  1. Oh yes, the mysterious unnamed pirate captain! I once started a speculation thread solely about him - it's still there somewhere if anyone wants to read it! I think he's exclusive to this set. Anyway, I don't own this set, but I think the baseplate is really cool and worth getting one day. Oh, and since this review is new, I shall blog it! [bloggedcp][/bloggedcp]
  2. Those are really good, especially the white one! What a great idea!
  3. I'm a bluecoat kind of guy myself. But I know a fine MOC when I see one! You had a very clever idea and the design is very nice too! [bloggedcp][/bloggedcp] ...soon!
  4. That's a great MOC you've made there! I like how all the elements fit together, forming what is overall a very nice scene! Also, expect it to be blogged soon! [bloggedcp][/bloggedcp]
  5. A great flickr find - a LEGO Jack Sparrow mosaic, and it's quite big too! I especially like how it looks from a distance - like a real painting! Here's the photostream: http://www.flickr.com/photos/21154048@N04/ Expect it to be blogged soon! [bloggedcp][/bloggedcp]
  6. Great job TalonCard! Now we have the complete comic on our website! Just like the last time, I'll blog it! [bloggedcp][/bloggedcp]...soon!
  7. Small and cute! Well done sir! Oh, and expect it to be blogged soon! [bloggedcp][/bloggedcp]
  8. A great MOC it is! It's really big, and there's lots of cool details. Expect it to be blogged soon! [bloggedcp][/bloggedcp]
  9. I don't know if this has been mentioned or not, but the Genie can be used to build Akinator!
  10. Ah, the good old 6034. I feel nostalgic about this set too, I got it as a gift (for birthday I think) back when it was released! Anyway, welcome to Eurobricks, and enjoy your time. I hope your arm is all right now.
  11. Welcome! It's always nice to see someone return to LEGO! Enjoy your stay!
  12. This contest entry is definitely worth blogging! [bloggedcp][/bloggedcp] ...soon!
  13. Great job! The level of detail is just amazing! Definitely deserves a place in our blog. [bloggedcp][/bloggedcp] Expect it there very soon!
  14. Both Marvel AND DC superheroes? That's insane! How did they do this? Will they be sold together in sets? Anyway, I'm very happy to hear that! Definitely one of my dream licenses coming true! I was always more of a Marvel fan myself, but they all look great! Can't wait to get some of them!
  15. Welcome to Eurobricks! I've been to Slovakia several times too, it's not far from Poland. The last time I was there was March this year.
  16. Welcome! Hope you enjoy your stay!
  17. Finally some official pics! Expect them to be blogged on our website very soon! [bloggedcp][/bloggedcp]
  18. Great find SirSven7! This definitely deserves to be blogged! [bloggedcp][/bloggedcp] ...very soon! One little thing though - the MOC's name is actually Starck forwarder (see here) - perhaps you or a MOD can rename the topic?
  19. Great job! I like the half-burned house, the smoke and the overall dynamic. Expect it to be blogged on our website soon! [bloggedcp][/bloggedcp]
  20. That's a very nice entry! I think the trees are my favourite part. Expect it to be blogged soon. [bloggedcp][/bloggedcp] PS. I see that some contestants are really pushing the 32x32 rule to the limits.
  21. Nice contest entry MstrOfPppts! I shall blog this right away! [bloggedcp][/bloggedcp]
  22. The image I've seen is just preliminary, so things can change, but the ship doesn't look as bad as some people complain. It is built in similar scale as other LEGO ships so no complaint there. Wide black hull is a great thing for MOCing. Design-wise it's obviously no 6285 BSB, or 10210 IF, but I've seen worse sets than that I think the main problem is that - based alone on the fact that the ship is quite important in the movies - people were expecting some extraordinary collector-edition masterpiece, and what we got is just a set. Not great, but not that bad either.
  23. Great find, SirSven7! Definitely deserves to be blogged! [bloggedcp][/bloggedcp] ...soon!
  24. The classic will always be the classic. Not only were some of those early sets simply great (and still are), but they also remind a lot of AFOLS of their childhood days. So it's set value + nostalgic value we're talking about here. PotC sets are OK to me. Close, but no cigar.
  25. I shall blog this review as soon as possible! [bloggedcp][/bloggedcp] Nice job Big Cam, very thourough for a set this small!
