  1. Consider the vikings as our troops! And welcome Green Bucket.
  2. Is that a nice question I hear there?
  3. Thanks! But your MOCs are way better then mine, so we are equal again, right?
  4. Nice! It looks like it is supposed to belong to the set! Great work!
  5. As promised, here are the rest of my castle armies. Crownies/Lion Knights: Combined: 2 kings 2 generals 1 flag guy 1 mage 2 royal guards 3 captains 4 knights on horse 13 dwarven warriors 12 archers (6 longbow, 6 crossbow) 16 spear soldiers 16 sword/shield fighters 72 total Bad Guys: Combined: 4 Mountain trolls 40 orcs (I found one when the photos were already taken, normal Mordor orc) 13 skelleton soldiers 7 skelleton knights 1 bad wizzard that raises skelletons (don't know how to call him, suggestions are welcome) 20 dragon soldiers (I know 4 of them are carrying crownie shields, they just stole them from the crownies) 2 dragon knights 87 total
  6. I found some time to make some real soldiers for Mitgardia: I didn't make more of them, simply because I don't have more green arms. Hope you like it! And yes, that is my crownie-lion knight army in the back. EDIT: here are some warriors (not soldiers) from the North. Just Mitgardian warriors: And here is a viking army, not from Mitgardia, just vikings: Hope you like it, and when you ask nicely, I am sure I can make the just vikings fight for Mitgardia!
  7. Nice combination of stone and wood, it looks very cool!
  8. Good! He is my favorite orc, except maybe for Azog.
  9. I saw the movie yesterday, and DGB looks not good in legoform. The Gundabad orcs are WAY to orange, and why don't we have a Bolg minifig? He plays a quite big role in the movie. But the elves are nice and accurate to the movie. I have made a custom armored elf soldier, here is the pic: I think it looks like the version in the movie, but offcourse the armor doesn't have printing. Let me know what you think of this armored elf!
  10. Nice! I can see the pic, the lava looks cool!
  11. Yeah, true. This dragon is indeed very technic-y. Your idea with new molds is I guess to expensive, and I would rather have new pieces in the form of new weapons, armor and helmets, as much as possible!
  12. Smaug is awesome! What if TLG made a Smaug just a bit bigger then this dragon: It is really big and sturdy, I have it for like 6 years now, and I only got a tiny problem with one of the iron armor things on the back. It is just huge!
  13. Chrome Knight! Awesome! It is a bit shiny though .
  14. And another nice soldier, good work! I hope the next ?10? days are as good as the ones we've already seen!
  15. Thanks! I tried photoshop once, it turned out to be a disaster so I am not going to use that anymore. But a white sheet is good, I see if I can find it somewhere in the mess I call attic. More lights isn't a problem either, I have a few lamps I can use. Flash is out from now. Thanks again!
  16. Thanks! Of course it is not as good as yours, but someday I can build as good as you can! But therefore I need more small bricks and an awful lot of practice!
  17. Nice build, good story. Nice details, maybe a few more plants would be nice. No big thing though, because it looks great!
  18. Thanks! I know the lightning isn't super, I still need something to go as background (the poster I used is missing, don't know where it is). As for the walls, I don't have enough bricks to make that. For the next build, I can use a bit more stone bricks (those 1x2 with lines on front), and maybe scrap some more cheese slopes here and there, and offcourse find a new poster as background.
  19. That are a lot of soldiers. According to brickset, I have 543 figs in total, about half of it is medieval (castle, vikings, lotr, the hobbit). You really have a nice collection of figs! Pics of my armies will be up this weekend!
  20. Hi all, here I am again with a small fortress for challenge l category B. I know it is not that good, but I listened to tips from earlier mocs, that said that I should use cheese slopes on the wall, and more details on the wall, and more plants on the ground. Here it is: Here are some soldiers from the Black Spire trying to take the fortress (They don't stand a change!) Ladders and battering rams won't help 'm! Yup. A dead soldier. Many will follow. That is a high wall (no it isn't, just perspective). Details of the left wall. They really need to clean it, all that moss, just gross. If the Black Spire breaks the doors, there is this warrior (and another I forgot to photograph ) to kill them. Some horses in the stables. The right wall. Again too dirty. Guys, stop drinking and start cleaning! (I know that the lightning is not good on this pic, sorry.) So, here is the other warrior on the ground. Apparently I did photograph him. And the soldier on the wall is jumping to kill Black Spire enemies. That is it, hope you like it! Any form of comment is welcome!
  21. Amazing, it is awesome! Great work, and goodluck with designing more modules!
  22. Nice armies all of you! I will post them, when I get good pics of them. Here is my Viking/Barbarian army as an preview or something: I know it is not that big, but I like it! 20 normal warriors 8 woman warriors 1 king/warlord 2 bodyguards/officers 1 mage/spell caster.
