This would probably go best in the "Buy, Sell, Trades, and Finds" forum. If you can't buy online (Bricklink would be your best option, followed by ebay), then I'm afraid you won't be able to unless you know someone who is looking to give them to you for free...
-
I know you want decals, but this really isn't the way to go about asking for them. If you want to make a collection of decals for future reference, there are simply too many. Maybe if you ask what you want you'd get more help...?
-
But now I wanna know! :-D :-P
-
Yeah, I saw this on BS yesterday and I have to say, I was majorly impressed! Now I just need that guy to finish the body :-P
-
Well you could either make an "Attn: Crazyboy" topic in the Community section, find a post by him on the boards and PM him, or do the same over at his home site, Minifig Customization Network. I think the best move would be to try to find a post by him and PM him though ;-)

Very nice figs, and I agree with Thrawn on the Fro, it's VERY realistic! One question, is that longbow in Ashitaka's hand an Armothe Long bow?
-
I really like the cart with the hay too. As for the plow, maybe instead of the 2x1x1 black brick, you could use two 1x1x1 bricks with the stud on the side, positioned so they're both facing outwards, followed by a 1x1x1/3 round black plate on each of them to move it away from the horse a bit. Then attach the chains to the plates? That way you could keep the overall shape of it, have the chains attached to the side of the harness, and still keep the appearance of the harness just fitting over the body of the horse instead of going into it? I'm in my apartment at college now, so I don't have access to the pieces to test this, but from what I'm picturing it should work...I hope :-P

Well, there IS a clone battle pack :-P
-
Well thanks for the offer, but like I said, I chose this screen name for this site because...well, I feel comfortable here. Good to know it can be changed if it had to, though :-) Whoa, whoa, slow down *wacko*

If anything I would think that even with a shipwreck, this series will be fairly worthless to pirate fans. Even if you're getting it for Mr. Phes' "Brick Built Beasties", the cost:part ratio is skewed due to the rest of the set! Indeed, it would be cheaper to download the instructions and buy the parts yourself for things like that, and I'm sure most MOCers could make better ones on their own anyway. As much as I'll enjoy this line, it's another pass for the Pirate fanatics. However, I think this is one more step in the inevitable road back to true pirate :-D (What, me posting in the Pirate forum?! Well, stranger things have happened...)
-
Oh sure, you have the news, but how many of you were up at 1AM EST constantly pressing the refresh button as the conferance happened in real time? :-P I can't wait...Fire Emblem, SSB:B, SMB *wub*

I agree on several points, mostly being the Fleshies and the rehashes. But what I would LOVE (and think we'll see) is an expanse into the EU vehicles and story. With the introduction of the new TV series, a wealth of new ships (and actual sets) will be prime for turning into those loveable bricks. There are also so many more places TLG can (and will eventually) explore, such as playsets of Mos Espa, Hoth, Dagobah. A playset of the Tantive IV, maybe even the Death Star! I think what happened was that you relived the glory days of star wars that you remember from being a child, and were overwhelmed with nostalgia in the first wave, however the PT sets, while fun, were somewhat less special to you. Then you got nothing but some rehashes, but look at it this way. We're demanding playsets more and more, instead of just vehicles. Slowly but surely they're listening to us, and I feel that in the upcoming years you will see a move in the direction of new sets. I mean there aren't many more sets that they CAN remake :-P

Wild West: Ghost Town Images "leaked" (UPDATED #3)
Starwars4J replied to Brick Miner's topic in LEGO Historic Themes
I can't wait to see more! Fantastic job finding a REAL use for the Scarecrow's head, it fits perfectly. And your description, addressing us as the long-lost "LEGO Maniac" definitely made me smile :'-) Just hurry up and finish the MOCs, what do you need with a real life anyway when you have us? ;-) :-P -
Well, mine is both obvious and embarrasingly childish :-$ You know how it's nearly impossible to get rid of a screen name once you've had it for awhile? Well that's the case with mine. I'm currently 20 (almost 21), but I've had this screen name since I was...oh, I guess 8? 10? Something along those lines. At the time I was in LOVE with Star Wars (and thankfully I still am :-D ). My name also happens to be Justin, so while my young mind sat there trying to think of a screen name for myself, I decided "Star Wars for Justin!" Perfect Or so I thought! Alas my heart sank when I learned it wouldn't fit :'-( Distrought I turned to my only option: leet speak *gasp* Yes, back in the day, when I was 8, I used the number "4" to represent "for", even if only to make it fit, it has haunted me to this day! Anyway as I grew older I realized that...indeed it was a bit silly for a name, but my primary e-mail and screen name were both this! Finally a few years ago I adopted a somewhat different name on SOME places: ThatOneGuy. I was give that nickname by my ex-girlfriend awhile back. And while she sits at the top of my list for people who I hate, I love that nickname, so I use it someplaces. Now obviously I joined Eurobricks long after I got the nickname "ThatOneGuy", but I still chose this. "Why?" you may ask. Simple, for the places I feel less comfortable I use "ThatOneGuy". Random gaming places, places I'm not attached to (and MSN/IRC). However Lego...and especially this site are different to me. They're more precious, and remind me of better, and more innocent times. Happier times. So I chose my old screen name from my more carefree days to symbolize that. Hope that explains it :-P

Hi there, welcome to Eurobricks :-) If you're looking for decals or customs, you should definitely try the Minifig Customization Network. Though we do have some of their best customers here, including one of their best decal artists: Crazyboy.

I don't know about you guys, but I'll be buying AT-STs in bulk. Great set, great parts pack, and I LOVE THAT FIGURE *wub* *wub* Need an army of those ;-) :-P
-
I actually have not only a full set of the chrome blasters, but the great helm, armor, and more. His quality is SUPERB. I actually made a poll here for EBers to vote for LA's Gream Helm vs. Armothe's Gream helm. Sith35 sells LA items now, for those who don't know. The armor is a bit of a pain, and the shields aren't my favorite, but I love his great helm, and all items are sturdy and well-made. As for the chrome guns? I love them! If only chroming wasn't so expensive I'd buy more to outfit my entire army!
-
Ah, I see. Well in that case he's a giant! The size of trees ;-) I think the angle might need to be adjusted to accompany that of the castle itself?
-
Much improved! Now just deal with the flying horse and we'll have a set :-P
-
I honestly think the correct theory mentioned was that it's there to give the Ninja an action-y pose. Yes, grey or black would have worked better, but this is clearly meant to be hidden behind the rock. They probably had spare blue, so decided to use that. Same with the red 1x1 plate you showed.
-
The real reason? They had a surplus of blue antenna :-D
-
This is definitely a great model, and you really have a talent for speed-building ;-) What I'd LOVE to see though is a MOC that you spent a few months on, I bet you'd blow us away with it!
-
Thanks :-P Did you do the CGI in this picture? If so I congradualate you on a job well done. Actually no, the other night a friend showed it to me, and I loved it so much I had to use it in my sig. I wish I was that good at photoshop! I am taking a class in digital photography this semester, and a large part of it is photoshop. I'll try my hand at something like this at the end ;-)

I think for smaller mechs, the bionicle joints will work better (they don't need to support the same kind of weight) And your first skeleton? You've been missing out, it'll get you hooked *skull*

yellow space ships? :-X i'll probably buy the ones i'm seeing here, but they're not on the priority list... i see the exo force pics are taken off... is that on request or is it a technical problem? There are a lot of great yellow space ships (or ships with yellow accents) out there, actually. I'll need to find you some pictures then :-P
