  1. Force friday was confirmed at Star Wars Celebration last week - I was there so don't worry :)
  2. But then you have the battlepacks which offer 4 minifigs for £9.
  3. Also Argos has the Dr Strange set 76060 in stock in some stores for £30. Got one with 3 for 2! :)
  4. I'm not sure if this has been seen before. It was on display this weekend at Star Wars Celebration 2016.
  5. I will let you guys know quickly tomorrow if anything is shown at the LEGO Star Wars panel at Celebration. They are giving out A-Wing polybags and they have the latest sets on display (plus a massive Death Star display!) The 'Rogue One' panel was absolutely awesome! Everyone at the celebration stage got the new poster which shows a land battle between Rebels and Imps with the Death Star looming ominously in the sky above :)
  6. Thanks Jannik I am glad my pics led you to this awesome site and community! If anyone is interested here is a link for the LXF file for my A-Wing.... http://www.brickshel...Wing2/awing.lxf
  7. Yeah. I commented on that a while back. It looks like 'Rogue One' will be introducing lots of new variants to the traditional OT Imperials :)
  8. The current TIE Fighter pilot helmet is pretty accurate to the OT movie version. Especially with the more recent printing. I am much more excited for the new minifigure in the TIE Striker set - Gunnery/Naval trooper hybrid (Ground control?) with a brand new mold :)
  9. I was just having a closer look at the Rogue One minifigure chart. What looks like a gunnery crewman in 75154 appears to be a composite version of a gunner and naval trooper (the helmet dome has holes instead of the imperial cog). The minifig printing and landing lights seen in the box art seem to match Jyn's outfit at the end of the trailer.
  10. A closer view of my battle-damaged A-Wing.
  11. I have two Y-Wings already (check my folder!) but could not fit them on the base! Currently reworking the cockpit of the Y-Wing. If anyone is interested - I will be uploading an LDD file of my A-Wing later.
  12. Updated A-Wing in Dark Blue. Renegade Squadron prepares
  13. This guy again.... Thanks for confirming just2good. I will never understand what somebody gets out of posting fake lists especially obviously fake lists!
  14. Nice design. I really like the lines of the craft - very smooth and swooshable! Unfortunately, as the previous poster stated, this won't go far on Ideas. Also an updated A-Wing has already been confirmed to appear in Episode VIII from set pictures released a few weeks ago. Still, it is a lovely design. I hope to see more designs from you! :)
  15. U-wing :) Nice design - might try building my own version. The TIE Striker reminds me of one the many alternate TIE designs that have appeared in games and literature over the years. Deathtroopers are confirmed as the name of the elite special forces Stormtroopers! Hopefully we get a Battlepack with plenty Stormtrooper variants!
  16. The engine of the blue version looks the same as the red version. Fantastic to see more updated classic OT starfighters in Episode VIII   .... and I am sure new Lego sets!!!!
  17. Looks like an updated A-Wing will make an appearance in Episode VIII... http://cdn3.spiegel.de/images/image-983622-galleryV9mobile-pres-983622.jpg This was seen during Prince William's visit to the set.
  18. Packed a large tub with 784 pieces at the Glasgow store a couple days ago. Works out at 1.43p/px (can't really top x2000 1x1 light grey round tiles for £6 though...)
  19. I'm reminded of this quote from TLG when 75059 Sandcrawler was released in March 2014: Personally I will be passing on this set, but I'm curious how they'll explain the development process given barely anything is original design/technique-wise (unlike most modular buildings, Slave 1 or the Sandcrawler). My essential problem with the set is that nothing seems to justify the collective size. Why not spread the vignettes across multiple sets as they have been doing for years (which they did again earlier this year with 75138 Hoth Attack!). I accept that environments are harder to translate to sets than a vehicle, but the lack of a centerpiece makes this a poorer product in my eyes.
  20. The B-Wing prototype (Blade Wing) as seen in SW: Rebels is a likely candidate for a later release this year. Ashoka has no real connection to that ship as she was not in that episode. It would most likely come with Hera and hopefully Quarrie, the Mon Calamari engineer who designed it.
  21. Not a big fan myself but hey... different strokes for different folks ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ And Lego make plenty of traditional sets!
  22. What really annoys and confuses me is why they never release a special edition with an exclusive mini-fig with any PC version of a LEGO game!!! For example, if I want to get the Silver Centurion Ironman figure then I have to buy the X-Box, or PS4 version, then remove the mini-fig and try to sell the game on ebay.
