    After the changing season house, are they rumored other sets coming? I don't mind having another bike and cafe or toy and grocery creator type house, after building mine, i kinda like them more than the traditional creator houses actually. It just looks nice placed with other sets, especially in my town at least, in my opinion.

    awesome! the main reason i will buy the set (aside from official lego store), is for the tram, and just like the old blue tram from the transportation set, will motorize it as well, good job! i just hope i can put in power functions in it, as i don't have the old 9v system :( all the more better! yey!

    Wow a LOT of hypebeasts.... Not sure what lego is going for, too many things going on, detective office, pool, barber, baker boy on 3rd floor, and a small toilet all on its own floor. Imho they should have concentrated with making the office, pool, and barber..... Perhaps bigger. Makes the toilet and kitchen an afterthought and ground floor shops half baked. Only thing i like is that lego introduced new businesses, and not a modular representation of the common/recent city sets like pizza, bike, toy shops. Only buying this for the sake of completing modulars and putting more modulars in my city. Otherwise im at the minority who find this underwhelming.

    Now accepting reservations :) after so many delays, chez albert is now open The newly raised down town There are now two roads to access the downtown and beach, the first by the GE And other one by the small car dealership, behind it is also the main MRT station Beside the TH is where the rumored detective agency modular will be, it will be converted to a modular police station, to complete the gov't street. Over at the beach hula hula girls welcome you to the Paradise Cafe and Surf Shop, its now a floating building in the sea, serves as a dock for the expensive yachts and various boats as well. Some one literally feels like his world is in a higher place :) New houses are now lined up by the coast In particular a minifig-ized Farnsworth house, where the owner is sun bathing while her son is wind surfing, with the chefs preparing to grill their chicken bbq dinner. Overview of the whole new raised city layout :) Trains now run in a figure 8 :) Port area a WIP :( MRT stations located in the center of the layout, one in the port/industrial area, and another to be built in the downtown.

    So i raised up my modular/train town and my 7939 train fell, disheartened that two pins that make the wheel swivel of the car freight cart and engine completely tore apart :( Realized that this could be an expensive replacement if you drop your trains often (especially when kids test the highest speed of the train) as that part is a weak point. What alternatives do we have adise (alt build wise) from replacing the swivel pin plate and engine pin if it breaks?

    Doesnt matter what its called and how it looks, i mean aren't we all buying the next modular? They truly are stand out products from lego that we just got to have the next release. I mean seriously, given there's no budget constraints, given that its only 1 modular per year, its an automatic buy for me no matter what. Im as excited since my first modular (fire brigade) upon release after release. Not one modular made me feel my money wasn't worth it. Which i cant say to other city sets and creator sets despite them being cheaper.

    Any high reso picture? Cant really tell what the other designs are, and if the main design folds into one mini modular like the bikeshop or cafe. If it indeed folds to form a mini modular then this set is essentially half of the bike and cafe set. Its only as big as the bike shop or the cafe. Either way its a welcome set to my city. Id get this over any city sets coming out.
