  1. I need money for some other things, so I am selling off some of my built lego sets. The ones that I am selling are the 8297 Off Roader, the 8265 Front Loader, the 9398 Crawler, and the 8041 Race Truck. I am selling them on eBay, the links are down below. If I am not allowed to link to eBay posts, then a mod can delete this post. http://www.ebay.com/itm/190879021891?ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1555.l2649 http://www.ebay.com/itm/190879056294?ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1555.l2649 http://www.ebay.com/itm/190879059046?ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1555.l2649 http://www.ebay.com/itm/190879061037?ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1555.l2649
  2. The BTW has independant suspension. The farthest I got in my moc was only 1 axle, however I am reading through Sariel's book so when I have another attempt it will be better.
  3. Yes, I loved 8x8 Military Vehicles, however very few people make then. :( I tried to make a BTR-80 about a year ago, however it can't scrapped due to my lack of building skills. If this is successful then I may reattempt to build it.
  4. In the first paragraph you said that you were inspired by an AWD Chassis by Efferman, can I please have a link to where you found it? Google isn't helping me at the moment.
  5. Awesome vehicle, I wish more people would make military vehicles. What pieces did you use for the grenades in the launcher?
  6. Mwahaha, the occasional joys of being colorblind.
  7. I think that although it's not directly plagiarism, I would consider it morally wrong. If I were to sell a lego set and copy the description, I would at least credit the author for taking time to write the description I used. Case in point I am planning on selling a Crowkillers Gallorado, and when I make the listing I will put his name and website all over the listing. (BTW I already PM'ed him and got his permission.)
  8. Holy Necropost Batman! Although you were the OP so it's okay. BTW beautiful trucks you have, they're making me jealous of my small lego technic collection.
  9. IMO, it's the perfect blend between system and technic.
  10. That's amazing, definitely the most creative technic moc I've seen in a long time.
  11. Holy crap, that thing must weigh a ton.
  12. Now he just needs to make it in red and it will be awesome.
  13. ^^I think you're going to need some stronger motors if you want to power that behemouth.
  14. On the contract to what it seems to be for a lot of people, I spend very little annually on technic. The only purchase of $20+ last year was the 9398 Crawler.
  15. On the topic of a perfect moc, I would say that this is definitely the most perfect moc I have ever seen.
  16. Yeah, I accidently posted it in the wrong thread, as I had multiple threads open at the same time. I didn't see an option to delete the comment, and I felt that my comment was more constructive than saying "Nevermind."
  17. While I have studded Legos and leog technic, I have realized that I have been using my Technic more and more and my studded less and less. My studfull collection is just sitting my in closet gathering dust, so I think it would be better used in the hands of another Mocer. I only ship to the US, and PM me if you have any details. This is a collection of 1,000's of pieces, all organized in their own container. It contains a good 95% of every lego part produced, including basic building blocks and new pieces that just recently came out. It will come in 5 Plano tackle boxes along with 2 boxes of surplus lego. I am currently selling it for $150, and if you were to by the pieces individually on Bricklink it would be much more, not including shipping. Since I don't want to link all of the photos, I am going to include a link to my eBay post, and there are pictures there. http://www.ebay.com/itm/190793431183?ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1555.l2649
  18. Hey guys, about the Lego Direct order, how do you get parts? I remember something like that I did for studded Legos, however you had to get the parts by lying and saying that they were replacement parts, which I didn't feel comfortable doing. Do you just call them and they sell to you freely.
  19. I don't think a builder named Tyler Reid had been mentioned, he's on Mocpages with some fantastic creations, my favorite of which is his Shleby Cobra. http://mocpages.com/home.php/17884 http://mocpages.com/moc.php/135724
  20. Awesome creation, too bad he hadn't taken more pictures for someone to reverse engineer it.
  21. I would use a turntable for all 3 constructions, and definitely a stud full turntable for the base. Depending on how the inside of the turret it constructed, I would use a studless or studfull turret, which ever one I would find easier to incorporate.
  22. That's pretty awesome, too bad I don't knit. ;)
  23. Yeah, do you have a pic of it before you took if apart?
