  1. She is. In that scene Harry and Ron wear the Slytherin robes in the same fashion as CMF Hermione, with the clasp done up. I'd be happy for a bit of creative licence to give two different styles of torso though.
  2. I'm not sure what it's like in other territories, but in the UK the main places I keep track of Lego prices (Amazon, John Lewis and Smyth's) only have the Clocktower at a significant discount, whereas the other sets are all nominal reductions from the RRP. Could it be that the Clocktower is a bad seller compared to the Great Hall and so they are reducing stock levels to make room for the Astronomy Tower?
  3. Is the potential MoM set £50? I think the elevator would be a lively inclusion there. Maybe Reg, Runcorn and Mafalda could be the trio varients if there is ever a series 3 CMF :D
  4. My preference for a Hogwarts Students pack would be four different packs, one for each house - one jumper, one robes, one quidditch and perhaps one Herbology jacket. If this is indeed a Students pack with one per house, all jumpers would be best I reckon.
  5. That is Michael Corner, the blond kid is also supposed to be Zacharias Smith. Ernie MacMillain, Hannah Abbot, Justin Finch-Fletchley, Le Anne and Marcus Belby are the other Hufflepuff and Ravenclaw to have speaking roles I believe, with Penelope Clearwater being a background character in CoS and Roger Davies as Fleur's dance partner in GoF.
  6. 'Change tyres' is an anagram of 'chase gentry', gentry being the a word for the upper classes, so maybe Fred and George can't follow the Malfoys? There's a rubbish joke that goes we need another day between Saturday and Sunday, let's call it Notaday. The expression 'not a day' is used in Cos to describe Riddle's memory and in the films by Sirius to describe James. I think it was also used by Lupin to describe Lily. I admit these are incredibly far fetched :D
  7. We know Lego sometimes include sets that customers who aren't fans of the theme will buy, such as the Corsair Ship in LotR which appealed to Pirates fans. I think the Durmstrang ship will porribly be the same, however there is currently the Barracuda Bay set, the Creator pirate ship and potentially the Caribbean Clipper update on Lego Ideas, so maybe Lego don't want to flood the Pirates market right now. I can definitely see the Knight Bus and Hogwarts Express getting new sets if the theme lives long enough.
  8. I was just thinking this the other day actually, if they did I can imagine a part of Hogwarts based around this gate piece being used.
  9. Not that it really matters but Bugbot20082's lovely plan is of the Middle/Transfiguration Courtyard, rather than the Quad ;) That really improves the look of the AT, and a pretty simple and effective mod of an already nice set. It looks far less squat.
  10. I believe either in the DHII video game or the official set plans.
  11. When I said Entrance (Viaduct), I was talking about the courtyard in front of the Great Hall, it's name was changed in the final film. I think that's what your comment was referring to :)
  12. I don't think a full courtyard for that part of the castle is on the cards as it would mean it's totally enclosed for play. Perhaps two or three sides of a courtyard could work surrounding the Long Gallery and Bell Towers, the other side of that courtyard is far less visually interesting. An Entrance (Viaduct) Courtyard would be more likely in my opinion.
  13. I reckon it's possible, but tricky. Grawp is smaller, but adding a few bricks height shouldn't be too hard, I think the other giants only wear loin cloths in the films, so replace his jacket and take off his hair as I think the othrr giants were bald. Problem is you now have Grawp's friendly face print, not sure how to get around that.
  14. It's a citadel paint from games workshop, not sure what shade exactly though. It has come out nicely, I've used it on non-rubber headpieces too, but I'm trying to stear away from painting them these days :)
  15. I had a few spare Saruman beards and painted one be all light grey. I think it looks a bit neat. The kilt is from the Bagpiper CMF, advent calender Luke or the above Bain are much better shouts for the torso.
  16. Another Hidden Side Castle pic has leaked, it shows that almost the whole thing is light grey rather than tan, I know some people were considering using it as Hogwarts.
  17. Yeah, there are quite a few mistakes in that list. I have a big old list I could upload one day when I get round to neatening it up. Yeah it's the version at WB studios. Aside from the Viaduct move, I think DHII Castle looks the best - new Boathouse and Lookout Tower especially. Mixed feelings about the Training Grounds going though.
  18. That area was removed after HBP. They're called the Bell Towers :) Going to try to combine the two and fit two minifigs side by side, maybe raise the 2020 bonnet by one plate if possible.
  19. There are lots of copies in the Divination class, this the the clearest image I've found so far.
  20. I'm hoping to do something similar, but considering changing the main colour of the house to dark tan or medium nougat, and maybe adding the garage too. I've made a floor plan, just need the bricks now! I like the look of yours, the conservatory is quite a lot bigger than in the films, but in the films it is tiny.
  21. I think it may be representing Unfogging the Future, but I can't remember if it makes an appearance in the films.
  22. Thank goodness! Yeah, I'd say box em up, especially the Burrow. I think mine will look quite tired when put next to my lovely new one, so I'll be breaking mine down. Then maybe wait and see with the DA what's included before you make a decision. Could be the family portrait in Egypt - in PoA it is revealed in the Leaky Cauldron.
  23. No, not if by getting rid you mean sell. Never sell Lego unless you need the money or you're ready to part with them forever. Sounds like you're still undecided, so unless you need the cash don't do it!
  24. And looks like Slytherin torsos will still be hard to come by, unless we get one in the CMF. Looking again I'm not keen on the greenhouse, but overall love the AT!
  25. I don't really like Hedwig, not my kind of thing, and luckily the flying owl mold comes in three other sets, so I'll just bricklink Harry's torso. I was right about Harry and Hermione's torsos being cardigans in RoR, will pick a couple of them up. Probably a couple of extra Centaurs too! One of everything else, great wave so far.
