  1. Regarding Bionicle... Wouldn't be interesting if they did "Dimensions Masks?" A special exclusive mask that can only be found in the dimensions sets that allows you to play as the mask's corresponding Toa. Something similar to this: Except instead of a 4x4 dish, a Dimensions disc, and with a specially colored Gen2 Hau, or something similar that unlocks Tahu.
  2. You're right to be convinced. The little intro video that was featured at the German Toy Fair had stated that Lloyd would get possessed, regardless if Morro did it or not.
  3. My goodness this looks fantastic. The demand for these little guys are going to be crazy as all of the minifigures included are some of the hardest to find (most of them). Now if they were to get Star Wars on board... that... that's where things would get crazy! I just hope the game is good. All the recent Lego games by the looks of it have been really so-so. Here's to hoping.
  4. It's a rumor Ha! If I were always right, I wouldn't be speculating with this lovely crowd. Give yourself some credit, though. You were trying to add to the conversation by looking at the sets from the perspective of the entire wave. For instance, when it comes to parts-per-piece ratio, I love how massive the part count is on the Final Flight of the Destiny's Bounty. I loved the original, and seeing it getting a beefier update makes me overjoyed! Step 1. Release ripcord from directly above a large ring shape in the center of the Temple. Step 2. Watch Spinner Capsule drop gracefully-ish into the ring. Step 3. Watch Spinner Capsule safely stop spinning within the confines of the Temple Step 4. Reach in, and pull the spinner capsule out. Step 5. Repeat.
  5. This kid on this channel doesn't get how the internet works... Exclusive... surrre Anyway, wonderful news. Hoping to get some good quality leaks. I'd hate to wait until it airs in the US.
  6. "Vey" only stated those two specifically, as they are the only two that are relevant for that conversation. I would love for the top of the temple to spin open at the top, unleashing a spinner once it fully opens. Also, did anyone consider that the temple might be a battle arena, a la the Ninja Battle Arena?
  7. Welcome to Eurobricks, Master of Spinjitzu. This thread here is where we discuss the Ninjago sets. You seem to have a theory for the overall storyline. We discuss the storyline here in the TV show thread. Nice profile pic, by the way. Whether or not if it has to do with Airjitzu, it's almost guaranteed to include some Ghost Warriors. Although, it would be nice if they tried to avoid that, seeing as Exclusives tend to outlive the regular wave sets (Haunted House, anyone? Although its minifigures were loved year round regardless) meaning that the ghost warriors would become vastly irrelevant once the Ninjago Movie releases.
  8. Yes. Brickshow's source is the same as ours. The Toy Fairs are very helpful for this basic information. I don't see how this is relevant. We were talking about the Temple's design and price and you just say this at random. It's kind of an odd stray off topic don't you think?
  9. To be honest. What justifies this set as a purchase for adult fans? Parts. The Fire Temple was an architectural godsend when it came to oriental motifs. That is why another Temple, a la the Fire Temple, has been in such demand, not to mention that Lego has done a fantastic job with oriental buildings these past few years that it would be a shame to pass up. Only one problem though. It will lose tons of its appeal if it is primarily dark blue, black, and mint green. It has to have colors that are easier to implement into a build like tans and browns. What gives me some hope, though (at least in regards to part colors), most if not all of the shrines featured throughout the summer sets are white, black, and red. Hopefully to match the aesthetics of what may be considered the ultimate flagship set of the Ninjago theme: The Temple of Airjitzu. Now... where's our image leakers when we need them. Sure we still need our Ferris Wheel, but then it's time for the one we've all been waiting for. EDIT: Dammit! They're producing a Mini-Cooper scale Ferrari first... why must we wait this long!
  10. Yes, kids are the main target, but have you forgotten MetalBeard's Sea Cow? It may not be affordable by most children ($249.99), but people still buy it. It will be how the Airjitzu sets are promoted, no doubt, but it certainly won't be at Santa's Workshop's price range. If Lego is releasing a D2C temple, it has to be at least the size of the Fire Temple, if not larger. It just doesn't make sense.
  11. It isn't rumored. It's a Direct to Consumer (D2C) set. Meaning it could be as large as a modular building, or be a contender for the next Death Star (although highly doubtful). It will need to have TONS of really cool minifigs in it to justify it for parents to buy for their kids, that's for sure! Not that I'll have that issue...
  12. Yup. The hype is forcing these pre-orders out in seconds. It is clear, however, that once the Smash Amiibo are done, things will hopefully start calming down. People are collecting them simply because of the whole trophy concept that Melee introduced, and since Smash covers pretty much all of Nintendo's IPs why wouldn't people go crazy for them? I know I have! Check out these puppies from Wondercon (not mine). I hope that Robin and Lucina are mass produced as well as these were. Also, more Yarn Yoshi Amiibo pics. You can't wrong with more pics of those. EDIT: The Amiibo Chart has been updated. Wave 4 Store exclusives no longer have an asterisk. Remove Animal Crossing Cards until more information is revealed.
  13. *gasp* I did it... all I need is Jiggs... and Robin... but I have no more moneez Let's recap this "wonderful" past Amiibo filled hours (I'm really trying not to curse right now). -Target is the first to reveal their store exclusive, Jigglypuff, who not only was available for only 7 minutes in the wee hours of the morning, but also beat Rosalina & Luma's availability record by nearly 25 minutes!!! (Rosalina was only available for about 30 minutes. She too was only available in the early morning) -Target has stated that, similar to Rosalina, Jiggs will be available online and in store on May 29th (should the date still hold). -Best Buy went up with all five of the Wave 4 Amiibo an hour before Gamestop stores would go live. Lucina and Robin sold out in less than three minutes. -Splatoon Amiibo are incoming here on Best Buy as I write this. -Gamestop's situation, including having Ness as a Store Exclusive, was leaked the day of the Direct. It stated that Pre-orders would open at noon in-store only. It is later revealed that there is a six-pack of the Smash Amiibo bundle that's only available through Gamestop, and that Wario can be pre-ordered in store for in-store pick up (we have this waves Bowser, ladies and gentlmen). All Gamestop stores log on along side millions of people who were misinformed thinking that the pre-orders would be online at the exact same time. All of Gamestops servers were crashed. I managed to get the Splatoon 3-pack, an Inkling Girl, Ness, Pac-Man, and Charizard. -Gamestop later issues a statement saying that the in-store ship-to-home completely liquidated all stock. There will be no online pre-orders for Gamestop. -Later that afternoon, a Toys R Us rep, says that Wave 4 pre-orders will open between 4AM-7AM EST including the store exclusive Greninja. They went up three hours early. Again, Robin and Lucina were the first to disintegration, Greninja slowly followed. In 10 minutes, Pac-Man was all who remained. I managed 2 Lucinas, 2 Greninjas, a Pac-Man, and Wario (please note that all duplicates were picked up for my brother. I'm not that cruel ). Please note that the Splatoon Amiibo are yet to be added to Toys R Us' website -While writing this Greninja went up once again. Toys R Us has stated that in store pre-order cards will be in limited quantity on April 27th. And now? Here we are. Amazon has spots for all Wave 4 Amiibo and the Splatoon Amiibo. They have yet to open pre-orders. Walmart has no signs of anything. Target only has Jiggs on their site In other news, the standalone Super Mario Bros. Mario Amiibo come out today! The Fox Amiibo is also showing up at Best Buys accross the country! (note: bold letters for emphasis) TL;DR/Summary No more Jiggs pre-orders (not completely confirmed). Jiggs will be online and in store on May 29th (like Rosalina back in February). This depends if the release date still holds. Best Buy has opened up pre-orders for Wave 4 once so far. Splatoon Amiibo are incoming here. Gamestop crashed when ship-in-store began. When they went live. All stores sold out of the stock. Gamestop will not have online pre-orders due to what was mention directly above. Toys R Us has had an initial pre-order. Greninja has come back online once so far, and shows promise for more pre-orders incoming. Toys R Us will have in-store pre-order cards on April 27th. Limited Quantities. Toys R Us has yet to put up the Splatoon Amiibo. Amazon, Walmart, and Target have yet to release pre-orders for Wave 4 or Splatoon Super Mario Bros. Mario is releasing today Foxes are showing up in droves at Best Buys across the country. EDIT: Best Buy has the Splatoon Amiibo
  14. This was the best proper Direct since the Hyrule Warriors announcement. I do not consider game specific or E3 presentations as proper Directs (fyi). I'm going to say that Shin Megami Tensei x Fire Emblem was the what blew me out of the water the most. It's visuals and its concept are absolutely stunning. I can't wait for more info, not to mention the very likely star-studded voice cast. Well... the Yarn Yoshi Amiibo are the real MVP. I mean, who ever though of this genius thing deserves a promotion. Just look at them... They. Are. PRECIOUS!! And they're little too!
  15. Time for more shelves.
  16. Every store I've gone too, it appeared that Chima wasn't moving from the shelves... at all. I decided to record the number on the seal for a Vultrix Sky Scavenger at the Lego Store. The same shelve of eight have just been sitting there collecting dust along with a majority of Chima according to both my observations and the help of a Lego Store employee. Chima looks done. And judging by how "popular" they are in stores now, legomilk's post seems so much more likely.
  17. My thoughts: Mewtwo and Lucas look great! Vote for Shovel Knight! I can't hold all of these Amiibo. I'm so excited for all of the Smash ones! All that Wave 5 needs is a Pit restock, and I'm good. Yoshi's Wooly World looks like so much fun. I need more Yoshi in my life. Speaking of which, nothing will stop me from getting multiples of each of those absolutely adorable little guys. They're so CUTE! Despite my initial thoughts, Splatoon looks so fantastic. I can't wait to play. Those Amiibo are fantastic too (my money ). The idea of an Amiibo three pack makes me so much more excited for the future. Omygawsh we're getting DK64! Rare still loves us! I also get to play Mario Kart DS again! YAY! As an anime lover, I saw SMTxFE and I was instantly in love. Of course, that was before I found out that it was SMTxFE. Now that I know that it is, I'm even more in love! Fire Emblem looks excellent too. I think I might pick it up this Summer if I don't get too over encompassed by Xenoblade 3D. Amiibo Cards are an interesting idea. I'm unsure if I'm going to collect these... there's just too many to worry about. Besides I'm not much of an Animal Crossing fan. All that Mario Kart stuff is pretty awesome too. EDIT: The Amiibo Chart has been updated with all of the new Amiibo. Pre-order details for Wave 4: Lucina, Robin, Charizard, Wario, and Pac-Man are available at all retailers Ness is a Gamestop Exclusive Greninja is a Toys R Us Exclusive Jigglypuff is an exclusive at a currently unannounced retail chain (please be Walmart of Best Buy, PLEASE!) to Target (NO!!!)
  18. HOLY MOTHER OF REGGIE! That was a doozy! Announced for the US:
  19. It's I love DisneyTMTMTMTMTM! in the US today... EDIT: Please note that I said April first. Thanks Eurobricks... EDIT 2: Every time I edit the post it makes more "TM's"
  20. Anybody think that Nya might be the Ninja of Air? Airjitzu has to be significant somehow, and the elemental motif change on Nya's emblem could represent air as much as it could represent water.
  21. No clue. That's if they were, of course. Like I said, this is my first Lego Video Game in years. Golden Bricks get you nothing. You just earn them. Think of it like "gamerscore" on XBOX Live, except that it isn't available for all to see, and can't be shown off.
  22. And the symbol; don't forget the symbol. The one that so many people tried to disprove me of for boldly claiming was Nya's... Lest we forget that the DB2 includes her helmet hair...
  23. Did anyone else think that The Lego Movie might also be a catalyst of the production issues (i.e. harder to find sets than normal?) Certainly the movie (re)introduced hundreds of thousands of people (back) into Lego. That's hundreds of thousands people than there were merely one year ago. A huge spike in demanding people can bring stock issues in stores as well as traffic issues on the website. *Where (You randomly have had a spike in typos , LoN) legomilk is the fly on the wall...The man on the inside... the Bothan Spies to our Rebel Alliance. He has delivered reputable information on special, and potentially confidential, Lego stuff before. That's why "Vey" and I have expressed concern.
  24. I'm 3/13... Got other Lego priorities at the moment
  25. When did this kid get the status of "premier Ninjago newsie?" Please note that I still drool at Sensei's print, even after an hour of ogling.
