I am not very interested on the truck, but definitely looks like a potent model. The Osprey... the Osprey... that thing looks really-realy good (expect maybe the yellow/orange engine covers).

Don't be that strict to yourself, because it is definitely not true. You have built a serious audience with profound and quality content, personally I always watched your reviews, even if they came out later than expected and not even once. This is only what matters, I would be sad to see you getting away from this direction - and that's why I made my feedbacks above. To the LEGO issue: what can be done if they lack the trust towards their aknowledged partners (I guess you should be handled like that as you definitely generate free marketing for them) - who, according to my memories, never ever made a leak... I know for sure, it is not something you should break yourself for, but this is only my opinion. Don't let the passion killed by pressure. So: do finally the suspension and the gearbox working properly out of the box compared to the Porsche and the Chiron (Defender too)? No cracking, no sequence disorder, no saggy (not working) suspension?

@Sariel Wrote in the first page, I quoted here again. I missed the technical insights, the other aspects were covered well - but this is a Technic set for me after all. Even if the effect is barely noticable in case of 7th or 8th gear, usually you provide facts regarding the set parameters, not guesses. No need to be angry nor annoyed, nobody pushed you to go 32 hours without sleep, it was your personal goal to finish it as you said, on time. And again: I admire and respect all the hard work went into this, thanks for doing this for years. All what I said, is that maybe it is not worth to push yourself that hard - but it is up to you.

This would be for me a candidate for UCS line. Dakar has the history, could have the needed marketing hype... or an official Trophy Truck.

Looks like I will have no answer for my questions... Honestly, I think the push of being first deducted the usual depth of your reviews @Sariel. Quality review, but definitely harmed here and there by the unnecessarily rush (f.e.: "7 or 8 speeds" never thought I will see such comment from you).

Sorry, my bad - didn't remember those despite watched the review just recently, so call me Mr. Goldfish. Looks like only visuals to me, to extend the brake calipers from the side view... but definitely weird. Oh well, as LvdH wrote below. I need some sleep.

@tomek9210 Twisting the chassis is a bit extreme... I don't think there is an exact measuremen for that, also it is still Lego, there will be always some flex in such a big construction. The red towballs are the connections for the steering links, this is how it works with the newer wheel hubs.

I was searching for pull-back motor for a while, did not expect a self constructed one. Awesome!

@kbalage Now that was a proper review, Thank You a lot! It definitely helps to judge the set from a Technic fan point of view, and we can really state, theat the Sian is a step up in the line. Maybe @Sariel was the first, but his review left a lot questions open to me, thanks for answering those (suspension, gearbox, cracking, smoothness, connections rigidity - especially the headlights).

This was fun, and most importantly proved again, that you don't need to go big to build excellent models!

It is a beautiful review as usual! I am not a car-guy either, but this monster started to talk to me... I miss some details from the video compared to previous ones from You (don't get me wrong, I admire and respect all the hard work went into this), but from what I see, I understand, that finally this UCS car, which has properly working basic functions: suspension works up and down, gearbox and fake engine without cracking, no shifting disorder. (Is it 7 or 8 speed? ) And no stickers! If so, than despite some minor nitpicking, I can say: LEGO (especially Uwe) did the homework well, it is an excellent set. @Sariel Can you confirm this?

Couldn't agree more. Once somebody has the budget for this set, I don't see any problem to top 380 Euro with 20 Euro more to buy these extra parts, and replace them - but I wouldn't have high hopes about any improvement... Maybe a task to check for @kbalage or @Sariel?

Agree, I would also upgrade with a black "custom" (you know) wheel... gold is just not my cup of tea. But I could even imagine the original dark blue Bugatti wheels, as they match color-wise to lime. Edit: yepp, silver wouldn't be too bad either. Also I like the spoke pattern much more of these.

Let's close this endless debate color vomit . World is changing, people are changing. I wouldn't think in just 5 years ago, what trivial and on common sense based information must be told and ordered for adults nowadays. Speaking of the modern world: let's face with the fact, that people are not challenged and conditioned nowadays to use their brains, but for relying on smart devices, and chasing instant success. Humans are lazy (inclusive me), they will go for direction of least resistance. Build - failure - no joy - throw away - looking for another source of instant pleasure. This is what LEGO has to compete with, especially as a money digger company, who is on the track of continuous growth - which means, they want to reach more and more people, in a market, where trillion other hobbies are in the race. What worked in 2000, doesn't work in 2020, regardless we like it here, or what we as children were capable of. We are minority - not the target of a multinational profit harvester. Is this a good phenomenon? I do believe, it is not, but this topic intended to be discussed on the couch at the psychologist. Or at the pub.

Fantastic solution, there are some ideas out there, but I think this is the first actual one, which is robust enough, has reasonable gear ratios - and proven by test drive. A real milestone in my eyes.
