    Great Idea. I think they did that with the Winter Village Fire Station, last year. A bit of a blurry picture of a detail of the set, I think it showed the fire alarm and the snowman. Definitely something I would like to see for modulars!

    Hmm, as far as I know, modulars have always been released in January. I've always found that an interesting strategy. Strange, but interesting. I guess Christmas is more suitable for the Winter Village set and the likes. And since modulars will stay on the shelves for multiple years, there's always time to save up and buy the modular at the end of next year (yeah, right, as if that's ever going to happen...). The wait is becoming increasingly annoying, by the way. I need my yearly modular excitement fix!

    Well, we love this one. The design of the building is really nice, inside and out. The façade with the fireplace is perfect. I was afraid it would be a bit all too colourful and tacky, but it turned out really nice. No problem fitting this in our Village, a lot better than Santa's Workshop. Also like the idea stated above to put this in a separate part with Santa's Workshop, connecting this part with the village by means of a train. We have two different WV train stations. so this could be very nice. Looking forward to building and displaying it in December.

    Cheers for putting up the review, always a pleasure to read. I like this series a lot, many of them will fit in nicely into our city.

    Yes, cheers for that! Great to hear we will have at least one more WV set. I would love some kind of special anniversary set, like AS, indeed! A town hall wits some extra nice mini builds would be really nice. Or a farm, with a stable/shed building and some cool animals. Goats, please!

    This happened to us as well last year. We really panicked, because we wanted to buy the Winter train station. Luckily, it came back on sale earlier this year. With the Fire station, we did not want to risk it, so we bought it a few weeks ago. So don't worry, I'm pretty sure it will be back. Might take a while, though.

    Well, we're going to let things sink in for now. First impressions is we like it a lot. It's a nice, hefty, sturdy building, well-befitting a garage. Nicely designed. Looks like a new colour scooter, too!

    I remember there being a very vague, heavily distorted one, but I might be mistaken.

    Yes, I'm still trying to figure out whether it's more fun with or without leaked images. Both have their pros and cons. Ths suspense seems to be more intense, over here in The Netherlands. Might have to break open a bottle of single malt, to calm the nerves...
