Double agreed, it's not that we don't like spoilers as with books, but this movie seems to be going for a pretty consistent release date, so I think it's well worth the couple of extra days wait for me to find out the ending by actually buying and watching the movie.

Aside from the ones Sandy mentioned, and the colour difference, the grills on the floor are wrong.

Yeah, my bad, I thought it said that the Skopio should be destroyed. That's an epic trailer, but mass-Av-Matoran is a crying matter to cannon. They've all got jetpacks! The GS looks like he's rendered in a video game compared to the beutiful Ghost stuff last year. At the end, two Stroni jump out of the way of a cage that looks like it has Kiina and Berix in it. Not sure if it's Kiina in there though.
-
If you've got a reason out of this topic to believe that, link please now, but otherwise, no there aren't any picture leaks yet.
-
Noo, that's animal cruelty! The Skopio was only curious and doesn't deserve to be punnished.
-
You're a star for uploading it to Youtube, 'cause it takes ages to stream from the LEGO website. The action was awesome, although I'm still disappointed that the Skopio barely moved from where it was and only stomped. I wanted Skopio biting action! As cool as the animation looks, they ruined the potentially awesome Rock steeds by giving them horse sounds, not raptor sounds. The fight scene as a whole was pretty quick, but also repetitive, and it kind of made me want at least a bit of cheesy dialogue.

New Zealand: "Where to find Lego"
Brickthing replied to Legoman's topic in Buy, Sell, Trade and Finds
Phone the stores first to see if they've got any in stock. It's saved me many many hours of what would've been pointless trips. -
The movie trailer was in Polish I believe. Is his answer confirmation of whether the powers are from the Glatorian or the weapons?
-
Most probably, but he could've found a good store on Bricklink and bought bulk armor parts plus a couple of other Vorox parts.
-
I agree that the backgrounds aren't that interesting, but it is desert afterall. Plus, the focus of this movie is on the characters so that they sell as sets, and this movie isn't exactly going for an Amazing Background Detail award. It would've been nice though if there were smaller different coloured rocks, debris and plants scattered throughout the landscape though.
-
They definitely knew about the Ignika, but it would make sense that they also knew who the character himself was, and would've been shown all information on him in order to make the set seem appropriate for a once-GS.
-
That's possible, but it would then make sense to simply have the same weapon just greyed out and non-elemental coloured, not have an entirely different weapon in the case of Ackar and Gresh.
-
I'd say that match is probably just a qucik practice one, setting the of Tessara before Mata Nui and co arrive with the bad news. Neither Tarix nor Vastus are main characters, so it's unlikely they will feature long.
-
I think both the cansiter and this set where based on that, just this one has more resemblance because it's got more pieces. Storyline it makes sense that Mata Nui would try to look like his previous self, and we've been told that the designers knew who they were designing when they designed Mata Nui, and the GS body would've been their only idea of what Mata Nui looks like.

On Bara Magna, he makes references to Toa when nobody could possibly know what a Toa was, and he thinks that knocking the mask of the sand-bat would weaken it. Surely through his observations of countless other worlds, he would have realized that mask-dependency is a local phenomenon only. (Not that he paid any attention to his universe anyway... ) I'm sure we'll see more reasons in further previews and when we see the movie.

What? He's got Click, an awesome sword, and he's the only guy on the planet with a proper paint job. Plus, once he gets more control of the Ignika, he could do almost anything, seeing as he knows it's full potential. (I know he was and continues to prove himself as an unobservant/unintelligent GS, but surely he knows what his life/death switch can do!)

Wasn't it just the moonlight on his helmet? In earlier scenes the top of his helmet is silver, with the orange painted on top of it wearing off. I hope that at the end of the movie, Mata Nui uses his powers to restore everyone's armor, so that their paint jobs are all awesome and vibrant again. Gresh's Air powers are disappointing, 'cause it means that Jungle is Air afterall, and the plant powers of the Jungle Elemental were just getting our hopes up for nothing. Overall though, the elemental powers are amazing, and are being done how they should've been done for the other 3 movies. Gresh's wind looks actually looks like wind kicking up sand, and when Ackar and Kiina's elements collide, you can see the fire being doused and steam being made. The elemental glow in the weapons is a really awesome touch too, but the fact that the glow starts at the user's hand, and Mata Nui's vague description of what he did makes it really unclear if it's the Glatorian with powers, or their weapons recharged. Both are possible, according to Greg. It's good that the odd weapons has been cleared up, although it chucks the canon of Gresh's weapons earlier this year out the window. Judging by how Berix is being treated, I guess the Glatorian found him stealing/scavenging something, possibly from the Tajun ruins, and decide to take him to make sure he doesn't steal anything else. I really really want to see Mata Nui's fail-fight, which might be against Strakk just after the Strakk vs. Ackar preview. If you look closely at the mouths, it looks like their teeth are a bit like MoL mouths. At around 2.16, the music in the background sounds awfully like one of the themes of the music leaked earlier this year. It seems like those pieces are real after all.

+ 3 Randomly packed recoloured parts per set. What? No(n-cohesive) storyline makes your job easier!
-
Very literal I suppose? This seems to be the most hinted at way of the movie finishing - Mata Nui saves Bara Magna from Skrall, then leaves for MU.
-
That's what Bricklink's for silly. The mask looks good, but you do need to take some sandpaper to it. It's a pity that the mask seems to have been designed less face-fitting than it is in the movie, which you can see now that you can see the head in the mask.

That was a cool trailer, and now I'm super envying all those Polish people - they get to watch it on the big screens of cinemas! The shot of Tarix is interesting - Thornax launchers are actually in the film, despite it being said that they weren't finalized when the movie was being designed. However, that's (hopefully) no Thornax that Tarix is shooting at Vastus (maybe that's the Vasplosion we saw earlier?). On a side note, it looks like Tarix's tube goes into his nose. Elemental energy is confirmed. Kiina saves Mata Nui and owns a Skrall with it, and Ackar makes a flamethrower. In Mata Nui vs. Tuma, he's in the Skrall arena and his challenging Tuma for his friend's freedom - either freedom of his Glatorian band, or all of Bara Magna. At 0.14 there's a shot of Mata Nui levitating and using his Ignika, with something glowing in front of him, so I suspect that's stuff for the final scene right? At 0.16, when Mata Nui and co are in Tessara, and Ackar is demonstrating his Fire powers, can anyone make out who the two Glatorian are past Raanu and Metus? One looks like a Vorox, while the other looks like a Tajun Glatorian built like Ackar.

What parts do you want to order through LUGBULK?
Brickthing replied to jonwil's topic in General LEGO Discussion
It'll be raining pre-cooked giant turkeys on LUG displays everywhere! If it were possible for me to participate in a bulk order, I'd love to get plants and trees, to make abundant forests with a decent amount of wildlife. -
I doubt it's him too, but it's definitely his pieces, which is what is confusing. EDIT: Nevermind, I read your post in the Legend Reborn topic, and it looks like the Telluris parts are meant to be part of the Skopio's head/brain. (Still messed up though!)
-
The problem is that he's not meant to be there, yet he's still visible.
-
Maybe Kiina was a bit more confident because they were 3 Glatorian on a Thornatus, which would probably mow down a Rock Steed. Or maybe Fero was just stupid, or Tarix, Gresh and Strakk fail at combat. @ Bunda - It seems like that's what they've done, which comes across to me like a creepy idea that needs an explanation from the movie artists. The Skopio XV1 is based on a Skopio, but the rider Telluris isn't. However, that image is a prelim image, along with the others in the set, so maybe they removed all traces of Telluris in the final.
