Of course, I didn't think of that. Well, I guess I have to try a lot.

I practiced with terrain slopes, and decided to put an entire castle around it. Here is the finished result. Alfadas Mandredson is travelling again, and this time he brought a few Mitgardian soldiers with him. Offcourse he needs somewhere to sleep, but he is not welcome everywhere. His reputation proceeded him and about every soldier in the castle was called to action. Hope you like it, and please comment! The dungeon with a captive orc and skelleton. And ofcourse the orc got a weapon, killed a guard and is chasing another one. O, and the dungeon is also used for wine. The guard is a rookie, so it is about the first time he sees an orcs, and will it be the last time? Another level down, the dwarfs. And what are dwarfs without some shiny gold? And another level down, the orcs. Give me my yummy chicken back! Ha ha, poking human is very fun! That's it. Hope you liked it!

Ok, thanks! I can try that! But then you have a square top, right?

Awesome, they look so good combined!

I don't know if this has been covered before somewhere else, but I have a question about round towers. I know how to make a round tower, just a bunch of 1x2 and 1x1 round pieces. Simple as that. But how wide should it be, I now have a prototype that has 10 of both per level. It now has a diameter of 11 studs, I don't know how to put a plate on it. Is there a round piece from about 12x12? Or what do you guys use? I am trying to get my MOCs more detailed, and I figured I could make a round tower. But I just can't make the top where the guards stand.

Good news for you people in France. But there are a lot of Lego fans in The Netherlands too, so why doesn't TLG open a store here? -

As I got a lot of free time now, can I continue with tower and wall phase ll? -
Looks cool! But I do feel sorry for Grimmson though. I really like the plants, they look almost like real plants!

Thanks!

Well, I already zoomed in, I can zoom in further, and the camera is already on the flower. I will use something to put the camera on next time. Glad you like it!

AoM entry wall phase l http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=89831&hl= -
So, here I am with another entry for AoM, Walls phase l. The wall. The back of the wall. There are some wooden things to stand on to look over the wall. The wall from above. I know it is a bit blurry, unfortunately I took the wall down, so I can't take better pics. Sorry. The wall from beside. I know the Mitgardian flag is half plant, simply because I wanted a flag, but don't have a light green flag. So the plant will have to do for now. The two vikings guarding the wall. Comments are welcome, so I can upgrade it to the next phase!

So I took new pics, and they are much better. I will edit the first post now! O and does anyone know how to delete pics from flickr?

Book ll Challenge l Category B - A small defense fortress
Alfadas replied to Alfadas's topic in Guilds of Historica
I bought them when I bought most of my bricks, a couple of months ago. I thought I bought them here: toypro.com. I know this site is not very cheap, but my father paid half of it, so I didn't really matter. -
Haven't posted here a while, and I got to say, it all looks wonderful! That dwarf is so cool, the rest too actually. Great work!
-
Yeah, I know. I am sorry. Today I'll take new pics and upload them here. I am certain they are better. Again I am sorry, won't happen again!

I know, but I just ain't good in taking pics. I have a lamp hanging above it, I tried every tip you guys gave me for taking pics, and they stay blurry for some reason. Don't know why. EDIT: I think I know why, I forgot to put the camera on the flower thingy. Tomorrow I will take pics again to see if they are any better.

Thanks!

Tower phase l -
Here we are, in the far north. Far from any civilisation, for no particular reason other then to please our Lord. Objective: build a nice outpost there, and defend it with your life. Well, I hope he calls us back soon, here is nothing to find then snow, snow and nothing but snow. And man, what is it cold here! I don't have much problems with that, but my mate here has. At night we here a lot of scary noises, so I think we are close to a nice fight to warm up our frozen limbs. That's me, guarding the tower. And that is my mate. He doesn't do much else then getting his feet burned by the fire and eating our supplies. At least we have wood to burn and nice ale to drink, if it isn't frozen. And behind that are my weapons, in desperate need of blood! That's me again, standing guard in the harsh wind. And yes, that is a plant as the Mitgardian flag. My nice friend was cold so he used the green as a scarf. Here we are again, me with armor and bow, beside me my mate with his chicken leg. By the way, that was our last meat. Now all we have left is ale and wood. Lovely. Hope we get supplies soon, or at least find some orcs to slay. I'll be back soon! All comments are welcome, and sorry for the blurry pics. (Please no comments on the pics, just on the moc itself). The pics are better now, right?
