed the new sword on her belt of holding (OoC ). "To the Kitchen then, let's get that couple herded into the same place."
