We've seen many entries - but this is really strong, possibly the contest winner. I am really impressed. Which reminds me of the fact that I haven't had an idea yet how to participate and what to contribute to this challenge...

Looks great. I mean not fearsome but unique!

cullmancreations - you asked where I got the junior set. In the Lego store in Cologne. -
[Redo] 6082 - Fire Breathing Fortress
Captain Braunsfeld replied to Bytor's topic in LEGO Historic Themes
Not bad. I like the SNOT technique for the path. I could use that for my MOCs. -
I perfectly agree. It is the failed topic of "battle packs" again. BoTFA is a "battle pack" theme. We'd by them like mad if they'd publish them.

LEGO LotR - general discussion
Captain Braunsfeld replied to General Magma's topic in LEGO Historic Themes
I'd give it a B. Minifigs were all fine but important aspects (Gondorian Troops) missing. Most of the buildings need some addition (how many "Elrond's council" sets to you need to match the film sequence?) to be fun to play with (or if you want them to look decent). On the other hand Orthanc is superb. And I loved all of the Helm's Deep sets. -

Why do you already have the new crocodile? Did I miss something? Fine. I'm also thinking about getting another -
Wasn't the Black Pearl a pirate ghost ship in the first place? With the curse on them, etc.? It is black enough for a ghost ship! What would you expect from a ghost ship?

I think the shark is "ok". But the old agent series had big sharks that could eat whole minifigs. That was cool. Somehow, they seem to have disappeared... -

"an obscence amount of Lego" no no, that can never be. It is never enough. You might have the wrong bricks but some are always missing. What I meant to say was: Welcome to Eurobricks!

Welcome to Eurobricks! You can follow the advice of TheLazyChicken or be daring and modify the old sets!

Lego Ultra Agents 2015
Captain Braunsfeld replied to TPLSTER21's topic in LEGO Action and Adventure Themes
I was a huge fan of the initial two rounds of agents but this time I am hesitant. The agent looks "ok" -
Interesting character, this Barry. His shop is definitely ok, however, the grey colour and the lanterns make the shop appear a little "medieveal".
