I am not sure if KK2 season three will happen. Reasons against 1. Jayko is the new king 2. Vladek is defeated and his power disperssed 3. Shadow knights are free from Vladeks power 4. The survey answers will cause LEGO to see the value in making siomething a little more classic (I just had to throw that in there) Reasons for 1. Vladek is a puppet and his master has yet to be revealed 2. In the story they talk much about exiled (sorcerer) King Malleka (or something like that) who dissapeared and he has yet to be connected again (probably Vladeks master) 3. Like Brickster said, the three other providences haven't been used 4. The Shield of ages or any other special weapon of ages hasn't been regained to restore the power of the Orlan years, meaning they have a lot to work with still I am torn between the two, I think if LEGO really hashes out a cool plot and delivers some sets with nifty new colored armor/weapons or some cool battle between the "all powerful" sorcerer and his gargoyles then yes, bring it on. If all we will get is Vladek rehashed then nah, move on!

There bricks could be mistaken for LEGO but these bionicle wannabes are truely pathetic. They stole every bit of the design and look and swapped the parts out to look just different enough to not get slammed by copyright laws. I can't believe any US or any store outside of china would sell these. Europe shouldn't worry too much, if MEGABLOK can't get in this crap won't either. I just don't want more of this MEGABLOK, BESTLOCK, BLOCKO garbage taking up shelf space in the stores I go to.

Very nice setup. I like the swat team and the fact that the swat commander doesn't have full armor. The van looks nice, do all the swat members fit in it? Your terrorists look a little "stereotyped." I don't think they would go around in full robe and turban outfits due to the fact that they would be noticed faster. They would try to look ordinary and hide their weapons better. That and they never travel in groups. But for the sake of illustration I think we all get the overall picture. Good work on your MOC skills!

Hey now, 126 responses! That is great. I think if it were automated it would have done at least twice that much. But know I know better for next time (if that ever happens *wacko* ). Anyway, progress is coming along great. I have some serious macros to work on and some formatting still. I will start again tomorrow I am going to relax and then to bed. Stay tuned, this will be completed before Sunday evening (my time).

No, most LEGO train collectors have at least $200-300 dollars invested in a nice setup. Some train clubs have over $10,000 invested in some nice setups. People were very upset when LEGO switched from 12v to 9v but there wasn't much 12v in the first place. 9v has been the standard for years now. I don't think LEGO would be stupid enough to alienate half of the AFOL population with a move to battery only. It would make the color change ordeal look like a high school fight compared to an all out gang war. Not pretty.

I have heard, but don't do this without testing it first, that BRASSO can remove prints of of transparent parts. I myself have never tried this on transparent parts but I know it works wonders on torsos and solid colored parts. I also heard that if the transparent part is scratched up it can restore a smooth finish and make it shiny again. Never tested it but if anyone does let us know how it works out.

My first design had the guns closer. Not that it matters because it is all imaginary anyway but the raptor would have lost his arms. I had to move them further out to prevent that.

I know, double posting. It must be done! Anyway, I snapped some pics when I got home from work. Check out the early draft of my idea. It only uses parts from 7474 Urban Avenger versus Raptor. The other views are HEREand HERE. This opens up an extra use for the dinos, at least the raptor and t-rex. Does anyone have a t-rex to try it on? I think it is something that needs a little work and some better weapons but it could easily be used in a scifi setting.

I thought that swat teams also assist in riots. Maybe it is only riot police. Anyway in that case you still need a swat shield and one of those humvees with a battering ram on the front and a a few with rope gear for swinging through windows.

Welcome to the happiest place in the LEGOverse. The dark ages can be a very sad time for many people . . . because they didn't buy any LEGO during that time :'( . You will find a friend in Phes if you like pirates. There are a number of castle fans floating around here and any number of others yammering on about what they like. I just picked this set up on my lunch break. I have been too curious to wait for a sale. Anyway, I skipped the buggy as I can build that anytime. I decided to try out my idea for the dinos and I think it worked out well. I managed to build a decent looking saddle . It is setup to control the raptors movements and has two short barreled 50 calibur machine guns with ammo drums. It also has an antenna for tracking the dino down incase the driver gets killed or eaten by the dino :^D . I will take some pictures tonight. I must say if you like the dinos even a little then these sets are great. I love the color scheme and the minifigs look like advanced navy seals or something like that. I don't know if you can attach anything on the backs of the small dinos as they are studless. Maybe rubberbands might work.

I will look tonight at what I have. I know I have at least 2 dozen blank heads in different greys and four maybe of the dresses. I mostly have brown, blue and white, with a few other colors I will look though and take pictures. Hold onto the space and dragon stuff for me.

Tkev don't get so excited. You admitted yourself that you are not that good at MOCs. Most people are not. That is why I said that. My post is not about peoples poor building skills or lack of creativity or lack of cool parts. I wrote what I said in defense of other peoples really awesome MOCs. I can't build with bionicle parts to make something good yet. Just like I can't build with technic and make something good. But people out there can and they make some sweet things. The sets I talked about are the basic canister sets they put out each year. Some of the bigger boxed sets are nicer. Bionicle is just like technic, system and even duplo. The stuff most people build isn't that good. There are some really nice builds out there so I have to say that bionicle is just as worthy of sharing the LEGO name.

It looks great. All it needs is a 2x3 trans black panel with a 1x2 plate with handle so you can have a riot shield as well. Nice custom job.

It looks like a turbo tank and two sets of Anikan's star fighter set. I don't see any minifigs so it may be just the parts. Decent stuff anyway especially if you wanted to build up some star wars vehicles for less than the retail cost.

I took some time to draw up a new avatar in MS paint. What does everyone think, lame, cool, I couldn't care less? Does anyone else draw there own avatar?
