  1. A garbage truck would be great. I'll wait to share my options about H2 until more information comes. I was not very excited about 42021 until I actually saw detailed pictures of the parts. Likewise for 8069.
  2. The use of the LBG 1x5s at an angle is a great idea to keep the extended outrigger's flex to a minimum. I experienced this problem with my TGS. Great solution.
  3. Your diversity of MOCs is great. Well done. The buggy is just as a buggy should be; small, fast, long travel suspension, and a sparse bodywork.
  4. Excellent. Very good use of a few parts.
  5. Version 2.0 is a little cleaner. The motor is in the way to have the 6L Steering link and rack mounted as high as the top liftarm. I'll see what I can do.I can't get a 4x2 L liftarm to mount the steering to the hub as the bottom Double Pin with axle hole keeps my connecting part options limited.
  6. This is what I have for front steering for a super car. Positive Caster, Kingpin Inclination, and decreasing camber through suspension travel. Still needs some polishing, but the basics are there. I guess you could run a drive axle through it with a CV Joint to help with the change in drive shaft length, though I have not tried it.
  7. I have been working on some suspension designs for an upcoming supercar. Right now the front has a negative caster angle and a kingpin inclination (though still positive scrub radius), and has decreasing camber as it moves through the suspension travel. I'll try to post something tonight. Also, I have been using more short arm/long arm suspension designs on driven axles, which has been working well.
  8. Does anyone know when H1 will be available in the US?
  9. Making more progress on the Typhoon.
  10. Great topic. Good suggestions on the rotor head. I, like Steph77, am interested in the mounting of the swashplate. My experience with helicopters has found that the rotor head is simple compared to mounting of the swashplate, as it is hard to isolate the controls for the fore/aft and port/starboard from the collective controls. Each must function independently, and as a unit. Great design, I look forward to more.
  11. Such a cool MOD, and the live axles are a great addition. Those tires for perfect for 8297.
  12. The rest is coming along. I'll try to post an update this weekend.
  13. I get a warning "You are not allowed to use that image extension on this community." Any suggestions.
  14. I am having some difficulty posting pictures to this topic. Can I post a picture that is hosted on Flickr?
  15. Congratulations to all the winners, and thanks for a wonderful contest. It was challenging, and allowed for a lot of diversity and creativity. I look forward to the next contest.
  16. I have added some improvements to the MAN TGS that I submitted to the Triple contest. Being limited to 500 elements limited my creativity, so I decided to add some features. 19. Sod Farm My Entry. Read more at Thirdwigg.com. View the forum topic here. Welcome to the Sod Farm where you can purchase all the perfect grass you need for your yard, your golf course, or for your business. We will harvest and deliver your sod wherever you need. The Video <iframe width="640" height="390" src="//www.youtube.com/embed/_DV_ed43IiU" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe> The Truck with working doors, steering, and lifting crane. The JCB 150t forklift with lifting and tilting fork. And the Harvester with working steering and two cylinder motor. The harvesting head has a working conveyor, high speed cutting head, and timed sod length cutter. Also the fork to hold the pallet on the rear drops to let the pallet off the back. Here they are working together. Full brickshelf gallery.
  20. I present my entry to the Eurobricks Technic Triple challenge. We are off to the sod farm. Ever wondered how they grew such nice grass on your local golf course or the town square? They probably ordered sod and used machines just like these. The MAN TGS has working doors, steering, and a three part crane. The JCB 150t has working tracks, lifting and tilting forks. The Brouwer 1576 has a working 2 cylinder motor and working steering. The harvesting arm features a high speed cutting blade, and a timed blade that cuts the sod pieces to length, and a conveyor to move the sod up to the back pallet. Finally, the pallet holder can be dropped to let the full sod pallet off the back. 21. I managed to get about 100 parts out of my entry as well. Those little pins add up quick.
  22. I have a couple MOCs on my desk as well. It's a great conversation starter for visitors before we get into the hard conversations.
  23. I like the spreader a lot. Great job.
