Ninjago: Masters Of Spinjitsu TV Show Thread

It's an extremely premature assumption. I think you're okay, and this is coming from me...- 4,591 replies

Each gadget and vehicle has three instructions booklets pre-downloaded into the game. You aren't making your own creations, you're simply changing the vehicles with the included instructions. Apparently there's also a function where, in order to accomplish certain tasks, you have to move the minifig to a different position on the dimension gate. Quite an interesting interactive feature that hasn't been previously seen.

I thought this was obvious. Monster Fighters, Castle, and Creator are also prominently featured, but have no relevance to story whatsoever. In fact the game, at least at this point, has no story.

We are exactly 16 days away from E3 everyone! One of the biggest video game events of the year is upon us once again! Nintendo begins the festivities with the Nintendo Championships starting on June 14th. Not a lot of info on this is available at this time, except that the preliminary stage is over. At 9AM (PST) on June 16th, Nintendo will be hosting another Digital Event with a Developers Treehouse following right after. What are your predictions for this years E3? Here are my predictions: Lucas will be released alongside some new costumes for Smash Bros. 4 A new DLC challenger and/or veteran will be revealed for Smash Bros. 4 A Mario 30th Anniversary game besides Mario Maker A Mario Spinoff A trailer for Zelda Wii U (Bill Trinnen has stated that some 2016 games will be at the show) Star Fox Wii U (already confirmed by Miyamoto) New Metroid Smash Bros. Amiibo Wave 6 Super Mario Bros. Amiibo Wave 2 Release date for Smash Bros. Amiibo Wave 5 Release date for Yoshi's Wooly World and Amiibo Release date Animal Crossing Happy Home Designer and Amiibo Cards Some sort of new line/type of Amiibo Amiibo Restocks Indie games that very few people care about Splatoon paid DLC Mario Kart 8 DLC Fire Emblem IF English dubbed anything (please!) Shin Megami Tensei X Fire Emblem EDIT: The Amiibo availability chart has been updated. Wave 4 is at the preliminary stage, therefore some heavy edits of those in the "Rare" category are on the way. Chibi-Robo was also added as a series. The Chibi-Robo Amiibo is available in the US exclusively in a Pre-order pack of the new game Chibi-Robo Zip Lash.

Chain Master Wrayth, Blade Master Bansha, Scythe Master Ghoultar, Bow Master Soul Archer are the four masters of the Ghost Warriors as revealed by product descriptions for the sets. It's similar in style to the Skullkin and Serpentine: Samukai, Nuckal, Kruncha, Wyplash Scales, Fangtom, Acidicus, Scalidor- 4,591 replies

My spoils from Amiibogeddon.

That's been a degrading trend for years now. For the past few years, Europe has gotten plenty of stuff before us, however there are some themes that are slated for a specific date worldwide, and Lego is really good about acknowledging that (this year's Scooby Doo and Summer Wave Elves for example).

I'm leaving for Target in mere moments
-
The head wrap was available exclusively in the Target Cube from Christmas. Lloyd DX uses it. Now that that has changed, I wonder if it's value has changed. Not that it had much of one to begin with...

HA! We are! I didn't even notice the train in that screenshot.
-
Nope. It's a mini Jules Verne Train. It looks to sci-fi to be the generic train that was used in that climactic scene in the last movie.
-
Only the lanterns in the Attack of the Morro Dragon set glow. All of the Spring Light Green parts, are exactly that: Spring Light Green Parts. Glow in the dark pieces are an off colored white, and barely any of these sets have any to begin with.

August is when its VIP availability begins. September is its "official" release. Sad day for all of those who think the VIP program costs money...

*Last They are Chopper's torso from Star Wars Rebels. They don't list it on Bricklink in dark bluish gray being that it's a minifig part. Now if only they were released in black. That way I can start my Skullkin mining facility a la Lego Universe... Speaking of Lego Universe... I can't make any assumptions at this point for "Worlds" for if I do, I fear that I'll be seriously disappointed in the end. All of my hype is eagerly waiting for a reveal. (inb4 this was an early promo for Dimensions)

Recall: Show spoilers are as spoilery here as they are in the TV show thread. PLEASE use spoiler tags.

I took two years of German, and it still doesn't help. They speak way to fast! Gentle, but bold-font reminder: Please keep all information revealed in the show that is not evident in the official sets in spoiler tags please. Thank you for the extra step.- 4,591 replies

By all that is good, Lego we need Dragon Villains! Like Chima styled villains, but dragons. PLEASE!! I can see Ninjago trying it's hardest to stay strong at least until the movie's release. I just hope that if they go for an endgame approach with the show, it will be as good, if not better than season 2.

Yes, but minifig count doesn't define a (non Star Wars) price tag. For example: The Final Flight of Destiny's Bounty has 9 minifigs, where as the Lego City Spaceport (2015) has only 5. Both have the same price tag, but differ by almost 800 pieces (The former has 1,253 pieces, whereas the latter has only 586). The size of the set generally is what determines the price tag regardless of parts or minifigs.

*cough* *cough*

As I've said several times, the sets come out in August. All the June releases are out now, and Ninjago (at least in the US) is not included. The Airjitzu spinners are, however, due out in July.

Remember that show spoilers apply here as well. Did any of us think that the D2C temple might be non-canon? It wouldn't be very smart, but it could happen.

Judging by box size, Cole's Blaster Bike will be $19.99 (this one is cross referenced with the UK price), whereas the Jay Walker One will be $24.99 or $29.99. I'm leaning more towards the latter. Stiix is no doubts $119.99. I'd be surprised, but very welcome if it ends up $99.99, but this is Toys R Us we're talking about. NOTE: All prices are assumptions in USD

We won't have a poster for Chell until she's officially revealed. What we have is a leak, therefore it's unofficial. Same goes for Scooby, Homer, and Doctor Who.
-
Yes. Ask again in two months, and I will tell you. North America will not be getting Ninjago until August.
