The jump will take too long to intervene in this battle, but I'll place interdictors on the 5 most probably escape routes.

I don't think the troll is all that bad, and I'm waiting to see those flame swords in person before I make my judgment, but I always like a little fantasy mixed in with my castle.

What are your coordinates and do you think you'll be needing backup?

Well they used to be...until Yuzaan'tar, a sentient planet, cut them off from the force for their violent ways... :-$

What's going on here? I finish my mission and everyone's acting crazy. Someone inform me on the current state of affairs amongst the Empire.

Well to be honest I really dislike flickr. It's much slower than BS was, it's infinitely more difficult to browse, and with that low limit of 200 pics that can be seen at any one time...it doesn't seem that useful. It's mainly useful IMO for highlighting the main shot of a MOC for people to comment on.

Brilliant! :-D :-D I just have to wonder...did you have someone taking the pictures or was it a timer? Either way that "action shot" of a spit-take must've been hard to pull off. Hope there weren't too many takes...

Again, you asked me in PM twice if I'd reopen the thread because you'd not bring this up again, so you go and make another topic when I already said that someone was offended by it? I'm starting to notice a bad trend here :-| With that said We already have a thread JOKING about women, but this is, sadly, serious. Closed P.S. Women actually tend to score higher than men. The reason the inventors and whatnot have historically been men has been because women were often prevented from being educated in a classroom. I think you need to do a bit more research...

No Norrington, it isn't. I said to stop, and I didn't mean just him. I said this wasn't a topic about religion and I meant it. I know you wanted the last word but that is not the topic and many, many people could easily find this offensive. This topic is really going nowhere other than one guy bashing Walmart and the rest of you talking about religion and who is and isn't equal :-| I'm closing this. If someone else feels that it should be reopened that's okay, but I've even been contacted about this being extremely offensive. Norrington, next time I say to cut it out, please just do it...

You don't have to worry about being perverted with an ice cube tray...it's those promiscuous salt and pepper shakers that you need to watch out for 8-|

Cody, this isn't an argument on religion, this is about TRU. Let's try to not get into religion
-
Well perhaps "African American" was a poor choice of words since he wasn't an American...:-P
-
You entertain me sooooo much :-D :-D

No, I'm pretty sure he was saying Jesus was African American :-D And please let's not turn this into a religious debate ;-)

Review: 7786 Batman - Batcopter: The Chase for the Scarecrow
Starwars4J replied to Hinckley's topic in LEGO Licensed
Thanks for this review, I love this set *wub* That batman is great, and I've always loved that awesome scarecrow fig. That new pumpkin is fantastic, I can't wait to get it in the set...how many come with the set? I hope more than two :'-( I love both of those vehicles, this set is a definite buy for me! -
Cody, I'm not sure you read the posts you quoted :-D Well first of all, it's not his responsibility to keep their jobs. Stores close all the time, if he doesn't shop at a Target for example, because he shops at TRU, wouldn't you make the exact same argument? Actually he said it was TRU that let him bring his dog into the store, not Walmart. Again, for hydiene and customer health, that's TRU you have an argument with, not Walmart (and I hate walmart!). Shopping experience? It's the same in all the big stores, completely impersonal and random. TRU has sets in the most consistently at least, but their customer service is horrible. Ever try to call them? *wacko*

MOCpages to offer (free) image hosting
Starwars4J replied to Hobbes's topic in General LEGO Discussion
Hey, they have us listed on their site, that's pretty cool. I don't have that many pics...so I may, though eventually I'll outgrow it, which is what worries me. -

Well that's annoying. Fair, but annoying...meh -

Really? I've never encountered a site where you couldn't view the image... -

But Brickminer, deeplinks will always work. You just need to right-click and go to view image. That's not something that is a feature, BS just made it easier. Instead of right-clicking, you just had to click on the image. It shouldn't really be prohibitive.. -
Damn, you have way too much brown for your own good. Save some for the rest of us :-P As usual I love this piece, and I think the use of grated tiles to get the track effects was brilliant. I was considering something similar with brown ladder pieces, but this allows you to shape the tracks. My only concern is that they're raised, which looks a little weird. Are they secured?

I'm confused...what are you talking about with "old yellow"? Yellow has been one of the few colors that thankfully hasn't changed :-D
