Very nice, but might I suggest using some more brown for some dirt around the edges, or some hanging vines or something? Also, maybe brick-build the second floating rock's...well, rock :-P Very creative though, I wonder what's spawning this new interest in floating rocks over at classic-space.com? It's like the freighter boom a few months ago

Quite an innovative way for them to sell MF packs. I do with they would just sell MF packs by themselves, but this is a good way for them to make money WITHOUT us buying multiples of a huge set, and for us to get MF *shrugs* It's a compromise. Good eye :-)

I visit MCN a lot, though I feel rather outclassed there, so I usually don't have much to contribute. Fantastic! They REALLY gave the fans what they wanted this time. We've been wanting a remade Y-wing and AT-ST. I'm betting the clone minifig pack will be the 501st that invade the temple ;-) People won't buy the droids as much, but they had to for the clone minifig pack to fight someone. *squeals with delight* I really hope there's at least one or two surprise sets though :'-) With this new Viking Chess set, and the new minifig packs, I'm REALLY hoping for a Star Wars chess set now! It seems a thousand times more feasible. The Grievous fighter is also great news, and as for the landing craft? Hey, we've only had TWO remakes of that *wacko*

From what I've seen, the scarecrow head is transparent to a degree, and altogether different than the classic glow-in-the-dark ghost shrouds. From the pictures I've seen of the "classic" castle re-release of the KK1 castle, that includes a ghost, they have remained the same. I guess they felt the scarecrow warrented new material so that it looked wooden...sort of. So that it looked like a scarecrow.

But we're talking about TLG here, common sense rarely applies :-P

Well I PMd Brickminer, but I've yet to hear back from him ;-) I have several of just about any fig from any theme, so if you need pictures, PM me with details and you'll get it within a few hours. Hope that can be of help.

I like them for the most part, but aside from the disk launcher, shouldn't Mecha One be protected a little more? :-| I mean he is the leader ;-) Looks easy enough to fix though, and it they both look rather tough, great set.

That was a riot! They're dropping in front of it like acorns. lol Ooh... that's different. I have a Firefox browser extension that lets me snags video played online, but this time when I clicked the download box, Lego has a program that merely turns THAT box into a new copy of the movie playing. Weird. But, I got around it by right-clicking the download box instead. Hee... now I can make gifs of the dramatic disc-shooting scene. X D Couldya tell me how to do that? Since I'm using Firefox... ;) -Tilius- Go here See the download extension button? Just do that, then restart Firefox, it should work. See a box in the lower right corner of the screen? Hover over it, it should say "VideoDownloader". If it does, congrats! Now anytime you see a video, just hit that button, a window will pop up, and you can download it. You'll need to download an FLV player from the site mentioned above though, to view things from YouTube, as it stores them as flash animations. Just change the filename to have ".flv" at the end. Enjoy!

Well, these past couple of years they HAVE been giving the fans what we want more...Sailbarge, Sandcrawler, more basic bricks, no rainbow knights, etc. They're definitely headed in the right direction

Fantastic, I love Mario, and while I've never seen "Rescue Me", from the reference picture you've provided, it looks fantastic. If you customized more, I'd say to take a tan/blonde long-hairpiece, cut it off about half-way, and try using that to simulate the long hair, but very well done! Now the real question: do you actually have a Batman T-shirt? ;-)

UCS ISD. Those damn magnets never held it together well |-/ I bet the DS2 will be hard as well...if I ever get around to opening the box <_< However, since it doesn't involve magnets to hold huge, heavy portions of it together, I doubt it will be that difficult
