  1. Don't worry, we will see when time is right
  2. But they are out of my scale; my mocs will be the same scale (1:15) You are welcome to follow my tread
  3. that is what I meant in first place, but titled as German, because fair is in Germany; perhaps it was associated with known (from movies) U.S. School bus...but @jrx knows best about it
  4. question is if it is not German school bus (color my vary) https://c8.alamy.com/comp/D3G7WD/dpa-first-graders-get-on-a-school-bus-schulbus-in-hanover-germany-D3G7WD.jpg
  5. since beams are "to open", I suggest you to use panels (there is a bunch of panels in 42029 set - just example) I'll start working on bonnet as soon as I finish cab; but for cab I need some extra parts which should arrive to me at the end of next week (8th February) and perhaps I could you give some idea... I'm sad that even smallest ever Steiger stx (275) uses bigger tires, so I can not make it because it uses Group 46 tires (1855mm in overall dimater); 480/80R42, 520/85R38, 650/65R38...) and we do not have LEGO tires with 123mm overall diameter, just 107mm...but there is another red tractor that I'll start building right after I finish Fastrac... Regards
  6. Chromed chimney is very nice addition. Just one thing - due to scale based on tires (1:15.5; tires on real CASE IH 6388 are some 1676mm "big"), front bonnet should be about 6 studs wide, so what is your idea how to achieve it (with liftarm or panel thickness of 1 stud since you have l-motor caged within 5 studs wide structure)?
  7. I thought that this was lost in history, but you prove me wrong; so much about evolution
  8. I'm very curious what kind of solution will LEGO come up with for this purpose; some new part to enable extra stiffness is always welcome.
  9. A bit different issue, under my calculations this is 1:35 model...Unimog tires with 94.3 mm in that scale give 3,3m overall diameter and T264 has tires with some 3.4m overall diameter, so it is possible to have dump truck (Fully RC) in coming years to pair them
  10. I wanted to make Scorpion years ago, but just did not find time for it and then Unimog came out but it was unplayable due to very difficult steering, so I have decided to make smaller Unimog that ended up last year in 1;15 scale...the development after this is well known...Telehandler could be done with existing tractor tires, but then it will be big one in 1:12 scale; Hm it could fit Unimog U400...
  11. Liebherr T264 can be made with Unimog tires to approximately fit the scale of 42100 set. But there is one more interesting fact; now LEGO has licenses for Liebherr and CLAAS. Why I'm connecting those two manufacturers; they develop together telehandler that is called Scorpion and what do you know, new big LAs can be used on telehandler as well https://www.claas.co.uk/fascination-claas/current/claas-news/claas-presents-the-new-scorpion-series-of-telehandlers--developed-in-cooperation-with-liebherr-/1417196
  12. I hope, since in my country brick & pieces is not available. I suppose you are talking about Yellow sprockets (Red, black or Dark bluish tray are more welcome for one of my future projects)? Thanks Ivan
  13. In my Country it is about 1 EUR per cup of coffee, so year and a half. Other thing is that expensive sets were not available her; so far I did not see any Bugatti...so I'll see. So far I have PF elements for 5 MOCs, and about projects in my mind I have only need for big sprockets... Does anyone know dimensions of LEGO model?
  14. If this could only help... when better and more clear image will be available I could do some calculations of LEGO model to see if it is possible to make T264 Mining truck (Liebherr) to fit the scale of R9800 Excavator
  15. Everything you said is true, but price is still over my budget
  16. And I think there is et least one white frame 5 X 7 at the bottom of superstructure just between big linear actuators. If it is mentioned, please ignore this post @TeamThrifty I do not smoke and I do not drink, my only experience is LEGO (even my classic car is waiting)
  17. Then she is lucky Lady, my has serious problem because her feet size is very small nr.36 - 37 (despite she is 1.70) so it is very difficult to find something and when we finally find them they are extremely expensive...but back to topic; as about new 11 x 7 frame in white; I do not see particular problem with it because I could only use it inside structure in.my mics, so it will not be visible.
  18. I would rather buy shoes to my wife than spent such amount on Liebherr, despite it is great set IMHO Nice addition to the topic @ifilin
  19. Thanks And thanks for info about new sets. Now I know that one of future projects will be CLAAS Jaguar with terratrac system at the front (with sprockets from Liebherr) and rear tractor tires. About this, since Lego has now licence with Liebherr, it is possible to make scorpion telehandler by CLAAS because it was developed together with Liebherr
  20. Honestly set looks great, but price makes me instantly frozen...after recovering I have decided just to buy sprocket wheels and to see 11 x 7 frame...
  21. Thanks buddy, For cab I have just ordered curved bricks in yellow (for rear part of cab; I have black ones) so in a two - three weeks cab should be finished.
