Haven't read any of Lovecraft's books, so, yeah, that one have slipped away...

U mad, crownies?
-
That's quite an irony, considering you have the guy in your avatar...

From my humble collection, I'd say Space Villain and Evil Knight, I was lucky enough to get two of both of them, Evil knight has that great "spiky spikes of doom" armor and leg printing, and the shield is a great nod to Monty Python's own Black Knight, and the furious face with those red eyes is so badass (although I like Evil wizard's kickass beard and battlescars better, sadly I don't have one, anyone wants to trade? I got an excess of F1 Racers, plus I can add a Shell/Ferrari mint condition promo polybag ), and as for the Space Villain, I just love his design, those cybernetics, the Blacktron II logo, the helmet, everything about this fig is awesome, although I wish he also wore the "space marine armor", in dark pearl silver or black... I also have the Elf, and he's great too (Dat Green Cape and recurve bow), and I really hope, that we'll get more non-licenced, non-minidoll elves with classic yellow carnation, that would utilize LoTR Elves long braided hair (I just want Legolas' hair with yellow ears, duh...)

Heh, I see what you did there, with Morrowind and Majora's Mask quotes, Also, Kain and Raziel sounds familiar....

No, I don't mind at all, in fact, let's all invade Billund in no-LDD-Update-rage-induced slapfest..... But seriously, I understand, that Lego has more lucrative things to do, than to make updates to a free software, but there really should be a LDD dev team in their ranks, that would care about it, and if there is, what are they doing? Certainly not their job to develop LDD... Also, TLG is a big company, no doubt, so they should know the basic economic rule of Demand and Supply. We, LDD users "demand" at least two LDD updates per year, in stable intervales, but TLG won't "supply" it. And it is very sad... Or maybe, they aren't working on just a new brick set, they are developing LDD v. 5.0, with a whole lot of new bricks, and brand new features, compatible with Lego Worlds? Maybe that's why it takes such a long time? But that's just my wishful thinking/conspiracy theory, I'd rather think they just don't care about LDD anymore.....
-
God-Dammit! I already lost hope for an update looong time ago, so I'm not even dissapointed. I'm just... well, pretty pissed off, TLG, get your bricks together, and give us that awesome LDD update we've been waiting for so long, or I swear, I'll come down to Billund, and slap you...

I, for one, would love to see some KotOR stuff, for instance: Ebon Hawk, with Revan, HK47, Bastila, and Carth minifigs, a KotOR era Mandalorian Battle Pack, Revan's Swoop Racer, with Revan, Mission and Zaalbar minifigs, The final battle on the Star Forge, with Revan, Darth Malak, and two or three captured Jedi minifigs, Jedi Enclave on Dantooine, a Kashyyk Treehouse with Jolee, Zaalbar and maybe Revan minifigs, a Sith Battlepack, a Republic Battlepack, Czerka Corp. Battlepack, Starmap, with Revan and Bastila, Taris Lower Cantina, with Revan, Carth and Canderous, plus some patrons minifigs, the possibilities are endless! Plus, We already had Revan Minifig polybag, And Malak's Sith Interceptor from ToR, so It would be awesome if Lego AT LEAST Released an Ebon Hawk set, instead of constantly rehashing Millenium Falcon...

Demon Vigilante by Phoenix Customs
Eggyslav replied to DarkKnight7's topic in Minifig Customisation Workshop
Phoenix Customs are notorious for altering the names so they won't be sued for non-licenced, commercial use of copyrighted IP, but everybody know who are the characters they represent in their custom minifigs, so it's okay. -
It's the new CMF Plant Monster headpiece.

Whoa, sweet shrooms brah! XD

I made Sea Cow in LDD, then modded it into a steampunk dirigible, But if you plan on making a regular seafaring ship, I would suggest to remake the top of the aft, so it won't be a big chair for metalbeard, but rather make it an observation deck. Also, I'd place the helm there, or in front of the chandelier cabin. And, since you elongated the ship, there should be two pairs of water-wheel-propeller thingamajigs, at least. Also, shouldn't it be posted in Sci-Fi forum? That's the place for Steampunk MOCs...

LEGO Collectable Minifigures Series 14 Rumors and Discussion
Eggyslav replied to Robert8's topic in Special LEGO Themes
Huh, so all the zombies in the series are related? Interesting. Also, our Monster Scientist is the *cough* mastermind behind Plant Guy, the Fly Monster, and Rockerstein, And Spider Lady is confirmed to be a vampire..... -
LEGO Collectable Minifigures Series 14 Rumors and Discussion
Eggyslav replied to Robert8's topic in Special LEGO Themes
If that's the case, why the plant guy is screaming? Other Costumed characters have happy, or at least neutral face expressions, but this guy is clearly terrified for some reason... Perhaps it's because he's getting eaten? -
LEGO Collectable Minifigures Series 14 Rumors and Discussion
Eggyslav replied to Robert8's topic in Special LEGO Themes
They look ok, I guess.... 1. Werewolf Lumberjack: Not sure if Monster Fighters Werewolf head, or new mould, but finally Lego got it right, and made a Werewolf with a TAIL. 2. Zombie Pirate: I love him, the torso print is amazing, plus I think it's the first time we have a printed pegleg assembly, he instantly brings to mind LeChuck from Monkey Island..... 3. Mad Scientist 2: Too cartoonish for my liking, but the torso can be useful. 4. Witch: very fun minifig, at least she's not bald, the new hat mould is great, I would love to see it in other fantasy/horror themes..... 5. The Fly: Absolutely genius, the Davy Jones pincer hand looks pretty cool, gives the fig that sweet asymmetric look.... 6. Carnivorous Plant: Yes I think that's a plant, not a guy in the costume, Have you noticed how terrified that face is? It might sound too gruesome for TLG, but, If I were devoured by a Venus Flytrap on steroids, I would scream in pain and terror, would be cool if the head had printing of gaping, teethed maw at the back.... 7. Phantom: I think that guy is cute, plus I really want his hood and cloak..... 8. Zombie Cheerleader: really TLG? REALLY? Well, at least it's not a zombified S1 skater... Oh, Wait....... 9. Cat Lady: Rrrrrrrawwwwwrrrr......... 10: Gargoyle: Amazing fig, I totally adore him! Perfect for some gothic buildings, or fantasy settings..... 11. Skeleton Guy: pretty cool, but not very useful..... 12. Monster Rocker: Hmmm, a creature brought to life by a struck of lightning, playing a electric guitar, perhaps in a Death Metal (pun absolutely intended) band... Totally makes sense! Kinda makes me think of Rocky Horror Picture Show, dunno why..... 13. Zombie Buisnessman: Meh, another zombie... I like his hair though.... 14. Banshee: Great Minifig, but I'd prefer her rather with a printed skirt slope, or regular legs, rather than Ninjago ghost wisp.... 15. Bigfoot: Good, cheap way for getting a lot of cameras, if you don't have one (like me ), but other than that, he looks a little bit bland..... 16. Spider Lady: Clearly Lego's Lawyer Friendly version of Elvira, Mistress of Dark. Still, a very cool minifig, dat transparent cape...... -
[Review] 21122 Minecraft Nether Fortress
Eggyslav replied to Hinckley's topic in Special LEGO Themes
Nice review Hinckley, you did a good job on researching Minecraft, but I need to point out something: the block you refer to as "Redstone", is in fact a block called Nether Quartz. Redstone is a different thing altogheter. But still, for a Minecraft newcomer, that's a very merithorical review, can't wait for part two..... -
[MOC] Lumiere from Beauty and the Beast
Eggyslav replied to Swan Dutchman's topic in Special LEGO Themes
Awesome, as others said, it would be cool if you also made Cogsworth, to accompany Lumiere...... -
I read the Tumblr, the author doesn't give any hard evidence for his theory, it's more a hypothesis, with no actual facts to back it up. Although, since The Lego Movie, it is confirmed, that all the Lego themes are connected, and co-exist in one universe, perhaps this also include Bionicle, HF, Mixels, or even old Slizers. Hell, in the very exact scene, when Wyldstyle explains it to Emmet, in the slideshow we CAN actually see for a brief moment Bionicle sets, and even dreaded Galidor!

LDD 5, what features do YOU want?
Eggyslav replied to BasOne's topic in Digital LEGO: Tools, Techniques, and Projects
I think it would be nice if the tiles could finally be able to be held in clips and minifig hands...... And the ability to hinge open and close books, suitcases, laptops and those big Adventurers backpacks..... -
That is one beautiful set of swept-hilt rapier and Main Gauche (that's the traditional name for parrying dagger) you got there, I love it!
-
Pretty cool ship, I like your work on greebling, but that colourscheme, ugh. I understand you were low on parts, but my, that is one motley livery, we have white, red, green, yellow, tan, bleys, and other weird colours.... But still, for a X-Wing Alternative, It's pretty good, and it even has pretty nice interior.

I second this. Although I think making capes flexible would be too difficult to implement and handle... -
What helmets and hair pieces are suitable for Dwarves?
Eggyslav replied to Yzalirk's topic in Minifig Customisation Workshop
Since I'm a little bit in my Dark Ages, I didn't try it with actual bricks, but in LDD it works really nice. -

Eggyslav replied to Yzalirk's topic in Minifig Customisation Workshop
By the Beard, I meant Gandalf's, or Vitruvius' beard, not Fantasy Era Dwarf beard with hair at the back.... -

Eggyslav replied to Yzalirk's topic in Minifig Customisation Workshop
I Tried it in LDD, it looks ok, except there's a gap at the back, where the hair meet the helmet, since it has no aventail... Also, the beard with three braids at the back is incompatible with the helmet (at least in LDD), but other work fine. Also, the "norman" helmet and crown doesn't work in LDD, but I saw a crown/dwarf beard combo in real bricks.
