    I think he means, will this have the proportional control that the train remote has if I understand correctly, PF motors get power all the time, and its a data signal to start rotation (varied speeds, direction) but the PF lights will turn on and stay on once power is applied. Will the Sbrick be able to turn on and off lights? im sure the app can be set for momentary and maintained functions.

    finally a great fully technic truck moc. It just needs a remote hitching mechanism

    It can be both. With a proper frame, you can add a hitch for trailers or remove the hitch for add ons

    You can have many different styles, that's the cool thing about it. We just need to standardize the scale and then the hitching mechanism and height of the hitch. With that set you can have several trucks and trailers that all work together.

    how about a technic 3 axle truck and trailer one scale for everything and one latching mechanism at a set height. Then users can work on trucks, trailers and loads

    My biggest problem with the IR components is the IR. Why not implement these changes by building a cheap/easy RF
