Update #3: Guns I have completed a basic part of a weapon module that features a guns deployment mechanism which comprises 3 stages shown in a slideshow below: 1. Rear guns are rising. 2. Rear guns are turning and front guns are rising. 3. Front guns are turning. The whole sequence is operated by turning the yellow knob which will eventually be replaced by a motor. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E0fNtzFSFC0 -

Made a frame for the 'gyroscope' which is actually a central section of the future spaceship: -
Great news! Complete building instructions for this model are now available for free on Rebrickable. However, donations are welcome. Instructions sample pages:

Thanks everyone for the comments! Everything is connected together except for the viaduct tile. Spires are connected using bars/tubes.

At the end of the road, a viaduct rises above the gloomy hilly terrain, leading to the gates of a white castle whose elegant tall towers seem to compete with the very mountain peaks...

Thanks everyone for the kind words! By the way, I've added some portions of the model, including the furniture set, to Bricklink's MOC Shop.

Thank you, Graham Gidman!

Thanks for your comment, Nemo57! Despite the lack of minifigures in the building, I tried to add some traces of past activity...

These are Technic, Axle Connector Double Flexible (Rubber). Regarding the color of the big columns, it was limited to black because of the tires for pulley wheels which I wanted to use. I'm always frustrated with color limitations in Lego. At least black columns exist in reality.

Thanks everyone for the kind words! :) It's one of the drilling machines of the alien invaders. Nobody liked them when they suddenly appeared from underground. ;)
