  1. I got mine with 20% off about 2 weeks ago.
  2. except in NZ, which has everything up including Shredder's Lair Rescue. What I can find them anywhere over here. I will need to ring up toyworld and see what they say.
  3. Bring back the live action movies, maybe not the 3rd but one and two kicked megablocks even to this day. Yes they look like rubber suits but, the new ones just dont look like the TMNT even in all the tv shows they all look very simaler to each other. With Mikey's Mini-Shellraiser, i have orderd two of these off bricklink still waiting for them to come. I cant find any of the other 2014 stuff around at all yet.
  4. shredder was utrom in the last series but was also named Oroko saki
  5. Thanks for the comment, not had much feedback so far. I was replicating the box art also ;-)
  6. Hello All. When it comes to lego I am mostly a train guy and most of my lego is trains. But I also love TMNT I was born in the 80s and it was my fave TV show when I was a kid. I knew lego brought out the TMNT sets but as I was putting so much of my cash into my trains I never bought any until this month. My train set is coming to an end so money is freeing up and I went out and bought all the 2013 TMNT sets as we all know the 2014 stuff is on its way out and these will disappear. My only big issue with these sets is not the mini figs they are spot on and dam amazing, just some of the other stuff you get in the sets just are just ok models. I want to be able to put all my TMNT sets next to my trains at shows but they are just not as extreme as I go with lego. So this is me just going mad with one of the sets, I still want to keeps the sets together as they are just put them into an environment.
  7. I just bought all the 2013 stuff i needed this weekend before they go. Not much 2014 stuff around yet in NZ should come mid late year.
  8. Looking good, where in NZ are you. in CHCH or Aux. Would love to see these, look just like the real thing those coaches nice work.
  9. My one, http://www.mocpages.com/image_zoom.php?mocid=381830&id=/user_images/106143/1393051624m_DISPLAY.jpg
  10. Close to the look of mine, good job looks just like it.
  11. I needed to run 4 on mine also, 3 you can get away with but it does still struggle
  12. I would of put the battery pack in the box wagon in the set myself. I have this set and it is one of my most basic sets but my first set, so i still love running it even with all my new flash trains.
  13. Thanks for the comments (LEGO Train 12 Volts)
  14. Yup just waiting on parts :-(
  15. Hello All. I will just put this up small video of the 37 I have made just missing window parts. 7 wide, is a clone/remake just from photos found online of others around with a few changes of my own in there. Over all clone/remake or not have come out nice and happy with the work i have put in.
  16. Nice to see stuff in brick now. I like
  17. Thats a big Bi*h, mad the work that has gone into making that turn on lego track.
  18. Nice to see it has the connection rod :-) Ya looks about 1 to high and I would say 3-4 to long for a class 8. Cut 1-2 studs between the ladders on each end and the wheels and I think you there. All my 7 wide locos are 7 high also. But still nice work over all I like it.
  19. 9 high sounds a lot, is there a pic of the full model would like to see how it looks. I was thinking of PF a class 08 so I could use the tecnic rod to run the connection rod that the class 08s have between the wheels. Or maybe making a 50/50 PF and 9v motor.
  20. wow those are some big buffers. Very nice build. Good use of parts there.
  21. The FS tender wheels is a hard one to get right, and legos attempt is almost the best looking. I have tried many ways to get the tender right and I ended up with mine looking like this. The other issue is the 8 wide tender on the 6 wide wheels looks dumb and its really hard to get past that I always hated mine due to this and it looking really top heavy. Best way around this I found was to extend the tender mine is 20 studs long, this also gave the added option of putting a 9v motor in there and still keep the FS 4 wheel arrangement.
  22. Thanks Andy a few things I can make from those pics. I will get to work :-)
  23. Hello All. Did some work on this changing it to 7 Wide to fit my locos over the 8 wide. the over all look is still the same I have just changed the bogies. I will start modding these so I can have a break car and restaurant car. Thanks for that starting design jamesed_1971
