  1. Brickshelf is down here as well. And I really wanted to get some MOCs posted today!
  2. I hate all of this uncertainty!!!
  3. That post belongs in the thread already dedicated to the movie in the Culture and Multimedia forum. It is exciting news, however, and I'm sure there are people who frequent the action theme forums that have not idea the C&M Forum exists, and will find this news exciting!
  4. Just got my July/August Club Magazine today. It seems as if the editors are loosing their touch. For one, in the Chima mini-book inside the front page, in the character section, Skinnet is misspelled "Skinnit" as well as the Eagle and Wolf symbols swapped in their windows. They also talked about Hero Factory's "Dragon Bolt" having a brain that inlarges his head, even though the "Brain Bug" is removed from the model. In other news, I can confirm that the show will release on July 10th, with more episodes every Wednesday.
  5. I'm surprised that his name isn't Pom de la Woosh, being that his animal name (Peacock) begins with a "P". I would love to have a minifig of him (her?) sometime in the future. I'd suspect a standalone Speedorz set, much like Furty and Skinnet.
  6. Started playing a few days ago. My name is Truly SpoonyMaster.
  7. Finally saw the Galactic Titan at the local Lego Store. Very excited to get this one when I have the proper funds.
  8. I say that Lego should spend serious time on just a couple new spinners for Ninjago next year instead of 10+ Speedorz. It is clear that Chima is not doing as well as Lego had anticipated, but (as Aanchir stated) that doesn't mean that it is failing. The problem with CHI Battles, is that it is the least interesting looking of all Speedorz sets. Hence the reason why every store that carries Speedorz has plenty in stock, especially S@H, hence the reason why Lego has resorted to ship them for free. Sky Joust may be a bit more different being that it contains two desirable minifigures, but that is just my opinion. Anyway, I thought that the most recent shorts were good. It's nice to see Bladvic again, but the Constraction figures were quite the surprise.
  9. I am very pleased by all sets of this subtheme. However, there is one small dissapointment, Razar and Eris are the exact same build with different heads, colors, and weapons. Out of all of these sets, Cragger and Gorzan are my favorites. So to answer your question, both are good and you should by both .
  10. If Cragger is still sniffing the Orchid three years into this, there is no hope for the show to have more story. I thinks its safe to say though, that Cragger may eventually become immune to the orchid. That can be good or bad. He could be immune, and cannot turn evil, or he could be immune, but permanently evil because of how much of the orchid he intook. Either way, I still think Crooler is going to have a really big chance to shine.
  11. I'm going to say it again. Be patient people! The Toys R Us prices are never worth it!
  12. I have an update on Drinnian. Currently, he is slowly making his way back to Burrium from defending Albion during Victor Revolword's reign. I also have another side character: Malivan. Life: -Born as a Cedrican (he has no true Guild denomination) -Trained as a Knight in the High King's Guard. -Stationed as a jailer -Assigned to keep an eye on Drinnian after being freed by the King -Becomes great friends with Drinnian and assists greatly in their escape -Malivan is seperated from Drinnian, eventually finding each other again at Denitor -Malivan swears never to leave Drinnian's side -Assigned as the Second Hand to the Keeper of the Peace of Burrium -Journeys with Drinnian, eventually discovering Owlan -Journeys with Drinnian continue, most notably defending Albion Currently: Slowly making his way back to Burrium from defending Albion during Victor Revolword's reign.
  13. Here is my first entry, a Constraction figure sized Vengdualize.
  14. And here I thought Lennox didn't exist. I actually like the character they portrayed him as. It is also particularly nice to see the set features being used so prominently (particularly in Crocodile Evolution.
  15. Says that it's only sold in stores at the moment. However, if the image isn't available on the website, it is not actually available yet (this is personal experience talkin'). At least it looks like it won't be jacked up with a TRU price. Don't scare me like that!!
  16. There is something breathtaking about those falls! I love the effect that you get out of those trans-clear 1x1 plates!
  17. That was me, but Burrium sold its Christmas surplus. Expect much pressure for more sales this December.
  18. Am I going to be the only adult there opening night? This movie looks fantastic. I loved Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs (1), and if this movie is going to be anything like it in quality, I may as well faint.
  19. I was about to ask this very question. Interesting contest, by the way.
  20. Thank you all for the positive comments. Technically, they already have. Months ago even. It wasn't that big of a deal. We had been given an invitation to Petrea University and we had to get permission from a Lord of Kaliphlin. You were the only one briefly in the area at the time who was graciously available...
  21. These birds are excellent, Kai! I am very impressed with the amount of action going on in this scene!
  22. *bump* The Chima official site has been updated with Summer sets. No links to S@H. Video section and Instruction Downloads page has been updated as well.
  23. Thanks for the compliments! I suppose. The whole point here is to focus on the characters though. I felt that if there was too much at the foreground, it would gather too much attention.
  24. I actually found that episode very entertaining!
  25. Another build taking place in your capital city! Petrean Market
