  1. As I mentioned before, I believe Germany deservers to win the tournament. Their yesterday's game against Greece was outstanding. But I think the two remaining quarter-finals are the two more interesting ones, or so they seem. In tonight's game I will support France, but I think Spain is more likely to win.
  2. Bummer. Oh well, this was only Poland's second time in European Championship finals. 4 years ago we were out of the tournament after 2 matches - regardless of the result of the third one. This time we had a chance in the third game so that still means progress. Congrats to Greece - their victory came as a big surprise. I'm still gonna watch the rest of the games, and I hope Germany does fine - they deserve to win this tournament.
  3. I checked this forum on the first day of Euro 2012 and was surprised there was no thread about it yet. It's a good thing that we have one now. Anyway, greetings from one of the host countries. Poland's game against Russia was much better than the opening match against Greece, and I can't wait for today's game against Czech Republic! Go Poland!
  4. I found this MOC while browsing Flickr. It was built by Thoy Bradley just like Pirates Remorse. And it's a pretty cool ship, don't you think? More pictures, including close-ups and interior details, can be found HERE. [bloggedcp][/bloggedcp]...soon!
  5. [pid][/pid]211B I came across this one today, it's not that new but we haven't posted it yet. As mentioned, it was built by Thoy Bradley. Those pirates weren't very lucky and had their ship thrown upon some rocks on the shore by a giant wave. See a lot more pictures HERE. [bloggedcp][/bloggedcp]...soon!
  6. [pid][/pid]210B This is not a new MOC, but it wasn't previously posted here, so let's do it, cause it really deserves it! It's called Feed Him to the Sarlacc Fish! and it was built by 2 Much Caffeine. As the builder describes it: Captain Jabber had a particular punishment reserved for pirates who dumped their cargo at the first sign of Imperials - "Feed 'em to the Sarlacc Fish!" FLICKR LINK [bloggedcp][/bloggedcp]...soon!
  7. This one was found by our News Scout SirSven7. While it's not technically a Pirate MOC, I'm sure you'll all agree that it would make a great background for some Pirate adventure! As you can see, it's another enormous MOC, and it includes a cave, a mine and even underwater views. It was made by brickshelf user rdennis81, and you can see the whole gallery with lots of pictures HERE. Be warned though - the original pictures are very large. [bloggedcp][/bloggedcp]...soon!
  8. A great MOC you've built there! Can't wait to see the rest of the town buildings. Anyway, expect it to be blogged soon! [bloggedcp][/bloggedcp]
  9. Well, it's a good thing the pics are working again.
  10. Is it just me or is MOCpages currently down? I hope it's only a temporary glitch.
  11. [pid][/pid]207D Thanks to our new News Scout Sebeus Iniwum who found this one on MOCpages, I'd like to present to you Fortress in Caribbean built by Brian Abildgaard. It's a small fort... ...nah, just kidding. That's just a quick glimpse of the whole enormous MOC. See a great deal more here on MOCpages. I'm speechless right now so let me just add that it's going to be blogged soon. [bloggedcp][/bloggedcp]
  12. I like it! Feels like one of the classic sets, but with lots of cool additions! It's also always nice to see some interior, like yor cabin. Expect it to be blogged very soon! [bloggedcp][/bloggedcp]
  13. [pid][/pid] 206A Thanks to our News Scout SirSven7, here's another Flickr find I wish to share with you. It's called Rum Runners and was built by Roboslob92. As the creator describes it, it is a small island used to transit rum tax free. It's rather simple but looks nice, and I like the shack - or whatever it's called - a lot. The sail is pretty cleverly made too - I don't think I've seen this piece used like that before. Overall, it looks like it could be a real set. FLICKR LINK [bloggedcp][/bloggedcp]...soon!
  14. The dinosaur is pretty good. But the strange shape of the flying vehicle reminds me of the Dastardly and Muttley cartoon somehow.
  15. I like it! Actually it reminds me of a time when I was looking for a similar place here in Poland, in a forest where there was supposed to be a rock on which ancient people - specifically the Galindians - used to make human sacrifices, chop off heads and do nasty stuff like that. I didn't find it, although people who lived close by swore it was somewhere in that forest. I imagined it would look something like that.
  16. That's pretty good. Those superhero sets are really starting to grow on me. The mech looks cool, reminds me of Exo-Force a bit. I prefer Marvel over DC myself, but I find this set appealing nonetheless.
  17. Well done! I'm not so fond of PotC as a whole, I prefer classic Pirates myself, but this MOC is really good!
  18. Hello and welcome! I'm sure you'll come across lots of content that you'll find most interesting in here!
  19. Welcome! Hope you have a good time here!
  20. Great ship Sir! I shall blog this in no time! Well done! [bloggedcp][/bloggedcp]
  21. I like this car a great deal! It's a good thing we're seeing more and more Friends MOCs. The theme can surely be inspirational.
  22. Yes, I know, I just meant that I'm too lazy to check the father's name. EDIT Silly me, it's written on the box
  23. That's pretty hilarious. Too bad that these girls do not notice the fire at all. I especially like the guy's behaviour (don't remember his name) - barbecuing like nothing's ever happened. "Screw the fire, I'm hungry dammit!"
  24. [pid][/pid] 205A Here's one more MOC I stumbled upon while browsing Flickr. Not a typical Pirate MOC, but quite funny and interesting. It was built by Flickr user /TheBricks\. See it at Flickr. I'm curious to know what you guys and gals think about it. Also, expect it to be blogged soon! [bloggedcp][/bloggedcp]
  25. That's quite a small island, I hope he gets rescued eventually Oh, and: [bloggedcp][/bloggedcp] ...soon!
