Unrest in the Forest - Day 6: Hemispheres
jimmynick replied to Walter Kovacs's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
Simon! I have targets for you! n9254 was 6196 and also Conrade. He chose n4913, then n4861, then n4636 (SWZM) and n1915 (also SWZM). Make of this what you will. And I guess there has to be a serial killer, right? -
It's much better. I agree that the new Flash Speeder is much too large - it's nice to see that you've essentially updated the old one with more modern parts.
-
I'm not very fond of the 918 since it looks really bulbous, but the 911s look really good. Thanks for the pictures, just2good!

Rebuilding the Simpsons house at a smaller scale is definitely worth a shot. Your town looks lovely, rriggs, and I like your office buildings (is that right?) with the large windows.
-
They're kind of cute. I know you all don't like that they look different from regular minifgures, but these figures seem to represent characters with their own style (and we know that the LEGO minifigure doesn't look very realistic to begin with). The only thing wrong with these figures is that they look like a cheap knockoff, what with their very smooth texture and sickly colours.

Very nice! The buttresses are so simple but they work very well, and so does the apse. I also like the different textures on the roof. I agree with Bennemans's comment about the clock.
-
This model looks cool! The chairs turned on their sides are an interesting way to make seats that I haven't seen before. I'm not so fond of the empty spaces below the A and B pillars, though I realise you made that decision to enable playability with the doors.

I love the IG-2000. It looks really slick and professional (well, all of them do, really).

Mmm, Chicago pizza...

I jolly well know I don't get a real vote because I'm a stump. I want to make it clear where my thoughts lie. Berty, Sue seems to be concerned that you are worried about doing what looks scummy, which is scummy in itself because it shows you're always thinking about what other people think about you, which means you have something to hide.
-
You agree that, if the scum had the choice of whom to janitor, they would have janitored me and not Hazel. That's flattering. I bet you're disappointed you couldn't have janitored me since I'm an oak. So are you saying the scum have the choice of whom to janitor, but they were dumb and chose Hazel? Because that is the sticking point that doesn't let me believe you disagree with him. You're trying to save your sorry roots and convince us that when your stump goes away, it will have been because the scum chose it that way, not because the scum (and/or third parties) stumps disappear. What about yesterday and Clem? STUMP Vote: Berty Birch (Dragonfire) Hey, Simon and Bruce, I have things to tell you! n139 Hero n4244 Beatrice n639 Don Pedro n9254 Conrade n1668 Duncan n4636 Ross n4187 Donalbain n136 Banquo n4861 Benedick n3610 Margaret And don't forget n3372 EQFQ.

Using a highly technical skill I like to call "reading", I think Jack's conclusion is that non-Oaks don't come back as stumps and that you don't have the option to janitor anyone. I've noticed that too (and yesterday on the Hazel lynch), and I think people like Nash are just bad at bussing people convincingly.

I'm currently working my way through Voodoo Lounge by the Rolling Stones.

Sure. Here goes: I was the other investigator. You can see that both Clem and I are Oaks, so the fact we had two investigators is undeniably true. Now that's established, I want everyone (EVERYONE) to claim to Simon. Right now. None of this BS where everyone claims vanilla or something. If you have a role (even if you're actually vanilla), TELL SIMON NOW. If you don't, then you're a nasty scummo.
