  1. Oh no, I didn't notice that until now. I'm truly sorry about this Don't know what to do. I Don't think there is much point in adding it now to the voting topic, since voting is allready running. Let me know if you are not OK with this But I think you're LDD+RealBrick entry was the best anyway, so let's hope it does well Once again, very sorry about this.
  2. Aha, you meant in the Color palette. Sorry, I misunderstod you. OK, yes, that is very annoying. But how should it work instead according to you? Sorry, I'm a bit slow in the head today, so can you please explain
  3. Interesting idea. Can you show a screenshot when problem can be seen?
  4. Yepp, couldn't agree more. And the idea to use grouped pieces as input to the instruction algorithm is a great idea. I'll make sure to pass it on to the LDD team.
  5. It's because we had to fold the legs back a bit so he wouldn't fall over. The printing is fine, no prob.
  6. No torso printing on the Mexican hombre. Plastic...hm, funny you should mention it. One thing I noticed was that the legs pivot too easy. There should be a bit more resistance I think. But I guess these minifigs have the same quality as series 1. The white bobbas come from a drive here in Sweden that if you bought Star Wars sets for a certain amount, you got white bobbas.
  7. Exactly!! It was Ras74 and Superkalle in beatiful harmony who did this (we were giggling all the way...."tell me exactly when you press Post and I will be the first to comment" )
  8. The minifig collector series, volume 2, is now starting to hit stores. EB members Ras74 and Superkalle join forces and bring you this overview of the minifigs and the bar codes. Click here to view the detailed pics
  9. Series 2 minifigs and barcodes. Photographed and posted by Ras74 and Superkalle in a joint effort Enjoy!
  10. Yepp! Maybe it's those kind of out-of-focus backgrounds that you've done that should be in LDD instead of those silly dessert and water images.
  11. One word: Absolutely Fantastic And I love the fuzzy backgrounds you put in, really adds a feeling of depth!
  12. Well, not that I know of. If you want PDF, I'd install a freeware PDF-virtual printer and generate from there.
  13. LDD Contest voting has now started - your help is needed! 7 weeks ago we wrote history here at EB by launching the first ever LDD Design Contest. The result has exeeded our wildest expectations. Over 70 entries has been posted, some just mind bogglingly good. Now it's voting time, and we humbly call on you, dear EB member, to help us find the best in each of the two classes. And don't forget that this is the first time ever in LEGO history that you can DOWNLOAD and disassemble the contest entries to check out those cool building techniques up front. Click here to vote in the LDD Only class (with downloadable designs) Click here to vote in the LDD + Real Bricks class (LDD used as a design support tool) Contest rules here - LDD download info etc here
  14. Yeah, I know. It's kind of embarrasing, sorry. It might be that I fixed that problem in the latest release. Perhaps you could download and check (v. 0.92 beta). Otherwise I'll defintely fix it in the version for LDD 4.0 in September.
  15. Well, actually this one I know It's due to a bug in LDD regarding double connections. You cannot fasten a rod/bar in a stude with hole and at the same time place a round 1x1 cone or brick. The only solution is to lift the cone up a bit, so there isn't a double connection anymore (like illustrated in the image below):
  16. Well, now I've REALLY made a fool out of myself. So the projectile is there after all? I guess I never use it, so just belived what JopieK was telling.
  17. Oh well, I messed up. You are right, they are not in LDD - I just whished they were. I should have looked in LDD Manager About the 1x1 round brick, excellent find!!! It's one of the brick placements I have had the hardest discussion with TLG about since they say it's not allowed. But here we have a fine example of it used in a very recent set. Thank you! About the roof I now see that it can't be fastened, but I don't see why? Anyone else have a clue? EDIT: OK, got it. Seems TLG used an illegal technique once more.
  18. EB Member Whung has posted the first pics of the London Tower Bridge and Winter Bakery Shop. - Pictures removed on request of LEGO - Discuss Tower Bridge here Discuss Bakery here
  19. Holy macaroni! Thanks for the pics Whung. Fantastic!!! Is that a little microscale London double-decker I see there?
  20. Great job on the pics! And about the set - yummy!
  21. Just spotted this amazing microscale build in LDD. But what's more important - Have a look at that LDD screenshot on the box. What's with that. Did this guy build the model first, then took a photo, put on the box and THEN ordered the bricks? Check out more pics here
  22. Ha, haven't even thought about that. Kind of funny
  23. The LDD contest exceeded all expectations. Over 70 entries has come in, some of which are just awesome. And now it's time for voting. Check out the two pinned Voting-topics and help decide who shall be the winners to those great prices. Do your duty now LDD Only class LDD + Real bricks class
  24. Now we're talking Sorry, that piece isn't in LDD. If you want there is a "placeholder" piece made by a LDD-users here, that you can download and use until the actual piece is LDD (hopefully in 4.0 in September). Only problem is I can't seem to find it in the forum right now. Can someone else help?
