  1. That's quite possible, as TT has sets planned all the way through 2018. Oh that's great! I'm still bummed about the Ninjago VOs though. I digress. This game is going to be great.
  2. The sneak peak will not be related to the movie. Keep in mind that we didn't get even the slightest teaser of the Lego Movie until it was about a year before release. For Ninjago, that means no info/teaser until (at the earliest) sometime in September 2016. The panel sneak peak will most likely be a TV show clip or a set unveiling for 2016.
  3. This is Cartoon Batman, not (directly) Lego Movie Batman. They didn't get Will Arnett. They got Elizabeth Banks, Christopher Lloyd, Dan Castellaneta, Stephen Merchant, heck, even Ellen McClain (GLaDOS), but they still didn't get Will Arnett... The voice for Batman is Troy Baker in Dimensions as well as some of the more recent Batman media. That's also been Kai's absolutely dreaded voice for ALL of the (equally dreadful) Ninjago games. Since the VO's for the TV show are located in Canada, I can understand why, for a low budget handheld game, they would need someone more affordable that is also on site. For a project this ambitious, however, they should have gone the full nine yards. Of course, they didn't, and I'm left to wallow in sadness.
  4. So today I was watching some Lego Store employees demo the new Airjitzu Flyers. I can see them being an insane hit. Even more than the spinners were. I was curious how Lego could continue to make them fresh and I thought that, by simply changing the blade design on the helicopter piece to a different, elemental-like shape, we can have different elemental themed flyers.
  5. Subtitles on youtube are generated from the phonetic sounds of the words being spoken. Some very foul things can come from the system "mishearing" words. That's unless the user provides subtitles, then it isn't an issue.
  6. June 30th. Unless some English speaking/localized location releases them early. As I said above:
  7. According to a poster being handed out at most US Lego stores, all 10 episodes of the new season will be airing within two weeks of each other in the US. From June 29th to July 10th there will be a new episode every weekday!! Just thought I'd confirm if not increase the credibility of the week-long of premiers coming up.
  8. I mean it's not like it could tarnish his reputation on video sharing sites... sadly
  9. I have a feeling that it'll just be these few episodes to start at the end of the month. Then to keep things relevant until August, the Airjitzu spinners will release on July 1st (in the US). Eventually (probably sometime in the fall/early winter) the series will come back and finish out the story. Just a theory, of course.
  10. That was probably the worst of any of their presentations... It was really sad. Almost everything worth getting hyped over was leaked. All the rest had already been announced, and it was just a matter of patience on our end. I don't like the developer filler. They should have showed off gameplay. Fans are also not loving the Animal Crossing and Federation Force spin offs (I refuse to even affiliate it with Metroid). Starfox Zero, Hyrule Warriors Legends, and Mario & Luigi: Paper Jam look heavenly!! Being the Amiibo freak I am, I'm going to be sucked dry this September (The Skylander Amiibo can only be found in the starter packs for the Wii U, Wii (why?), and 3DS versions. All in all. I'm just... disappointed. EDIT: CEO of Nintendo, Satoru Iwata, has formally apologized for today's Digital Event.
  11. Speaking of Animal Crossing... Yes. That's a leak of Tom Nook, Isabelle, Mable, and K.K. Slider Amiibo. It's unknown what they are for. The 8-Bit Mario Amiibo says "Super Mario Bros. 30 Years" I have a feeling it will be a rare one to get. It's gonna be a normal Mario Amiibo but probably with some benefits in, the now officially named, Super Mario Maker. And now that they are official, all of the new Smash DLC is impressive. The Suzaku level is gorgeous! Dreamland 64 brings nostalgic tears to my eyes, and now with two of the best Smash 64 levels on the horizon, I can't help but feel overjoyed! Lest we forget the release of some fantastic, not to mention surprising (Ryu), characters as DLC. Also the new Mii Fighter Amiibo look excellent. Glad they decided to do them. However, Mr. Game & Watch's Amiibo stole the show, with its interchangeable design. R.O.B. will also be region specific (imports yayyy... ). I really hope that this huge load of Amiibo doesn't release all in September as I truly cannot go broke at a more worse time! The Digital Event starts on June 16th at 9:00 AM PST EDIT: The Amiibo Availability chart has been updated! -The Chibi-Robo section is now called "One-Offs" dedicated to Amiibo that will be the only ones of their series. -Smash Wave 5 has been updated with the new announcements, and a tentative Smash Wave 6 has been added. -There is no longer a specific color for restocks of rare Amiibo. They have their own section now. None of them have dates, but all (yes quite a few!) mentioned Amiibo in this section are being restocked in the days to come according to Nintendo's safety certificates. The restocks start off with Wii Fit Trainer and Pit (in the US). -The Animal Crossing Amiibo have been added!
  12. With recent leaks going out for Smash (that come from the game files directly mind you!) the newest character reveals are doozies!
  13. I noticed. I was also distracted by the horrible jokes. The ones that not even the target audience would laugh at. In that is the issue. There was so much plot development that could have been dragged on and used to its fullest, but whenever something actually meaningful happened, it would be resolved within 30 seconds. That game is anti-climatic writing at its finest.
  14. You'll notice on the left side of each comment, each person has details about when then joined, how many post's they've made, and where they're from.
  15. FINALLY! From the video's description:
  16. Oh... People being insulted by things that are irrelevant in the current age. Why am I not surprised. No child is going to have any idea, nor care what that term means. Also, only a portion of the kids use that specific part of the website to begin with! This is pointless, and no one should care. Lego's just going to pull a Jabba's Palace again by mentioning that it will retire one day, and no on will bat an eye. Jokes on them as that was the plan to begin with.
  17. Even though it was rather obvious that it was coming, Lego Dimensions confirmed Ghostbusters are in on Twitter.
  18. I've never given the suits that were given to the Ninja as part of the trend. The original robes and the Tournament robes (and the Kendo Armor initially) were the ones where this idea applied. An example of differentiating between them on an list (with Kai again): Kai (Original Robes-when speaking of the outfit, it would have to be specifically stated) Tournament Kai (Tournament Robes) So basically the list of gear turns out like this: (Original robes/first suits/starter gear) DX ZX KA NRG KX TX SA Tournament Robes JX DA Airjitzu
  19. We are talking about details from the sets themselves, aren't we? It's simply due to their design. I go JX, Jungle or Zukin. Either way they work. Having though about it, we had "_X" names for all of the suits, but now with reoccurring first letters (Dragon Extreme (DX) and Deepstone Armor) it'll be hard to do that. Unless of course we start a code for different armors as well, in which we could also include the Stone Armor variants of the Ninja's Techno Robes as well as the Kendo Armor. Something like (Kai is an example): Kai KA (Kendo Armor) Kai SA (Stone Armor) Kai DA (Deepstone Armor) Should we make this a thing?
  20. DAMMIT! They're using the crappy voices for the Ninja again! Why!?!
  21. I forgot about that, as well as more info on Project Robot, and Project Guard. I'm also expecting a release date for Mario Maker as well. Speaking of Mario, did anyone see the rumor/leak regarding Mario being playable in Splatoon?
  22. HOWEVER... Much like the consistences with Jay's hair among media, Ronin's hair is Reddish Brown in the TV show.
  23. Hate to tell you, but this is a City set. It doesn't belong in this forum. Nice review though!
  24. Yes. And there are so many issues with their ages. Wu is clearly many years into his life. In many of his flashbacks it shows him impressively young, alongside Garmadon, as well as the rest of the Elemental Masters. Wu isn't really the issue though, it's Garmadon (and Misako for that matter). Sure Wu is old, but Garmadon is the older brother. Misako is also of age as well as she was childhood friends with both Senseis. Both of them are well past the age of having children, yet somehow they recently had a kid. Sure, medichlorians or gestation by destiny may be some sort of mumbo jumbo to cause this sort of thing to happen. Even then, if that happened Misako shouldn't have been able to carry Lloyd due to her age. It's all so convoluted! To add, due to the fact that someone who looked young alongside Wu and Garmadon in the flashbacks, i.e. the Master of Fire, if Ronin was the elemental Master of Fire, he would have to be Wu's age, and had the old man wrinkles to prove it. Maybe he's their grandfather? Maybe. Lou clearly not being the Master of Earth adds credence to this. Let's not jump to the conclusion that Ronin is the Master of Fire from the flashbacks.
  25. There are so many issues with characters' ages in the series, it's not even funny, whether Ronin is the real deal or not.
