1. Don't get me wrong, I love castle. In fact, I'm currently in the process of creating a rather large castle MOC at the moment.
2. NOOOOO-er, okay :-D The two series coming into fruition are the live-action series that you've been speaking of, as well as the animated continuation of the clone wars series. Do you know of the Clone Wars series? If not, here's some information (I wish I knew how to make text I type an actual link...) http://www.starwars.com/clonewars/explore/timeline/ Interesting series. I'm not really a fan of the drawing style...but hey, it's Star Wars, I'm not complaining ;) Lucas is also planning on doing the entire original trilogy in 3-D for a re-release in theaters
3. You mean the continuation of the Clone Wars one, and the live-action one? (hey, I have to live up to my user-name) ;)
4. Swoop-troopers? Haven't heard that one. Anyway, here's what Gaia on FBTB had to say: They're not swoop troopers, they're just called scout troopers. The swoops were the bikes they rode on Endor. I'm not so sure if white was ONLY for scout troopers though, the green might have been because they were on Kashyyyk, but if that was the case, they would have been green on Endor too...I'm guessing the BARCs are green, and scout troopers are white.
5. well I actually got a bad Mace Windu (it didn't light up), so they sent an envelope to return the defective piece. I'm not sure if it's cause of the liscence or not, but they may be asking for proof of said minifig now because some people might have...abused the system? ;)
6. Besides, why would you even need to remove the hips from the torso if you're building an army?
7. ah, that's fine then. Doesn't make much sense though, if you ask me.
8. Welcome, I'm new here too (I've been reading the boards for a long time, but just recently created an account). With your castle obsession, I'm sure you'll find a LOT of company ;)
9. Do ALL the old pirate sets count? :-D (yes, I was a pirate nut back then, still am)
10. I thought the legs could come off, just not the hips. Is that what you meant, or can the legs really not come off? I actually liked the idea of the magnets, and was thinking of swapping the legs with a few of my customs to create some nice scenes...
11. Ah, good. As long as it's only temporary
12. Thanks everyone. I've been to other message boards, and I have to say, none have the same sense of "family" that this one seems to have. It seems to capture the essance of Lego almost :) I really need to get working on some sort of avatar and sig as well.
13. Anyone who hasn't checked out "A Hero Falls" I recommend you do so. It's fantastic. http://www.starwars.com/episode-iii/releas...trailer/10.html
14. Hi, I'm Starwars4J (but go ahead and call me Justin). I signed up a little while ago, and never got around to making one of these topics. I have some time to kill, so why not? :-D Anyway I'm currently 19, and a college student. Like most people here I started legos when I was very little, and (fortunately) I never stopped. When I was little I was completely absorbed with Pirates (much moreso than castle). I built the majority of my customs in pirates...at least until I saw my first Star Wars movie ;) Ever since then all of my custom creations have been space-themed, and I'm an avid Star Wars enthusiast. However, like our dear Mr. Phes, pirates have never left my heart. I guess...that's really it :)

Redbean

I guess I was out of it for a bit...what happened to redbeanstudio.net? Did they go under or something? Thanks.
16. but it should be noted that none of the minifigs come with the LEGO logo printed on the back What's the problem? Besides, I'm sure there will be SOME way to fix the legs if you want some level of customization.
17. I looked on amazon but I couldn't find the clone tank :/ Anyone have a direct link to the product? Thanks.
18. Ah, thanks. I really appreciate it :-D
19. Hm, yesterday I saw the topic where someone completely altered the light-up minifigs by replacing the arm, and adding a switch onto the back. However that link no longer seems to be working in the original topic I found it in (the original link being: http://repoort.proboards43.com/index.cgi?a...22682&start=30) If anyone still has how he did this, or WHO did this I'd appreciate knowing. Thanks!
