  1. Those cannons are particularly cool. Nice job.
  2. Castle has both impulses and battle packs.
  3. Yeah, those are pretty great trains. I still liked the metroliner though.
  4. Luckily it was just a Star Wars statue. ... I kid. I kid! Don't flame me
  5. Well, I guess I'm just coming from the mindset that Classic Space through Exploriens, the space themes I was around for, all had open air bases on planets. Classic Space didn't have enclosed helmets at all, and that was space as I'm sure everyone would agree. And almost every single one of these lines had open air scooters. And trust me, I'm sure the line will be full of actual ships.
  6. Actually, I was simply saying that there isn't an intelligent argument against it. But they were miles above this.
  7. Great job, my favorites are 01 and 02. I like the others as well, and I agree that 03 has a vintage feel to it.

    Just eat it!

That is exactly how I feel. Wonderful as always Dr. X. You are always one of the highlights of my time at Eurobricks.
  9. I really enjoy what you've done here. I'm tempted to copy some of your techniques to employ in some of my garden scenes. Naturally, I won't take credit for originality on them. Great job! These are really beautiful.
  10. This is pretty neat! I've never been to Sea Life, but I go to LEGOLAND every week. Maybe I should check it out sometime. I get a discount on it through my LEGOLAND annual membership, so it'd be worth doing. Thanks for posting this neat tour, it's compelled me to check it out soon.
  11. I don't have any information to confirm this, but I have a strong feeling the theme will continue. Midsized ship, maybe blue coats, and even islanders (as already stated here and other places) would be incredibly awesome!
  12. Wow. Interesting bit of trivia there. I never would have known that a stickered version of this figure existed. Were I to have received one or purchased one by mistake on Bricklink I would immediately assume I had been ripped off and sold a custom job. Very interesting that they sold these.

    MA-X

This is awesome. My advice to the bot would be that you can't win 'em all.
  14. I'm really confused as to what people expect from SPACE POLICE. If you don't want chases and policing, what do you want from a line that centers around POLICING Space? This is as acurate to the language of the title as any Space Police line has ever been. If you're looking for uniformed faction vs. uniformed faction you might be a little more excited for a line that has something to do with Space and Wars. As luck would have it LEGO has just such a theme here. But if you're offended by policing space, you might want to avoid a theme that so obviously advertises your dislikes.
  15. Yes, this would be incredible if they put this out. Who knows? What with the rumors of the Pirate Advent Calendar. We may very well have something like this, as it looks like the Pirate line is going to keep going for a while.
  16. Those are the pictures I took at LEGOLAND of the banner back on the 10th. They're featured in the Space Police III topic in the Space and Mecha forum.
  17. Yeah, I'll certainly agree with the Clone Wars boxes looking good. I don't even collect the Star Wars sets at all but the packaging alone makes the Clone Wars series pretty appealing, from an aesthetic standpoint.
  18. Does the Space Police officer have printed legs or are my eyes deceiving me?
  19. The biggest set, to me, looks extremely clunky. The design isn't as refined as some of the other PM sets that have been released. I'm definitely chalking this up to the preliminary nature of these images. I am certain that they'll look different once they are released.
  20. The police officer figure reminds me of the gear the police wear in the film The Minority Report.
  21. Here we go again. Power Miners can't get a break until official photos are released.
  22. Okay. Thanks for letting me know I can officially be pumped up for this. I can't wait, as it looks like I'll get to see the majority of this year's releases following the Toy Fair. How exciting!
  23. Here in San Diego I'd have to say I've not seen this set in a TRU for months. Sounds like they had it available for a nice price. None of the TRU in my area have any LEGO on clearance or sale at the moment. Nice find. I doubt this is a rerelease though, as others have stated.
  24. Wow, today was the first day I've revisited this topic in some time. Some really impressive builds posted since I last looked through it. This is a great topic. Keep those army pictures coming! They give me something really great to drool over.
  25. I assume we'll be seeing them soon enough. What, with the Toy Fair coming up and all.
