  1. Slughorn - 7 outfits Umbridge - 16 outfits Ollivander - 4 outfits Some more subtle changes than others, some only seen for a few seconds, but those are my findings :)
  2. So far I have one of everything except the Quidditch Match set which I have two of, and I have multiple Harry, Ron, Hermione, Dean, Neville and Cho CMFs to get more students. I also bought an extra Moody for a permanent Barty Crouch Jnr. I skipped the polybag as I didn't need any of the parts, and the Hogwarts Express. I'm still on the fence about getting it, or just to buy Lupin, Trolley Witch and Hermione's Torso Separately.
  3. As good as the 2010/11 sets were, they've been left for dead by this new range. Hopefully Diagon Alley follows suit. The older range still has some great parts though. I really like the B&B from 2011 Diagon Alley though, although Gringotts hasn't aged well, Ollivander's looks good, but too bright
  4. I bought a new laptop due to being stuck indoors and managed to dig out my old Hogwarts LDD files. First of is my WIP Quad with Great Hall and Grand Staircase Tower. They're basic shells which need a bit of detailing when built in real life, the overall designs are mostly finished, except I need to add the catwalk parts to the front of the Quad and rooves for the Great Hall and Staircase Tower, which I didn't design in LDD as they need to open in crafty ways which I find easier to do in real life.
  5. I made this list of DA characters a few pages back, listed are the repeated figures: Harry - 5 Ron - 4 Hermione - 3 + Polyjuice Bellatrix Ginny, Fred, George - 3 Molly, Arthur, Percy, Hagrid, Malfoy - 2 Tom and Griphook appear twice played by different actors.
  6. The exterior is (appropriately) bland, but the interior is nice. A bedroom upstairs and the bar below is all that'd be needed, along with the sign outside for the building, with the little yard with the moving wall at the back.
  7. It's very impressive, as you say! I think these are all the variants we're still waiting on, excluding the minifigs that weren't based on the films: Harry (Knockturn Alley, PoA Hogwarts Express, Second Task, Blue Jacket from 2010 line, Slug Club) Ron (PoA Hogwarts Express, Red Jumper from 2010 line) Hermione(Grey Cardigan from 2010 line also used on Ginny, DH jacket from Dimensions set) Malfoy (Quality Quidditch Supplies) Lucius (Black Suit) Neville (Deathly Hallows) Lockhart (Green Robes, Pink Robes) Krum (Coat and Second Task) Umbridge (OotP Castle) Lupin (DH Castle, Werewolf) Also Narcissa, Crabbe, Goyle, Fred, George, Molly, Arthur, Karkaroff, Uncle Vernon, Death Eater and the Merperson in their only appearance to date. For creatures, I'd add Norbert and he Grim/Snuffles to your list. There are also unnamed Goblins, but I don't know if they're worth counting :) Otherwise it's just statues, chess pieces, knights, and Peeves. Oh, and printed skirt pieces for McGonagall and Bellatrix :D
  8. I am DELIGHTED with that torso!!! Best leak since Centaurs for me :)
  9. The Battle of Hogwarts is such a huge set piece with so many parts of Hogwarts and loads of characters taking part, by my count around 50-60. My hope is the Battle of Hogwarts in the next wave will take up more than one of the bigger sets next wave to cover it all. My preference for the £20 would be the tent and pool :)
  10. Only gangs I can recall are Malfoy's, Riddle's and Dudley's. Crabbe, Goyle, Pansy and Blaise are potential I suppose, but I think this hint is more vague than a true gang.
  11. Interesting! I like how the Yule Ball area is near the Great Hall now. Also, another new shot of the Centaur has leaked... it still looks great. There seem to be far more leaks these past few days, and a few reveals, hoping for HP to get some soon!
  12. Yeah yeah, it's fine but now make a Galacric Marines one. And a Wolf Pack one. And a 327th one. And a....... Just kidding, it's very nice, will pick up a couple I'm sure.
  13. It is basically the same design though, I was talking about the 'real' thing, but I think the same applies to a Lego set. The lookout turret is the only massive structural change, the big window would only need 2/4 arch pieces. I don't think the old parts of the castle are defunct as such either. The model at the Studio Tour is as Hogwarts appeared in HBP, not DH when there were loads of changes, and the one in Florida is sort of based on several parts of the HBP Hogwarts pushed together.
  14. No more black hips! Interesting! You might be right, I wasn't 100% sure either way :)
  15. Ahhh cheers, I was hoping it would be Jake Farrell's helmet, we got Arvel Crynvyd's in the 2017 one - at least I think I got them round the right way!
  16. Is that Sila Kott's helmet? I think that one was already released in the 2013 A-Wing, can anyone confirm? Fig looks great though, glad they've gone back to dark green.
  17. Yeah, but it's based on the previous DADA Tower it replaced: https://vignette.wikia.nocookie.net/harrypotter/images/7/75/Dadatower.jpg/revision/latest?cb=20100126182057 which was turned 180°, given an extra observation tower and the big window, made a few stories taller and:
  18. Well, the DADA Tower is basically the same design as the Astronomy Tower but facing the other way, but there are other towers with nice designs, such as the Lookout Tower (formerly a basic tower but now open with a small bridge to a new tower) from DHII for example.
  19. This isn't really right, as the Womping Willow part of the Castle is about as far from the Great Hall as you can get - it's part of the Training Grounds. As such, parts of the Castle have been in the 'wrong place' since 2018. Starting from the Great Hall and moving North there is the Viaduct and its courtyard - a possible DHII set maybe? Then there's the Quad, a squared of buildings with a tower at each corner, which is admittedly quite boring looking compared to other parts of the Castle. It does however contain Gryffindor Tower, as well as the Stone Bridge and Suspension Bridge on the same side of the square, which would offer a ton of play potential. Across the bridges there is the Long Gallery between the Viaduct Entrance and Bell Towers, all of which would make fine looking sets, and contains the Charms and Divination classrooms, both ones we're still missing. Finally, the Wooden Bridge that Seamus blows up in DHII would we good, along with its courtyard. There are also parts of Hogwarts that aren't connected to the main Castle - the Boathouse, the Owlery, the Gates and of course the Forbidden Forest that don't need to physically connect, but can just sit next to your Hogwarts displays. The Dark Tower, which was present in films 3-5 where Sirius is held captive might make a good set too. I've thought that a couple of great new pieces for this theme would be an accurate 4-wide door to fit with the Gothic Arch and a lovely new cloister piece for the courtyards.
  20. I've still not bought the Hogwarts Express of the huge castle as I'm not 100% sold on the train, though will probably get it and mod it at some point, and the castle would take up a huge portion of my monthly budget which I've been using to catch up on some CW sets. I reckon they'll be around for a while yet, but I could see the Whomping Willow set being retired soon so as not to compete with the car in Privet Drive.
  21. Just rewatched OotP, both Harry and Hermione wear buttoned cardigans in the Room of Requirement, Harry unbuttoned, Hermione buttoned up. If those two came in these uniforms I may just get double for variety.
  22. Only one extra Hufflepuff and Slytherin needed for that to be true - Tonks and Cedric are the major Hufflepuff aside from Sprout, otherwise Zacharias Smith, Hannah Abbot, Ernie MacMillain or Justin Finch-Fletchley are minor students. Susan Bones in Herbology gear is also a possibility, although minor. There are loads of Slytherins. Edit - no Ghosts so one more Ravenclaw - Lockhart, Flitwick, Ollivander, Trelawney, Padma, Cho are the main ones, all but Lockhart and Padma with costume varients. Michael Corner, Marcus Belby and Roger Davies are much more unlikely.
  23. Thanks, my idea was to have McGonagall with a skirt piece and glasses, as well as her Animagus form, and Flitwick to be the PS/CoS version :) I took Snape out of the Duelling Club set as he quite a common figure, but he obviously makes sense. I've done the same small (£20),medium (£60) and large (£90) for the PoA and Goblet of Fire. Prisoner of Azkaban: Honeydukes: Trapdoor with small sweet shop - Harry, Neville, Fred and George (all winter clothes) Dementor Lesson: DADA classroom and office, Patronus lesson classroom, Tower with ripper Fat Lady portrait and Divination in the attic - Harry, Ron Pavarti, Lupin, Snape, Dementor Hogsmeade Village: Shrieking Shack, the Three Brooksticks, and the sleigh, with several small builds like lamps, fences and snowmen - Harry, Ron, Hermione, Malfoy, Rosmerta, McGonagall, Hagrid (all winter clothes), Werewolf Lupin, Snuffles Goblet of Fire: The Owlery - Owlery tower over the Transfiguration Classroom with the large record player - Harry, Cho (Winter Clothes), Neville, Ginny (Yule Ball) Durmstrang Ship - Karkaroff, Krum, Hermione, Crouch Snr, Mermaid The Lake Task - One stand with clock on one baseplate, the other baseplate has the Mere village - Harry, Cedric, Fleur, Krum (Lake Task Outfits), Ron, Hermione, Cho, Gabrielle (asleep) Mermaid x2, Grindylow
  24. On the other hand we have Trelawney and no Divination classroom. Fingers crossed for Pomfrey though :)
  25. I've done a small (£20), medium (£60) and large (£90) set for the first two films - and assumed Diagon Alley and the Burrow are on the way along with the confirmed Privet Drive. Philosopher's Stone: Troll in the Dungeon - Harry, Ron, Hermione (all dusty), troll Gryffindor Tower - Fat lady, Common Room, Dormitory, Charms, Transfiguration - Harry, Seamus, Percy, Lee, McGonagall, Flitwick Philosopher's Stone Chambers - Trapdoor, Devils Snare, Winged Keys, Chess, Mirror - Harry, Ron, Hermione, Quirrell, Fluffy, Chess pieces Chamber of Secrets: Slytherin Common Room, Malfoy, Crabbe/Ron, Goyle/Harry, Hermione/cat Duelling Club - Platform, Corridor with writing on the wall, Harry, Malfoy, Justin, Colin, Lockhart, Mrs Norris Chamber of Secrets - Bathroom with pipes down to Chamber, Harry, Ron, Ginny, Tom, Lockhart, Myrtle, Fawkes, Basilisk.
