  1. Thanks. Yes the rear of the ship is the wormhole generator. I said quick build as I only worked one day on it... while at work... (yes I have LDD on my office computer ) To be honest the "sphere" is derivated from the Astradea main engines, which are derivated from a study about brickbuild domes I did some times ago The sphere is attached to the front side of the ring, and can rotate. I didn't do enough shots to show all the details, but the LDD file is downloadable here
  2. Thanks I don't have all the details right now, but I used almost the same settings as usually use, and turned on the bricks outlines. I like the cartoonish style, but I think it's good only on small builds.
  3. So shiny Seems fearsome. But doesn't llok like starwasy enough for me... maybe with angled wings...
  4. They came from the depth of space, and they are angry! Beware of the space ninjas!! Space Ninjas - Dragon Rider by BobDeQuatre, on Flickr Space Ninjas - Dragon Rider by BobDeQuatre, on Flickr Space Ninjas - Dragon Rider by BobDeQuatre, on Flickr
  5. Nice family picture But I think the radar dish (on the microscale) is too big, it looks better without.
  6. I really love the architecture of the houses. And they are so lively inside, despite the small room
  7. Really nicely done! I really like how you recreated the cut of the lightsaber, and the corridor looks really good
  8. It's not a half tower, but a quarter tower!! The techniques are great. I like the bird and the vegetation. Judging by that tower, with a lot of bricks you could do something amazing!
  9. I want to know more!! Who are those skeletons? What happens next?!?! The scene is really nice, well photographed, and the use of the red flowers is great!
  10. Both the AT-ST and the turret are great. And they are are a nice addition to a great diorama
  11. That's a nice Jabba's palace you got there
  12. It looks great! And the size is perfect. The stand is also a nice touch
  13. The LJ-937, also named Wormhole explorer, was the first exploration ship built to exploit a gravity well generator to travel trough space. It was able to fold the universe and dig a hole from one place to another, hence decreasing greatly the travel time needed. It's mission was to travel to unexplored planets and scan them to detect life form or exploitable resources. There was a theory that linked the Octan corporation to the development of the LJ-937 and took advantage of the mission's finding to get their hands on usefull resources. Since the research on the gravity well generator and the funding of the missions were done using public funds, some people started to ask for the space police to investigate. Hark Mamil, the famous opposant to the Octan Corporation, officially complained to the authorities and a trial was planned. He disappeared two days before the chosen date... It is also my first "classic" space built! And I like that colorscheme... Might do more in the future.
  14. Very nice scene! I can't say that I love all that Jackson did in the Hobbit movie, but Radagast home was really great, and you recreated it well
  15. Wow you really captured that scene! Great work
  16. Great traveling cart But shouldn't there be a gate on that part of the road??
  17. That's a nice start for a gate
  18. "A witch! burn her burn her!!" Nice scene, the heads of the minifigs are well chosen
  19. Really awesome creations Artizan! So close to the models! The castle is breathtaking
