    The review is very well done. Thanks! I don't know the movie. My key question is whether the bricks in the set will allow to build my own snow/ice creations. Now, with "trans-glitter" being part of the design approach I am not so sure. Can those who have already bought it tell me: can trans-glitter be used as "transparent with snow particles" or is it just terrible? I cannot really tell from the review pic above.

    A lot of comments to comment. 8 councils is great. The Gondorian helmets are too big for my taste but silver is alright. Question: is there somewhere the information which LoTR has sold well or not so well?

    Well, you'd have to order it multiple times. But then again it is not that good. I have 2 sets meanwhile and that is probably enough. That would not be sufficient for "free shipping".

    Your review is good and well written. But I will not buy this set. When I saw this first I was also impressed. So far so good. However, I cannot fully side with your judgement:"Overall this set it is a must have set for adults." Sorry, I doubt it. The set is utterly boring. There is no playbility. You just have some birds that you can place on the mantelpiece. And unfortunately, that's it.

    Well. I got the Council of Elrond twice. Then it starts being fun. And I also have the above mentioned pirate ship and it is a fine set. Nothing against it (it has Peter Jackson in it!)
